Formation of innovative orientation educational process secondary school

Abstract: The article reveals the essence of innovation orientation of the educational process, certain stages of the innovation orientation of the educational process, their content and given them a description.

Keywords: innovative orientation of the educational process, stages of the innovation orientation of the educational process.

The reality today, manifested in an effort to preserve the unity and strengthening of the country in conditions of intense and dramatic changes taking place in all spheres of Ukrainian society and every individual requiring innovative processes in national education and upbringing. Therefore, before modern school there is the problem of finding innovative solutions to the problem of rethinking approaches to education, updating content, forms and methods of formation and development of the modern individual capable of normal life in a dynamic social progress.

Modern educational process of a comprehensive school that meets the needs of society and education is directed, according to I. Kremen, the formation of personality with innovative thinking, innovative type of culture, capable of innovation — “only such a person will be competitive, such people can make mobile society, mobile nation” [1].

Reforming of education, which is carried out for a long time does not solve the main problem — the education of the citizen and patriot of independent and free Ukraine, able to conduct innovation aimed at achieving their own success and affirmation of durability and prosperity of the country.

Promote solving this problem, in our opinion, will be the orientation innovative the educational process of a comprehensive school.

Analysis of recent research and publications shows that world and national pedagogy conducted many studies which revealed general theoretical and methodological problems of innovation in education and training, in particular, J. Beh, M. Borytko, A. Vishnevskiy, V. Galuzinskiy, I. Dychkivska, M. Evtuh, L. Kanyshevska, V. Karakovskyy, L. Kondrash-ov, Z. Kurlyand, L. Novikova, V. Orzhehovska, L. Povaliy, S. Polyakov, G. Poustovit, V. Selivanov, V. Hymynets, V. Ya-goupov and others.

Features innovative pedagogical technologies and their educational potential is a subject of scientific research T. De-myanyuka., A. Kiyashko, V. Safulyna, V. Stelmashenko, K. Chernoy and others.

However, the problem of innovation orientation of the educational process of secondary school is not detected, which defines the purpose of this article.

Analysis ofkey concepts ofinnovative pedagogy (I. Bogdanov, I. Dychkivska, V. Hymynets etc.) [3; 5; 7] and the theory

of education (J. Bech, A. Wisniewski, M. Evtuh etc.) [2; 4; 6] gives grounds to consider that innovation orientation of secondary school the educational process — the interaction of education, focusing on the process of creating, deploying and promoting innovation in the educational process in the course of which the development of interactive.

Characterized by the phenomenon that the objectives, tasks, content of education to modern requirements, speed of response and adaptation of the educational process to the new conditions of globalization and integration, humanization and democratization of society activity and consistently find ways to update the education of, implementation of

scientific achievements, the spread of perspective teaching experience.

Modern research results and teaching practice show that innovative orientation the educational process of a comprehensive school as a pedagogical phenomenon requires purposeful formation, by which we understand purposeful, qualitative and quantitative changes in the activity of the educational process aimed at effective use of innovations in the educational process comprehensive school.

Formation of innovative orientation the educational process of secondary school is for certain stages: preparatory, organizational, operational and production (fig. 1).

The stages involve sequential actions of the educational process, ensuring the efficiency of formation of innovative orientation the educational process of a comprehensive school. Consider them in more detail.

At the preparatory stage is studied and analyzed the state of the object changes, that educational process, the educational process subjects, class groups, etc., formulated educational problem, which focused innovation, innovative ways

Operational stage involves the innovation process in the process of secondary school educated, coordination of the innovation process, monitoring and evaluation of it, is diagnostic of current results, getting an innovative product that puts the process on the prevalence of innovation in other schools.

In the productive stage the diagnostic outcomes that are consistent with the aim of finding innovative, trend analyzes and projected of further changes made modernization and innovation reproduction in the educational process. Thus confirmed the position of a cyclical process of innovation and its ability to continuous updating.

Note that the formation of innovative orientation of secondary school the educational process can be efficient and effective if the educational process of a comprehensive school will be provided with the necessary material and technical means, relevant professional staff and appropriate

information base. This will be the basis of effective interaction of innovative educational activities aimed at their search and creative work for the solution of educational problems. In turn, it is continuous monitoring, assessment and analysis of innovative educational activities contributes to the qualitative and effective search, the learning, introduction of, application and dissemination of innovations in education, innovation orientation forming a secondary school educational process, and if necessary, correction of the process.

Thus, the formation of innovative orientation the educational process of secondary school is the defined stages, each of which provides a solution to a local problem, and together achieved the main goal of efficient and effective formation of innovative orientation the educational process of a comprehensive school.

Prospects for further research should be directed at studying the characteristics of innovation in the educational process, innovative educational activities, the creation of social, psychological and pedagogical conditions of formation with innovative methods and technologies of motivation rhyming the educational process of a comprehensive school.

About the specifics of the deontological culture of social pedagogue

Abstract: On the basis of the theoretical analysis of scientific literature the article discloses the content of the concept of «the deontological culture of social pedagogue». Essence of this phenomenon which is subject to the forming during the process of professional preparation of future social pedagogues was analyzed; connection of this category with a concept of «the deontological culture of a specialist» is revealed. The particularity of the concept of «the deontological culture of social pedagogue» was exposed.
