And just as it is easy to take English at the hearing, also communicate with colleagues from other countries. The doctor must speak English clearly, so that the other person can understand his every word, including difficult to pronounce medical terms. Of course, all doctors know Latin, it helps to avoid confusion in medical terms, but a living language is still needed for dialogue. After analyzing all the above points, it can be concluded that English is very important in medicine. It is a language that connects the knowledge and achievements of different countries, allows you to transfer and learn lessons from experience, skills and knowledge. Nowadays, while it is not a secret, every doctor should know medical English.

Annotation: This article dedicated to the innovative conference and features of teacher and student, science - technical development.

Key words: innovation, education, development, science, technique.

Innovation has been exemplified by humanity since its inception. Our ancestors have either made or changed the life of the community, or engaged in basic or basic innovations in their lifetime. For example, the use of iron-filling technology in the 1200's was a major change in human history. This process began long before the formation of science and the separation of the scientists involved. That is why it would be inappropriate to say that science is the only source of innovation. In the last century, an innovative burst of industrial era, scientists have never been the source of major innovations. Their initiators were mainly entrepreneurs, political figures, architects, artists and musicians.

Innovative practice has existed for many thousands of years, but only in the twentieth century, innovations have emerged as a subject of special research.

The future of each society and its development prospects are determined by the extent to which the education system is directly developed. Improving the system of continuous education in the country, raising to a new level of quality, introducing advanced pedagogical technologies and increasing the effectiveness of education have become a state policy. With the adoption of the Law "On

Education" and the "National Program for Personnel Training", the foundation for training modern cadres has been created through a continuous education system. The pedagogical concept developed on the basis of them is based on a new, educational-teaching process that is fundamentally different from conventional pedagogy. The main ideas of this concept are reflected in new pedagogical technologies.

Teaching is characterized by the unique idea of new pedagogical technologies that describe not only the teacher, but also as an effective educational process by a student or student who is involved in this activity. According to him, the main emphasis in the educational process is not the knowledge acquired by the trainee, but in the process of pedagogical activity that transforms knowledge into independent thinking, expression, protection of knowledge, transforming any knowledge into talent and skill the implementation of the principle.

Today, along with the rapid development of scientific and technical potential in the world, the intellectualization of the major factors of production is growing. The introduction of innovation has become an important factor of economic growth and market competitiveness. This, in turn, requires effective utilization of advanced scientific developments and technical advances in innovation and strengthening the competitiveness of the current economic potential in all areas. Consequently, many countries today are investing in the development of research and innovation. In particular, the implementation of innovative education in our country plays a special role.

Innovative education is a set of methods and techniques used in the process of teaching and learning the learning objectives, taking into account the interaction of human resources and technical tools for the purpose of guaranteeing and objectively evaluating the results of learning outcomes on the basis of systemic technological arrangements.

Innovative technologies are pedagogical process and innovations in teacher and student activities, and are mainly used interactively in their implementation.

Interactive methods are called collective thinking. That is, pedagogical influence is a component of educational content. These methods are only made possible by the collaboration of teachers and students.

This innovative learning has its own peculiarities, which include:

Orient the student-oriented student to independent thinking, creativity and research;

Ensuring that pupils are constantly learning their interest in the learning process;

Strengthen the interest of readers and students in knowledge, independently, on each issue creatively;

Always organize a collaborative activity of a teacher and student-student.

Innovative pedagogy is defined as a computer, a distance learning or access to a variety of technology-related technologies that are relevant to teaching and learning about innovation pedagogy. We believe that the core of innovative pedagogy is that the teacher and the student are bound by the technology that is

provided to achieve a secure end result. In the learning process, if each educational technology used to achieve a guaranteed outcome, and the organization of collaboration between the instructor and the student, both can lead to a positive outcome, the students themselves, the group, and the group can evaluate themselves in the learning process, this is the basis of the teaching process if the teacher creates opportunities and conditions for such activities.

Each lesson, subject matter of the subject, has its own unique technology. Innovative technology in the learning process is an individual process that is a pedagogical process designed to provide a well-deserved, predetermined and guaranteed outcome, based on the needs of the student.

The facilitator and the learner are at their disposal to choose which technology they are able to achieve, as the main objective of both parties is to achieve a specific result, with the level of reader, the group's character, and the technology used. For example, it is necessary to work with the computer to achieve the result. Maybe you need to have filters, distributing material, graphics and posters, various publications, and information technology. They depend on the teacher and the reader.

At the same time, it is necessary to design the teaching process in advance, in which the teacher should take into account the specific nature of the subject matter and the conditions and circumstances of the student's ability and the ability to work together, and then the necessary guaranteed outcome can be achieved. In general, the student should be brought to the center of education.

It is important for the instructor to design a future classroom lesson in order to be able to see and comprehend each lesson in a holistic way, and the teacher will be able to draw up a technological map of the future lesson as the technological map of the lesson is a subject matter for each subject, based on the teacher's capabilities and needs.

To create such a technological map, teachers need to know the pedagogical, psychological, methodological, pedagogical and information technologies, but also need to know many techniques. Each lesson is colorful and interesting, depending on the well-developed technological map of the previously carefully structured lesson.

In summary, the opt-out methodology of the classroom depends on the teacher's knowledge and experience, his or her innovative goals. Whether the technological map is structured, the classroom process must be fully integrated, and clearly defined objectives, objectives and guarantees will be fully reflected in the course outline.
