The main task of any educational system consists of of public children's associations (Euroclubs) in state sec-
perpetuation of national culture and national consciousness as well as an opportune renovation aimed at balanced development of a person.
Due to the developing relationships between European Union and Ukraine we face a problem of arranging some organizations which could unite and give some guidance to our youth in issues of European integration policy of Ukraine.
European choice of Ukraine is stipulated by its geographical and political situation, combined history of forming and developing of European culture. One of the main bases of Ukrainian national policy on the way to European Union is informing population about history of European Union, economic collaboration with the states-members of European Union, standards of life in European countries, legal and social defense of population.
National strategy of educational development in Ukraine on 2012-2021 determines integration to European and world educational space that will provide upgrading of education and will assist the substantial increase of intellectual, cultural, spiritual and moral potential of society and personality [4, 376].
In this context the special place is taken to organizing students' after school activity, creating and functioning
ondary educational establishments.
We should mention that teenagers try to expand their contacts and their social relations using online means, communicating in social networks like Facebook or Twitter. These virtual groups are based on common interests. Euroclubs are children's associations that expand the number of working methods with senior students and can be an alternative to the online groups, providing opportunities for coordinators to influence the process of educating senior students in extracurricular activities through targeted measures.
School European Club or Euroclub is one of the most effective forms of extracurricular work that assists students' mastering of the European issues. Also it is a collective students' and teachers' work that deepens the knowledge about Europe and European integration, distributes information on this theme at schools and in local associations. The first European clubs were founded in Portuguese schools and later spread to all Europe [1]. Euroclubs as centers of multicultural education reveal the necessity of the common European values, the ability to critical thinking and taking creative solutions, understanding of the world, forming competences proclaimed by the Council of Europe.
Section 7. School Education
Activity ofEuroclub is intended for students who show the personal interest to mastering the English language, history, geography and state system of European society.
It is necessary to notice the importance of combining of classes and extracurricular activity for Euroclub processes. Extracurricular work allows to extend students' active vocabulary, improve writing and verbal skills, support interest in mastering foreign languages, cultivate tolerance, patriotism and multiculturalness. It is necessary to notice that these components of education are priority in obedience to the law of Ukraine "On education" [2], National doctrine of educational development [3] and National strategy of educational development in Ukraine on 2012-2021 [4].
The effective functioning of the European club as a center for multicultural education of senior students is based on core principles: 1) the principle of equality; 2) the principle of mutual aid; 3) the principle of cognitive activity and creativity; 4) the principle of personal orientation; 5) the principle of cultural appropriateness.
To expand students' world view and erudition there is some possibility to activate intellection by encouraging students to various activities and participating in various competitions, quizzes, projects, on-line contests in the program of Euroclub activit. Thus, Euroclubs aim at forming of skills of participating in different events and types of activity as well as understanding of national and cultural features of people, respect to their traditions, language, lifestyle, forming of work skills, critical thinking, ability to prove the point of view and realize European values and others like that. So, the primary purpose of Euroclub activity is forming of social, political and public position of student personality.
Considering the extraordinary popularity and students' interest in the use of the Internet, information and communication technologies, it is the logical application of their capabilities in the educational process. One of the most effective methods of Internet providing in the educational process, especially in European clubs, is using of web-quests. Web-quest in pedagogy aims to address issues through the use of Internet resources [5].
As you can see, the principle of the approach of Euroclub activity is that a student receives knowledge not in finished form, but gets it himself in the process of educational activities, changing the role of the learner from a passive recipient into an active information seeker, developing independence in the process of mastering knowledge. Personality-centered education within Euroclubs functioning aims at developing students' skills and abilities, applying acquired knowledge in practice
and searching the ways of integration into the social and cultural environment.
The results of leaders' activity in Euroclubs also include intercommunication and collaboration with the Euroclubs of a region, Ukraine, international partners from European countries and CIS, participating in numerous competitions, projects and events of different levels of organization.
Students' activity in Euroclubs of secondary educational establishment induces to active participating in public and cultural life, provides the realization of European issues and assistance to getting of unique educational experience by young people.
Also we should admit that youth constructive and pragmatic attitude to Ukrainian integration in Europe is formed, skills of collaboration and partnership are developed. We should mention the increase of students' interest to history of European Union, analysis of all advantages and disadvantages of integration process and also realization of Ukrainian role in European Union and Europe in general. The coordinators of Euroclub really add emergency efforts in youth self-determination and self-affirmation that is a way to development of democracy and civil society.
Senior students who take an active part in Euroclub activity show flexibility in intercultural communication and the ability to build constructive relationships. Avoid creating critical situations, they are able to overcome stress, work effectively both independently and in collaboration with representatives of other cultures. Also they are capable to search, store, use, analyze and disseminate important information using modern means of interactive on-line communication.
As a result, we observed the formation of senior students' multicultural education, ability to adapt and exist in a multicultural society and to interact with representatives of various countries and cultures. Students are active participants in various international programs and proj ects for exchange of experience, motivated by self-improvement and self-realization. Senior students who take an active part in Euroclub activities differ by stable moral value orientations. They are active and creative, able to produce original ideas, to make decisions in unusual situations and to take responsibility for them, to think critically and to analyze. They are characterized by highly developed skills of dialogue and monologue broadcasting, a tolerant attitude to other representatives of cultures. Thus, we underline the importance of stage-by-stage work for creation and organization of Euroclub activity in extracurricular time of a secondary educational establishment.
