MORALITY AND PERFECTION-THE DEMAND OF THE ERA
Annotation: In this article highlights offactors education of a generation with high spirituality, morality and perfection.

Currently, the state educational system is waiting for the transition to a new degree of development and requires a radical restructuring of the existing teaching methods. The ultimate goal facing our peoples - the building of a democratic state based on the rule of law, the formation of civil society - presupposes the transformation of all spheres of life. A powerful factor in solving this problem is the spiritual potential of our people, its internal reserves.
The success of the case will depend on the fact that our people are aware of the importance of the reforms in the life of the country, internally feel it. Our First President Islom Karimov argues that "Spirituality is the desire to know oneself, one's place in society"[1]. To achieve this requires a lot of hard educational work among young people. Work in this area has already begun. Educational work is carried out in the family, in preschool institutions, educational institutions, labor collectives. This educational process needs a deep methodological basis. The theoretical justification of all the transformations taking place in our country is the work of philosophers, historians and specialists in all social Sciences.
The formation of moral and moral qualities of young people is becoming more important than ever in the development of our society today. Because the soul of a nation is in its spirituality, decency, the spiritual and moral root of society is a phenomenon inextricably linked with the history of the nation. Spirituality is manifested, first of all, in the relationship of each person with other, that is, in his morality."Morality is the core of spirituality". Spirituality does not appear in itself as a power, it can be seen in the culture, morals of man, as a scientific-creative, social or labor activity.Morality is a picture in relation to spirituality, if it is an external aspect, then etiquette in turn is the emergence of moral qualities. For this reason, the perception of a person is deeply rooted in morality, morality, spirituality. But at the same time, morality is relative to morality, and spirituality is a wideranging essence in relation to morality[2].
At the present stage of development, not only young people, but also among all members of our society, there is a growing sense of national idea, national spirit, patriotism on this basis, love and loyalty to the native land, which in turn are the
foundations for the formation of high moral and moral qualities. Most importantly, such sacred concepts are absorbed into the minds of people together with the changes and updates carried out in different spheres in our republic. In particular, it should be noted that spiritual ideological work is carried out on the basis of a single system, with a clear goal. It has a great place in harmony and consistency in family, neighborhood and educational institutions. If we connect knowledge, knowledge with faith, faith and focus all of them on the path of prosperity of our motherland, we can educate ourselves, spiritually shaped persons who have formed these norms in their activities, we can build a society based on the land and independent thinking of citizens.The spiritual and moral environment of society is always normalized according to the laws of morality. Moral phenomenon-its rules, the requirements of norms do not change, it is always a general requirement for all. Moral qualities, character traits of can change, but they must change within the framework of moral laws. In this sense, the moral and moral environment of our society today and the level of its morality are inherent in it at the required level, national and Universal. This is because the moral environment of our society is a form of ancient historical experience. At us respect for an adult, self-esteem for a small, loyalty to a family, love for the needy, self-desire and self-sacrifice for the Motherland have risen to the level of moral culture[3]. Without these values, our spiritual and moral consciousness becomes numb. This is not a conservative phenomenon, on the contrary, it has a national originality and a mental character. Al Farabi was very interested in the spiritual and moral environment of society. The society he refers to is an association of virtuous people, and therefore such a society is called a "virtuous society". On the contrary, people who are overwhelmed by inhuman vices are called "ignorant people", and the Society of such people is also "ignorant society". This means that when a person is intelligent, he or she will refrain from engaging in indecent desires, desires, actions and other interests. On the contrary, it creates freedom for itself and for others.The occurrence of a certain unhealthy environment and the absorption of human morality are traced to a number of vices, such as prejudice, deceit, reparations and forgetting of one's own dignity.Morally-morally educated, a harmonious person plays an important role in the development of society[4].
In this case, a major role is played by the revival of the spiritual heritage of the people, the growth of its self-consciousness, the promotion of ideas of the ideology of national independence of Uzbekistan, such as:
• prosperity of the Motherland;
• peace and tranquility in the country;
• welfare of the people;
• education of harmoniously developed personality, social solidarity, interethnic harmony;
• religious tolerance.
We need to pay attention to the followings in the work improving and developing the national spirituality as well as forming person's spirituality:
- By using the lectures of experts in different areas in the work of spiritual propaganda we need to discuss the existing problems and shortcomings open invarious conferences, meetings, and online communications;
- We should get the maximal use of different tools in the work of spiritual propaganda. For example, the media, by using different modern technologies we need to develop high respect to our national spirituality, national traditions in the mind of the youth;
- The age we are living demanding to pay attention to the information. Human lives with fear not the things they know, but the things they don't.For this reason, they are looking for the same information in order to put an end to uncertainty. Everyone who can bring reliable information to the same person, he will be able to control the human mind. Information war, ideological attacks will be built on the basis of the same.Taking into account this, we should improve the information base which serves to increase the national spirit and should stimulate further expansion of the activities of the press;
- Art and literature plays important role in bringing up the youth with the respect to our nationality, identity, loyalty. Therefore, we should identify movies, theatres, different concerts including our national spirit those deep influences to the education of the youth and make propaganda as well as making journeys to ancient, religious places
- Further improving the system"family-the neighborhood-education" and permanent control of it and others [5].
Thus, improvement of the national spirit develops on the basis of high-spirited people. Bringing up healthy generation that contributes to the improvement and developing national spirit in the condition of globalization is an important task of not only intelligentsia but also each person.
