EDUCATED YOUNG GENERATION IS ONE OF THE ESSENTIAL FEATURES OF DEVELOPED COUNTRY

ABSTRACT
This article examines the importance of the youth of Uzbekistan in its future development, the role and success of education, decent upbringing, providing privileges to the young generation, as well as a description of the successes achieved and the hopes of the adult generation placed on them.

В данной статье рассматривается значение молодежи Узбекистана в ее будущем развитии, роль и успехи образования, достойного воспитания, предоставления привилегий молодому поколению, а также описание достигнутых успехов и надежды взрослого поколения, возлагаемые на их.

INTRODUCTION
The approach to educating young people, whom we consider as the future of the motherland, a support, educated, potentially famous and the most important of our future, should be our main goal along with protecting their rights to education and uniqueness, accessibility of universities and improving comfortable conditions based on distance and quality education is our duty to them. These words are not without reason, because our population is one of the youngest and happiest youth in the world, based on statistics, about 64% of the population of our country is our young generation - this means that our main population is under the age of 30 years. Of course, this requires great attention, care, on the other hand, attention to our youth, which tomorrow will bring great success and results if we see that our state bears a huge responsibility. Because now more than half of Uzbekistan's workforce is young people. In the future, every third leader will also be from the youth.
Therefore, young people have always been recognized as an active layer of society. And in the era of the Eastern Renaissance, and in the activities of the Jadids, and in the renewal of society, the role of youth was invaluable. In this regard, this

regularly formed layer requires constant orientation and support. This means that the state youth policy is a system of measures aimed at creating optimal conditions and opportunities for the free socialization and effective self-expression of young people in the interests of the country, as well as supporting youth.
DISCUSSION AND RESULTS
Therefore, the greatest attention in our country is paid to the education of independent, enterprising, ambitious youth, which is provided for by the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On State Youth Policy", Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated February 7, 2017 No. PF-4947 "On the strategy of actions for the further development of the Republic of Uzbekistan" , July 5, 2017 No. PF-5106 "on improving the effectiveness of the state youth policy and supporting the activities of the Youth Union of Uzbekistan", Decrees PF-5313 of January 25, 2018 "On measures to radically improve the system of general secondary, secondary specialized and vocational education ", as well as many resolutions and other legislative acts relating to youth. In particular, it would not be an exaggeration to say that the adoption of the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On State Youth Policy" has become an innovation in the field of creating legal mechanisms for the comprehensive support of youth. As you know, this law consists from 4 chapters , 33 articles and provides for the creation of conditions for the social formation of young people, the improvement of their intellectual, creative and other potential. The norms established in it guarantee the rights and freedoms of young people.
In particular; Article 5 of this Law establishes the main directions of the state youth policy. From these directions it is clear how large-scale tasks for supporting youth are assigned by the state, what opportunities this law guarantees to young people.The law also contains norms regarding additional measures of state support for youth, state support for gifted and talented youth, youth.
If in ancient times Aristotle created a lyceum, Plato created an academy that served to raise the level of education of the population, our Jadids opened a school at their own expense, then in our time we must and must not forget for a minute about the most pressing issue of youth. It is on the perception, worldview, knowledge and craft of the growing youth that our tomorrow will directly depend. It is important that young people's pursuit of knowledge is always seen as a top priority. In the 2020/2021 academic year, more than 145 thousand students are planned to be admitted to the bachelor's degree, which is 15.6% more than in the 2020/21 academic year. Preferential quotas are available for 7 different categories of applicants.

Beginning in the new school year, girls with recommendations provided by the Ministry of Neighborhood and Family Affairs will be allocated separate grant places equal to 4 percent of approved full-time state grants. Also, in the 2020/2021 academic year, the parameters of the state order for graduates of the master's program in the areas of education "mathematics" and "natural sciences" will be implemented on the basis of a full state grant. Also, the good news is that graduates of general education, secondary specialized and professional educational institutions living in the Sokh district have been allocated a separate quota of 500 state grants for entering universities.
Young people who have seen such a state policy will certainly support the proposal of the head of our state to create an institution of pride for the Fatherland, organize the activities of an exemplary advisory council of veterans in order to reduce family differences among young people. At a meeting with young people at the school named after Muhammad al-Khwarizmi on December 27, 2019, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev took the initiative to create an Agency for Youth Affairs on the basis of the Youth Union, with a proposal to create a Youth Media Holding, which unites television and radio channels, print media, targeting the younger generation. Of course, what young people see in life, they will definitely believe and follow it. In particular, over the past years, more than 20 laws regulating public relations with regard to youth, more than 30 decrees and resolutions of the First President of our country, about 100 resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers have been adopted. In particular, additional guarantees for young people are legislatively fixed: receiving free general secondary, secondary specialized and vocational education, providing preferential loans for studying in educational institutions, ensuring youth employment after graduation from educational institutions, providing housing for orphans and children left without parental care, providing recreation and recreation for young people. the development of a system of health organizations and other equally important issues are set out in separate articles.
This law also regulates the issues of state support for talented youth through the establishment of prizes, scholarships, the provision of educational grants, assistance in organizing creative workshops and schools in the field of science, culture and art, organizing the activities of sports sections.
CONCLUSION

are even stronger, creates the basis for tomorrow's youth of our country to reach new heights, make a worthy contribution to the development of the country.
Consequently, such a law "On State Youth Policy" serves to strengthen the rights and legitimate interests of young people in our country, strengthen the responsibility of state bodies and other organizations in the implementation of state youth policy, and further increase the effectiveness of measures aimed at educating a healthy, harmonious generation in this area. Every parent, every family, every mahalla, knowing today the upbringing and education of our children as a priority, must protect young people from negative influences that are alien to our people and harmful to the consciousness of the new generation, educate the younger generation, capable of showing the world community the progress of the nation and state. After all, human life is directly related to morality, upbringing and education. We should not forget that the youth of the new Uzbekistan is the foundation of our future and prospects.
