encompasses a profound journey into the realms of expression, culture, and human connection. Within the scope of language education, the exploration of literary and non-literary forms of speech in languages such as Uzbek and English stands as a cornerstone for nurturing linguistic dexterity and cultural appreciation[2]. These languages, each steeped in rich literary traditions and diverse communicative styles, offer a tapestry of opportunities for learners to unravel.

The study of literary forms of speech, including poetry, prose, drama, and literary criticism, immerses students in the artistic and aesthetic dimensions of language. It invites them to delve into the nuances of symbolism, metaphor, and narrative structure, fostering not only language proficiency but also critical thinking and cultural sensitivity. Conversely, the exploration of non-literary forms of speech, encompassing everyday conversations, presentations, reports, and academic discourse, equips students with the practical skills necessary for effective communication in diverse contexts.

As educators endeavor to facilitate language acquisition and cultural understanding, the integration of interactive games emerges as a transformative pedagogical approach[4]. By infusing elements of play, collaboration, and exploration into language instruction, educators create dynamic learning environments that resonate with learners of all ages and backgrounds. These interactive games serve as conduits for linguistic immersion, cultural exchange, and creative expression, empowering students to navigate the complexities of language and literature with confidence and enthusiasm. In this article, we embark on a journey to explore innovative methodologies for teaching literary and non-literary forms of speech in Uzbek and English languages. Through a diverse array of interactive games, educators have the opportunity to ignite students' curiosity, deepen their understanding, and instill a lifelong passion for language and literature. As we delve into the intricacies of literary expression and linguistic diversity, let us embrace the transformative power of interactive learning to enrich the language education experience for learners worldwide.

LITERARY ANALYSIS AND METHODOLOGY

Literary Treasure Hunt: In this game, students embark on a quest to uncover literary gems hidden within texts. Educators can select excerpts from Uzbek and English literary works and hide them around the classroom or within digital platforms. Students work in teams to decipher clues and locate the passages, promoting close reading and literary analysis[8]. To add depth, educators can include discussions about the cultural and historical context of the literary works.

Poetry Slam: Inspired by the vibrant tradition of poetry slams, this game encourages students to unleash their creativity through spoken word performances. Students compose original poems in Uzbek or English, exploring themes relevant to their experiences and identities. They then present their poems in front of their peers, fostering self-expression and public speaking skills[9]. Peer feedback sessions following the performances provide opportunities for constructive criticism and appreciation of linguistic and cultural diversity.

Literary Jeopardy: Modeled after the popular game show, Literary Jeopardy challenges students to test their knowledge of literary terms, authors, and works. Educators create categories such as "Uzbek Literature," "English Poetry," and "Literary Devices," assigning point values to each question. Students compete individually or in teams, demonstrating their understanding of literary concepts in a fun and competitive atmosphere. To deepen comprehension, educators can provide explanations and examples for each answer.

Storytelling Relay: This collaborative game encourages students to co-create stories in Uzbek and English, building upon each other's ideas to craft engaging narratives. Educators begin by providing a prompt or setting, such as "A mysterious island" or "An unexpected encounter." Students take turns adding to the story, developing characters, plot twists, and resolutions. The game promotes collaboration, imagination, and narrative fluency. To enhance cultural awareness, educators can incorporate elements of folklore and traditional storytelling from Uzbek and English-speaking cultures.

CONCLUSION

Teaching literary and non-literary forms of speech in Uzbek and English through interactive games offers a holistic approach to language education. By engaging students in creative activities that bridge cultural and linguistic boundaries, educators cultivate a deeper appreciation for language and literature. Through exploration, collaboration, and play, students develop the skills and confidence to navigate diverse forms of communication in an increasingly interconnected world. As they delve into the intricacies of literary expression, students not only enhance their
