The article analyzes the methods of processing and modification of polymer materials. The main goals in modifying the properties and systems of materials are defined. Increases in the production of additives are analyzed and their inclusion in the composition of rubber mixtures of plastics is shown. The plasticization method was mainly used to increase the elasticity and cold resistance of polymers and to facilitate processing technological processes. The results of the experiment obtained in cooperation between the Tashkent Scientific Research Institute of Chemical Technology and the "Birinchi rezinotexnika Zavodi" LLC enterprise are presented. According to the obtained results, it is known that the physico-mechanical properties of the rubber mixture and the vulcanization process are changed by modification.

В статье анализируются методы переработки и модификации полимерных материалов. Определены основные цели модификации свойств и систем материалов. Проанализировано увеличение производства присадок и показано их включение в состав резиновых смесей пластмасс. Метод пластификации в основном использовался для повышения эластичности и хладостойкости полимеров, а также для облегчения технологических процессов переработки. Представлены результаты эксперимента, полученные при сотрудничестве Ташкентского научно-исследовательского химико-технологического института и предприятия ООО «Birinchi rezinotexnika Zavodi». По полученным результатам известно, что при модификации изменяются физико-механические свойства резиновой смеси и процесс вулканизации.

ABSTRACT

Introduction. Facilitating the processing of polymer materials, modifying their properties and systems, making them strong, in order to obtain high-quality, durable and competitive products various chemical additives are included in its composition. Additions (plasticizers, fillers, stabilizers, dyes and other substances) production is increasing year by year. If 1980 4 thousand tons of additives were produced in 2017 arrived, and their amount was 8500 tons. 20 of them There are many types, most of which are poisonous. All of them included in plastics. These are polymer types and allows to increase the assortment [1-2].

One of the main methods of modifying the polymer system is a method of plasticizing them. From plasticiza-tion the main purpose is to incorporate various liquids or solids into the polymer the elasticity of the material and coldness with the introduction of substances increasing

durability and processing technological processes is to achieve facilitation [3-4].

In cooperation with the Tashkent Research Institute of Chemical Technology and "Birinchi rezinotexnika Zavodi" LLC, the olein-palmitin mixture, which is considered a local raw material as a substitute for imports, is used to improve the physical and mechanical properties of rubber equipment, resistance to various external influences, wear and tear, and to reduce its cost. scientific-practical work was carried out on the use of imported stearic acid instead of raw materials [5].

Methodical part. Experimental tests of raw materials of olein-palmitin mixture based on technical regulations were conducted in the laboratories of "Birinchi rezinotexnika Zavodi" LLC and Tashkent Scientific Research Institute of Chemical Technology, and the results are presented in tables 1 and 2 below.

After the chemical analysis, in the physical-mechanical testing laboratory, in a small mass, rubber mixtures were prepared in laboratory conditions based on the standard recipe for the use of raw materials of olein-palmitin mixture as a substitute for stearic acid. This process was carried out in a rolling mill at 65-70°C.

Extruded rubber mixture, vulcanizing flat press 55 gr. was pulled from the rubber mixture and placed in molds and baked at 150°C for 15 minutes under a pressure of 6-7 MPa. The cured rubber mixture from the vulcanizing flat press was cooled at room temperature for 16 hours and samples were taken for testing.

Results and their discussion: The cooled rubber mixture was tested for its strength at break, relative elongation at break, elasticity, modulus of elasticity in the "Electronic tensile testing machine "AI-7000"" device in laboratory conditions; The kinetics of the

vulcanization process were studied in the "Without rotor rheometer (Vulcanization device without rotor) M-3000A" device and the hardness in the "Izmeritel tverdosti po Shoru N14/1" device, and the results are presented in table 3.

Conclusion. When the proposed additive was added, physical-mechanical properties such as viscosity, tensile strength, and elastic modulus of the rubber mixture were studied and it was found that it was close to all technical requirements and standards. The vulcanization process kinetics of the rubber mixture

obtained on the basis of olein-palmitin mixture raw materials, the hardness of the obtained product, the breaking strength, and the analysis of the percentage indicators of the relative elongation at break can be seen that this product can be recommended to be used as an import substitute raw material.
