The article defines the era of globalization and the quality of education, the impact of quality of education on all vital activities of mankind, the relationship between quality of education and upbringing, one of the solutions to the problems of globalization is the quality of education, how to ensure the quality of education in today's globalization and information society the author’s views on how to adapt to the spirit of the times are outlined.

EDUCATIONAL QUALITY IN THE ERA OF GLOBALIZATION

Abstract: the article defines the era of globalization and the quality of education, the impact of quality of education on all vital activities of mankind, the relationship between quality of education and upbringing, one of the solutions to the problems of globalization is the quality of education, how to ensure the quality of education in today's globalization and information society the author's views on how to adapt to the spirit of the times are outlined. Keywords: globalization, thinking, intellectual wealth, consciousness, problems, quality of education, quality of life.

Today, the XXI century is defined as the age of high technologies, the age of thinking, the age of general information, the age of globalization.

The term "globalization" was first coined by the American scientist Theodore Levitt in an article published in 1983 in the Harvard Business Review. This is what the author calls the process of merging the markets of various products produced by large transnational corporations. But today globalization has a different meaning and significance.

Globalization - It is a global process that has emerged as a result of human consciousness and thinking. It is a process of transition to an information society that does not know borders and territories, does not recognize systems, and is constantly growing and evolving. In such a society, only human thinking takes the lead. Contemplation is a window that reflects the level of development of society. In this window, both successes and shortcomings are evident. It is no secret that the greatness and perfection of a person is determined by the level of his thinking. Information is a key factor in the formation of human thinking and reasoning. Therefore, the current development of modern civilized society is characterized by the process of informatization [2].

The source of intellectual wealth and potential, the factor of its development is the quality of the educational process.

Concluding from the above, such a question arises.

Why does the quality of education affect all vital activities of mankind?

Firstly, human civilization has reached the level of global interdependence in all areas, including the education system. Today, the problem of one state or nation can have a great impact on the development of the whole world. The solution of the existing environmental [3], economic, political problems and crises requires only the future mental and spiritual development of mankind. This can only be achieved through the establishment of a proper and quality education system.

Secondly, the main direction of education is upbringing. Education has been and will continue to be a very important, very complex and very topical issue.

There are such sentences in the chapter "The Age of Education" in Abdullah Avloni's book "Turkish Gulistan or Morality". "It is now clear that we need to start upbringing from birth, to strengthen our bodies, to enlighten our minds, to beautify our morals, to enlighten our minds. Who does the upbringing, where is it done? The question arises. To this question "the first - home education. This is the mother's duty. The second is the education of schools and madrassas, which is the duty of the father, the teacher, the teacher and the government."

It is this school and madrasah that have been taught by teachers before and now. In our opinion, environmental influence also plays a leading role in education. Children tend to do what they see, not what they hear or read [4].

So can we ourselves be an example to children in the area of parenting? What are the children learning from us? What is the role of information in the global Internet in the field of education? Are children or adults posting information on the Internet that negatively affects their upbringing? Maybe we should start upbringing and education ourselves first? So, in a word, for education to be of good quality, we (educators) must be worthy of quality education.

Thirdly, all the vital relations of humanity (politics, economics, social, etc.) are formed and developed in connection with the interdependence and interaction between people. Depending on the quality of education, the level of these relations and, of course, political and economic relations will also change.

From the above, it can be concluded that the root of all the problems in the world today is the result of quality shortcomings in the education system.

All problems can be solved only through a high level of consciousness, correct thinking and incomparable knowledge, high spirituality and enlightenment. The solution to this can be solved by increasing the focus on education, improving the quality of education by allocating more funds to this area.

However, it should be noted that the more positive reforms in the field of education also depend on how well educators understand the content of globalization and the information system in an informed society, and how diligently they implement it.

How to ensure the quality of education in the current globalization and information society education system, how to change it in accordance with the spirit of the times?

First of all, it is necessary to develop a completely new system of quality assurance in education, taking into account the requirements of the global Internet and distance learning opportunities, as well as international educational standards. The content of education today is focused on the issues of obtaining high economic efficiency in the production of more, the fullest possible satisfaction of personal interests. Or in other words, in some cases, the search for ways to obtain high economic efficiency and profit lies at the heart of any knowledge.

No matter how hard we try to raise our children in a high spiritual spirit, an environment based on self-interest can hinder us. Every parent wants their child to be no less than anyone else, to get a higher education and get a well-paying job in the first place! But, in fact, the educational process should serve the formation and development of human spirituality at a high level.

The education system must serve not only the material and spiritual interests of mankind, but also the purification of its spirit, faith, will, conscience, the formation of true human feelings. Reading and learning should be consciously turned into a daily need for everyone, like any other daily human need (washing, dressing, eating, etc.).

The main directions of ensuring the quality of education are the widespread use of modern information and communication technologies and innovative pedagogical technologies in the educational process.

Today, the consistent development of information and communication technologies requires that the education system meet the requirements of the global educational environment. The use of information and telecommunication technologies in education [5] has led to the emergence of distance education. It is also the basis for the transformation of the educational process into an international educational process.

Of course, in the formation of such an education system, of course, the application of modern innovative pedagogical technologies in the educational process, including: problem-based learning [6,7,8], modern lectures [9,10,11] One of the innovative pedagogical technologies is project-style technology [12] , electronic modular teaching materials [13] and modular teaching technologies [14] also play an important role.

Based on the above, questions arise:

♦♦♦ What is the main content of the quality of education and the criteria that determine it? ♦♦♦ Why, today "quality of education-quality of life!" is recognized? ♦♦♦ What is the role of modern information and pedagogical technologies in improving the quality of education?

♦♦♦ What methods should be used to ensure the quality of education in today's information technology?

♦♦♦ What is the essence of modern pedagogical technologies and teaching methods? Currently, due to the globalization of the educational process and the emergence of an international educational space, there are no single recognized criteria for assessing the quality of education. There are conventionally two types of assessment of the quality of education, namely personal and administrative [15]. Individual assessment is carried out by determining the rating of administrative higher education institutions, if there is an assessment of a student or graduate studying in a higher education institution. In any case, the criteria for quantitative assessment of the quality of education cannot be said to be completely perfect. In the current period of dramatic political and socio-economic changes, appropriate social relations are emerging, which imposes new requirements on the trained personnel [16].

Therefore, the quality of education is a very important, problematic and urgent issue today. Because all other social issues, political problems and economic indicators develop precisely depending on the level of quality of education. Furthermore, the quality of education determines the fate of the state and society, the fate of all mankind. Therefore, it would not be wrong to interpret the quality of education as a quality of life.
