the article discusses the types of memory and recommendations for improving a child’s memory. Problems in the memory of schoolchildren and their causes, studied and analyzed, and information on ways to overcome them. every parent plays an important role in the development of their child. Not only physically, but also mentally, spiritually, emotionally and psychologically, a child experiences development and change, not only during adolescence, but also from infancy to adulthood. Therefore, children should never be neglected.

в статье рассматриваются виды памяти и рекомендации по улучшению памяти ребенка. Проблемы в памяти школьников и их причины, изученные и проанализированные, а также информация о путях их преодоления. Каждый родитель играет важную роль в развитии своего ребенка. Не только физически, но и умственно, духовно, эмоционально и психологически ребенок переживает развитие и изменение не только в подростковом возрасте, но и от младенчества до взрослой жизни. Поэтому никогда нельзя пренебрегать детьми.

Abstract: the article discusses the types of memory and recommendations for improving a child's memory. Everyone complains about their memory, But no one is complaining about their sanity.

From the first years of independence of Uzbekistan, the country has been carrying out reforms in all spheres of life in close connection with all aspects of life. Because the future of any society is determined by the level of development of the education system, which is an integral part of it and a vital necessity.

President Shavkat Mirziyoyev said, "Teachers should have the most prestigious profession in society. Every effort will be made to do. Japan, which the most developed countries in the world, has developed .In Singapore because of this approach"."I don't respect anyone who doesn't respect a teacher", he said [1].

He has a sharp memory, a strong brain, and remembers everything. This is a sign that people have realized that memory has a great importance for daily life and professional activities. Memory is a very valuable tool in all professional activities. Here is the definition of memory: Memory is a mental process that consists of remembering and reflecting on reflected objects and events or past experiences. It is one of the features of the nervous system and is manifested in the ability to store information about external world events and reactions of the organism for a long time and to restore it in the activity of the mind and in the context of behavior. The process by which an individual remembers, remembers, and then recalls in his or her own experience is called memory.

There are 3 types of memory:

Sensor - receives information through the senses and stores its volume for a few seconds. Then it switches to short-term memory or is replaced by new touch data.

Short duration - Holds 2-7 objects at a time for up to 30 seconds without repetition. Thanks to him, we remember the phone number or the teacher' s instructions before we write them down.

Long-term - Designed to store long-term facts, tasks, experiences, or knowledge identified by the brain.

Memory is further divided into three independent systems:

Episodic memory is responsible for storing information about life events based on time and space, and stores intuition. For example, it could be a birthday memory or a movie memory.

Semantic memory is a spiritual encyclopedia that stores knowledge about the world around us.

Procedural memory is unconscious information about skills. It is possible to explain how to move a bicycle for a long time, but until the child moves on an independent bicycle, his systems (vestibular, muscular, proprioceptive)

will not have developed an algorithm to perform this task. By the way, this includes the process of tying shoelaces. One of the main tasks of raising a child is to improve his memory, the ability to transfer the knowledge and experience we have acquired from short-term memory to long-term memory. How to improve a child's memory? Use music.

- It adds pleasure to boring work and helps to send important information to longterm memory.

- Rhythm, melody and words help the child to connect important information with a song or melody.

- It' s easier to remember what came with the music later.

- Divide information into parts.

- Divide a large volume into parts.

Children over the age of 3 can also play other games that help develop memory. These classes are usually conducted by children. These games do not require special training and large financial investments. But it takes a lot of time to get regular "lessons" with children.

Instead of placing your child in front of a TV (computer), invite them to model, apply, and lightly construct. All of this develops subtle mental abilities, which "pull" the whole mind. In fact, there is a speech center around the brain, which is responsible for hand movements, as well as areas of attention, thinking, concentration, and, of course, memory. All of these simple tips will help increase memory size and duration, and speed up memorization. In addition, the above exercises develop all types of memory. When working with a toddler, adults not only improve his or her abilities, but also communicate with the baby.

Collaboration brings people together. Don't reprimand children for their mistakes, or even just criticize them. This approach completely weakens the desire to read, the child is left alone and upset. It is very important to praise your child for even a small achievement. It inspires and inspires confidence.

Naturally, parents think about how to improve the child's memory, because it will help him not only in kindergarten, but also later in school.

In conclusion, every parent plays an important role in the development of their child. Not only physically, but also mentally, spiritually, emotionally, emotionally and psychologically, a child experiences development and change, not only during adolescence, but also from infancy to adulthood. Therefore, children should never be neglected.
