Annotation: In this article, highlights using educational technologies, pedagogical technologies in education and the role of technology in the development of students' prospects are considered.

Innovations in a broad sense include optimization of the educational process, improvement of its quality and efficiency due to innovations in the educational system. Innovations included in the pedagogical system can also negatively affect quality and efficiency. We understand the innovations that are included in the system to improve quality and productivity, taking into account its internal reserves and capabilities.

It is well known that the pedagogical process is systematic and covers components that remain stable within a certain limit. If the introduced innovation exceeds the allowable level, the system disintegrates and another system is created with a new function.

The pedagogical process (system) is always technically developed in its essence. This technology is an internal quality of the pedagogical system, and its capabilities are subject to strict rules and regulations.

Variations in the technology are not allowed, and a small component cannot be removed, because the technology has no excess.

Changing a component in it will certainly lead to a change.

Since the general theory of the system is known, it is impossible to simultaneously improve its many parameters (directions). Therefore, it is important to keep in mind that the system will gradually enter the news and ensure that it is useful, and then carefully analyze it. Our analysis shows that there are two ways to improve the pedagogical system: intensive and extensive (untouched) ways. The extreme path of development, thanks to the inner path of the pedagogical system, includes additional funds, equipment, time, power and resources.

Many scholars and practitioners emphasized that the pedagogical process is multifaceted and can be viewed from historical, scientific, educational, psychological, physiological, hygienic, organizational, economic, social, medical, ideological, legal, and similar points of view. In Western Europe and the United States, the process of learning and personal development is called the "learning process", so the term "educational technology" is used in these countries, rather than in "educational technology".

A review of sources offers different interpretations of this concept. This is true in a certain sense, because every person is different from him. However, for professionals working in the same field, unanimous comments are needed. Even the comments of the UNESCO organization were widely accepted by our scientists.

The choice of types of pedagogical technologies depends on many factors, such as knowledge, personal qualities, organizational form of education, methods used, tools, etc. For example, students are encouraged to use creative thinking, business or role-playing games, as well as intuitive dialogue to develop creative thinking , developing a critical approach to learning materials and productive learning activities. In this situation, the teaching methods must be proportionate to the goal.

Basic requirements for widely used pedagogical (educational) technologies in practice

1. Reasonable scientific concept.

3. Acceptability - maximizing the size and level of information at the level of state educational standards or requirements.

4. Stabilize the results as far as possible.

Modern educational technologies allow students to search, learn and express their own ideas and personal qualities. In this process, the teacher - a student, creates conditions for the formation and development of the student, performs the functions of management and management.
