INTRODUCTION

Media and communications are gaining the most importance in our societies in the modern ages as it is given all the news and opinions as it is very important for every society. That's why the sportive media isn't different than other fields either in jobs and goals as it is a process of publishing news, information and facts that are related to sport and the explanation of rules and laws that regulates sports and facets of the sportive activity. One of the advantages of the latter, is that it has wide range of fields ranging from electronic sports media, which is considered as the media that is broadcasted by electronic

ways which internet is the top of those methods as it is easy, fast, and has a large area of intellectual freedom [1].

It has many roles which should be performed. If those roles were absent, this would lead to an imbalance. Its roles are laying in being informational, analytical, educational, and advertising and all are integrated.

Also, it has broad prospects, as the dissemination of information is no longer restricted to newspapers, radio or television but it became one of the electronic press missions.

And this is to deal with all that are related to sports, sportsmen and sportive culture as it is considered an essential and important element of cultural life elements. because sport is generally a part of culture and civilization constituents.

Especially we refer to specific category that visits internet websites and social media in daily bases. We see that they are mostly high educational students, i.e. university students, who are capable to differentiate between the positive and negative websites,

From which they can know the correct news and help them in their projects and researches which make them in continuous progress and gain them an accurate observation._

On the basis of all of this, we ask the following question:

Does electronic sportive media have a role in the development of the sportive culture for university students?

Hypotheses:

General hypothesis: Electronic sportive media has a major role in the development of the sportive culture for university students during follow up.

Partial Hypotheses:

1- University students track the electronic sportive media.

2- Electronic sportive media depend on the informational side which has a negative effect on the development of the sportive culture for university students.

3- Electronic sportive media convey the message objectively and correctly.

Research Goals: By our research, we aim to achieve the following goals:

- Knowing the benefit of electronic sportive media in development of sportive culture.

- Highlighting the importance of electronic sportive media for this stage from all aspects.

- Clarifying the importance of sportive culture, and how it can help the

student to have a positive sportive conscious and behavior.

- Knowing how much the university students follow the sportive websites.

Definition of concepts and terminology:

Media: - Language: it is the

reporting. Reporting is delivering, in the Hadith "Convey (my teachings) to people even if it were a single sentence" deliver it to others and let them know it [2]

- Terminologically: Dr. Mohamed Safar says that it is " Publishing of facts and honest information for the purpose of reporting and persuasion" [2] Mr Talaat Hammam says that "Media is a process of understanding based on the organization of people's interaction, responsiveness and empathy among themselves" [4]

- Procedural: we were indicated the media in our research as it is a transfer of the information, news, and true facts. In our study we intend to know the electronic media considering it one of the medias. We specially talk about the sportive media and electronic media message. Then we intend to realize and know the effect of electronic sportive media in developing the sportive culture for students.

Sportive media: Language:

Mohammad El-Hammamy sees that "media in sportive field is considered as the system that concerned with publishing news, information, knowledge related to sportive field. And it is also interested in showing and explaining laws and principles that organize sports and different games and control the sportive competitions..." [5].

- Terminologically: it is the process that is concerned with the dissemination of news and information and facts related to sport and explanation of rules, laws and principles governing the games and sports activities for the audience to spread the sportive culture among members of the society and the development of sportive awareness. Through the mass media, the

influence on the behavioraland value growth for its audience will be done [6].

- Procedural: sportive media in our study shows the sportive laws and events either by players and trainers or audience i.e. students and this is for reaching a high degree of sportive awareness and sportive culture.

Electronic media: - Language: it was said that "every age has its media and its communication means" by this statement you can express the phenomenon of using electronic media today, which depend mainly on internet and information technology of different names [7].

- Terminologically: defined as the new media services and models that allow the creation and development of the media content of the media automatically or semi-automatically in the media process using electronic technologies [8].

- procedural: by defining the term of electronic media, we can say that it is a new type of media which is active in the virtual space and uses electronic media as tools to be run by countries, institutions and individuals with different capabilities and possibilities, characterized by rapid spreading, low cost and high impact.

Sportive culture: Language: it is an explanation for the meaning of education and a clarification for the sportive awareness, the increase of what the individual has, and society gaining from sportive information that will be introduced to him about the importance of sportive activities [2].

- Terminologically: it is a group of sciences and knowledges and arts of different sportive activities which the individual gain from the environment from his own experience either by watching or by practicing or reading about these physical activities [9].

- Procedural: the motive to use the element of sportive culture in our research was that they are group of sciences, knowledge and arts of different sportive activities which the individual gain from the environment from his own experience either by watching or by practicing or reading about this physical activity.

University student: - Language he is

a student who take lessons, lectures and trainings to obtain the information in the institution of high education to get a college degree, capabilities, knowledge, and different skills.

- Terminologically: he is a full-time student who is involved in university studies to get a high degree in one of the collages.

- Procedural: In our study, we focused on the student who lives in the last part of his education at the university where we find all aspects of his growth were matured, and we can call this period the name of "threshold of maturity."

Similar and Previous Studies:

Research in the area of mass communication, especially field studies, are greatly contributes to the identification of goals and data for the planning and systematic of information policy, as well as being an effective tool in evaluating programs and materials to measure their impact. Communication research in general and the research of listeners and viewers in particular is not a scientific honor, National communication aims to make the communication process successful and to crystallize the media theory in its application for the success of development plans.

The first study: title: Algerian Journalism and Readers' Trends.

A survey of Al-Shorouq Online newspaper by Elham Bouthulji 2010-2011

It is a graduation note within the requirements of obtaining a master's degree in information science and communication. Its problem was: "What are the audience trends of online public Al-Shorouk newspaper on the issues raised". The student used an electronic form which has been placed on the site Shorouk online in the form of an icon under the title:" Share us your opinion about Shorouk online". The sample was not known for any common research community due to the specificity of the medium, which falls within the types of electronic journalism. However, 790 out of 1558 responds were

chosen, and the calculation was done through the statistical program SPSS.

The student found the following

results:

- The audience of Al-Shorouq Online is manly.

- The audience of Al-Shorouq Online has a degree of education between secondary and university degree

- The employees in the field of entrepreneurship represent the highest percentage of readers followed by students and employees.

The second study: title: "The role of the audible sportive media in the dissemination of sportive culture among the Department of Physical and sportive Education students". A field study at the University of Biskra, prepared by Bor Ghdad Okba 2011-2012.

It is a graduation note within the requirements of obtaining a master's degree in physical and sportive education, its problem was "does the audible sportive media have a role in dissemination of sportive culture to students of physical and sportive education section". The student used the descriptive approach in this study and a questionnaire as a tool for this study and because it is widely used. The sample was randomly selected and about 200 students participated from the section of physical and sportive education. The results were calculated as a percentage.

The student found the following

results:

- Most students are following the classes and sportive programs which are broadcasting on the radio.

- Goals of the radio sportive programs are taking in consideration the aspirations and ambitions of students and respect all their opinions.

- Students considered the sportive programs are introduced in an attractive and enjoying way.

From all of this, the researcher concluded the veracity of the three hypotheses.

Third study: Title: "The effect of visual sportive media in the development of sportive culture among the students of the second stage (15 - 17 year). Prepared by: Rajehy Saber 2011-2012.

It is a supplementary note to obtain a master's degree in physical and sportive education.

Study problem was: Does the sportive media affect the development of sportive culture among the secondary stage students?

The student used the descriptive approach as it works in with the nature of his research.

The sample was 170 students (first and second year). The results were calculated in percentage.

The results of the study were as follows:

- News, information and sportive facts are published by the sportive media, as well as explanation of the rules and laws of the games, sportive activities, and aims to disseminate the sportive culture among the members of the community for their development and awareness.

- The sportive media and all its means is a social organization responds to the environment it works in because of the interaction between the media and the society. And to understand this society it should has its own sportive media which are suitable to the values and customs prevailing in society.

- The sportive programs in television help in the development of the sportive awareness to the public audience in general and to the secondary stage students specially.

Forth study: title: "levels of the sportive culture of the institute of science and techniques of physical and sportive activities students". Prepared by Germon Ali 20152016.

Study problem was: Are there any differences in the levels of sportive culture between the sample of the study and what are the reasons of these differences?

Researcher followed the descriptive approach-survey method, while the sample was about 170 students from the science and

techniques of physical and sportive activities section.

Results were calculated in percentage, Pearson correlation coefficient.

The obtained results were as follows:

• Most of the male students have a high level of sportive culture, and this guided them to choose the institute of the science and techniques of physical and sportive activities, and they have a sportive culture.

• The sportive culture of the female students was at medium level as they are students joined the institute by transfer. Or they are less interested in sportive culture as a gain before joining the institute.

MATERIALS AND METHODS

Study Methodology:

The methodology is the approach that the researcher adopts to reach his desired goal and its job in social sciences is to explore the principles that organize the social, educational and human phenomena in general and lead to presence of these phenomena so that the researcher will be able to explain it and adjust the results and judge by them [10].

Scientists also define "Methodology" as the art of right organization for a lot of ideas, either for uncovering unknown truth or for proving a truth that others don't know [11].

No scientific study, whatever it is, can be accomplished without relying on a

scientific method with steps taken by the researcher as a whole and its steps are based on scientific bases which are suitable to the nature of the subject of the study. This study was built like other studies on scientific methodology based on a scientific approach that was suitable to the subject of the study

Our research belongs to the descriptive analytical researches, we used the descriptive approach. This research aims to describe a phenomenon or facts and certain things by collecting facts, information and observations, so that all of this data draws a realistic picture. These researches may not suffice it with figuring the realistic or its diagnosis only but it may take care of estimating how things and phenomena related to the subject of the research should be [12].

Survey Study:

Survey study is one of the most important stages that the researcher must undertake in order to ascertain the suitability of the place of study to the research and the validity of the tool used on the research. Therefore, we conducted a survey at university center in the state of Tismiselt, in order to obtain information and have a good respond. As most of students responded to the subject of our research on the impact of electronic sportive media on their sportive culture, where students were of different sections and of both gender.

Table 01 - shows the honesty and stability of the study

Honesty coefficient Stability coefficient Pearsoncorrelation coefficient Axles

0.95 0.92 0.96 M . A

0.96 0.99 0.99 M . D

0.98 0.99 0.96 M . D

From the tableresults above, it is clear that the survey is characterized with high degree of self-honesty. The correlation value among students in the three axles was estimated between 0.92 and 0.99.

Objectivity: Objectivity means that the test is not affected in any which

means, and the test should give the same results regardless of the arbitrator.

iНе можете найти то, что вам нужно? Попробуйте сервис подбора литературы.

The objectivity of the test is originally related to the clarity of instructions to the application of the test and the calculation of scores and results. The high objectivity of the test appears when a group of arbitrators calculates the test scores at the same time

when the test is applied to a particular group and then receives approximately the same scores.

The survey used in this study contains easy and clear terms and terms for the examiner and the examined. And contain procedures and specifications that allow recording the results accordingly. This tool was discussed with the arbitrators with a precision for the axles one by one which makes them characterized by high objectivity.

Research Fields:

4-1 - Spatial field: This research was carried out at Wensherisy University Center and University of Hassiba Ben Bouali Bchlaf.

4.2. Time field: This applied research was performed during the period between 13 Feb. - 10 June.

4.3 Human Field: The survey was distributed to a group sample of University of Tismiselt concluded 40 students (males/female) and 60

students(males/females) from University of Chlef. After the survey was unloaded, no forms were excluded.

Society and Study Sample: The samples in the descriptive research are considered as the basis of the researcher's work and are taken from the original society and have an honest and full representation.

The sample of this study is students from some institutes of wensherisy University Center in Tismiselt and University of Hassiba Ben Bouali Bchlaf. The sample was chosen randomly and there were 100 students from both genders.

Research Tools: Survey: is a widely used method of scientific research to obtain data or information about people's conditions, trends, attitudes, motivations or beliefs. The survey is important as a tool for collecting information despite the criticism, despite ofbeing economic in effort and time, also known as a practical tool, is one of the means of economics for collecting the most effective information for the research service. The latter contains a set of questions that were formulated to test the validity of this study and research objectives.

A- Closed survey: The answer is restricted as it contains questions that are followed by specific answers and what the participant should do is to choose one of them by putting an X or a sign requested by the examiner, as in the objective questions. This type of survey has many advantages, one of them is that it encourages the participant to answer it because it does not take much time and effort, and the easy of categorizing and analyzing the data statistically. On the other hand, disadvantages are that the interviewer doesn't find what he wants in the answers [13].

B- Open- closed survey: It contains a number of questions with specific answers and a number of other questions with free open answers or questions with specific answers followed by a request to explain the reason of choice, and this type is better than the previous one because it gets rid of its disadvantages.

In our research, we offer this closed-open questionnaire to students of the research.

The objective of this questionnaire is to deny or substantiate partial hypotheses.

Statistical Processing: (A ) Testing: This test allows us to compare the different results obtained through the survey. A2 = the sum of (R.D - T.D) 2 / T.D, The standard error is 0.05, the degree of freedom P = C-01.

The symbols represent the following: A2: The calculated amount during the test. R.D: The number of real duplicates (realistic) T.D: Number of theoretical duplicates (expected)

C : number of categorize groups The number of theoretical duplicates is calculated by the following equation :( T.D = T/ O)

The symbols resemble the following: T: Total number of Duplicates. O: number of objective chooses of the questions.

8.2 Percentage: In mathematics, the percentage is a way of expressing a number in the form of a fraction of 100(Denominator of a fractionequal to 100), the percentageusually

denotes the percentage sign "%", for example 45% (read as forty-five percent) The C "%" of the eastern figures, and its equation is: P= D*100/ M Where:

D = number of duplicates. M = number of sample members. P = represent the percentage. 8.3 Statistical significance: A2 = (R.D - T.D) 2 / T.D Pearson correlation coefficient:

PC = N. sum S*T- sum T*Sum T

(N- Sum S2 - (sum S)2) * (N sum T2-(sum T)2)

PC = Pearson correlation coefficient S =the arithmetic mean of variable values

S

T =the arithmetic mean of variable values

We conclude that the majority of students evaluate the electronic sportive media in Algeria as weak and that is because their permanent expectations.

Explanation of the results related to the first partial hypothesis: University students follow the electronic sportive media.

Based on the studentsanswers to the surveys, we conclude that they follow the electronic sportive media because it is able to develop awareness in all its aspects, as well as it is the system that determines thefeatures of the general culture of the society.

And the hypothesis which says "thatuniversity students follow the electronic sportive media is right".

This confirms the student's awareness of the great importance of the electronic sportive media and what it introduces of information and sportive news, to enhance their sportive cultural.

Interpretation of the results related to the second partial hypothesis: The

electronic sportive media depends on the stative aspect, which is reflected negatively on the development of sportive culture among university students.

Through the students' answers to the surveys, we conclude that the electronic sportive media depends on a medium level on the stative side for ease of publishing news and ease of acquisition, while relying on both sides of the "stative and analytical" with a high degree, including the hypothesis that "the electronic sportive media depends on the stative side", which is reflected negatively on the development of sportive culture among university students. Is Verified

Explanation of the results related to the third hypothesis: Based on the answers of the students to the surveys, we see that the electronic sportive media convey the media correctly, according to the opinions of the students who are working on it and from it the hypothesis saying that the "electronic sportive media convey the media objectively is true."

General conclusion of the study:

Through our study we tried to highlight on the electronic sportive media and its importance in dissemination of the culture for all stages generally and for the university stage and through the analysis and discussion of the first axle of the first hypothesis, "university students follow the electronic sportive media" and we have verified and proof its truth. That is due to the electronic services provided by the electronic media as well as because it is a real-time news survey, and processing and dissemination to the masses as fast as the modern media provide, "and it is low cost easy to use.

Through the discussion of the second axis of the second hypothesis, "electronic media depends on the stative aspect, which is negatively reflected on the development of sportive culture among university students." We concluded the validity of the hypothesis and achieved it because we sometimes see the violation of copyright and intellectual property, fragmentation of audience and focusing on addressing specific small groups.

We also confirmed the validity of the second axle of the third hypothesis, "Electronic sportive media convey the media objectively" because it provides the media professionals with a great opportunity to submit their various materials of media in a purely electronic way without resorting to traditional means such as broadcast stations and printing presses, etc., in ways that combine texts, imagesand audio, which lifts the barrier between the receiver and the sender. It can discuss the media content received, either with the management of the site or with other recipients.

From this we can conclude the validity of partial hypotheses, which confirms the validity of the general hypothesis "sportive media plays a major role in the development of sports culture among university students during follow-up."

CONCLUSION

Sports media has made great strides in the positive development, especially in recent years, in terms of increasing the number of workers from the technical and administrative media, as well as the relative improvement in the working conditions, but despite all of this, it still suffers from a reality full of problems that prevented it from reaching the real level, to reach sportive media in foreign countries, and the role it plays. And this is only the result of the lack of some of the necessary conditions that led the sports media in all branches to not play the role assigned to do and prevented a significant improvement in the quantity and quality of sports production provided to the public. From our study, efforts must be intensified to produce and provide sportive websites and improve their content, because sport has become a bridge for dialogue, rapprochement, understanding, respect and acceptance of the other, effective participation in solving the problems of humanity and global peacemaking. To reach these objects requires high levels of professionalism, modernity, objectivity, openness, impartiality, commitment, and implementing the latest technology techniques in the field of media specialized in

sports. This study is an attempt to discover the role played by the electronic sportive media in disseminating the sportive culture among the students and the content of the media message carried by these electronic sportive sites. The results obtained make us pay more attention to them and take into consideration everything that can make the follower get the benefit stativity, educationally, sportively and culturally.

Study Recommendations:

- Work to raise awareness among university students of the value and importance of physical and athletic practice through seminars and study days.

- Trying to expand the sportive practicingfor university students by doing different sportive courses.

- Taking care of sportive media generally by working and being professional and objectivity.

- Trying to improve the level of journalists in the electronic sportive media.
