Abstract. The article is devoted to a new direction of modern education - distance learning and its implementation in the traditional form of education. The main objective of the article is to substantiate and justify the necessity of introducing of distance learning in traditional learning form. In the article the analysis offorms of education, shown the differences of distance learning from the traditional one. The problems to be solved by students and teachers in distance education. It is concluded that e-learning significantly enhances the quality of learning and can be implemented in the traditional form.
Keywords: distance learning, modern technology.
Today the Internet has become in our lives. Modern education is not to imagine without the use of a computer and the Internet. Most of today's students actively use the computer and Internet in their lives and education. Teachers also appreciated the opportunities of distance learning and are actively implementing it in the traditional form of education.
Learning is a purposeful, systematic, organized process of weapons knowledge, abilities, skills, and education is the result of education, upbringing and development of personality.
The term "traditional training" implies, first of all, class-teacher training, established in the XVII century on the principles of didactics formulated by J. A. Comenius, and still prevailing in educational institutions of the world. The features of the traditional form of education are:
- Students of the same level of preparation make a class that basically keeps a constant composition during the entire period of study;
- Class works on a single annual plan and programme according to the schedule, so students should come to class at a specific time;
- The basic unit of training is the lesson;
- Lesson, usually focused on one subject, and all students work on the same material;
- Students who missed the class, must independently search for materials, lectures on the subject;
- Work of students is supervised by the teacher;
- Focus of traditional training is more focused on memory and not on thinking, learning also contributes little to the development of creative abilities, independence and activity.
E-learning is a form of training that uses the best of traditional and innovative methods, means and forms of learning based on computer and telecommunication technologies. The basis of distance learning is the principle of independent student learning. A distinctive feature of the learning environment is that students are part of the training is separated from the teacher in time and space, at the same time have the opportunity at any time to maintain a dialogue with the help of telecommunications.
E-learnine is a high-tech product of scientific-technical revolution, which widely use the idea of marketing approach to serving students, and this explains its wide distribution throughout the world. Distance learning is possible through the use of computers and Internet technologies. Modern technologies are the link between the student and the teacher who can communicate beyond the walls of educational institutions.
Necessary skills and new knowledge can be obtained at any time and in any place (at home, at work, in the online classroom and any other place where there is a possibility to connect to the Internet), this is a major advantage of distance learning over traditional forms of education. The opportunity to choose a convenient time to practice is important not only for students but also for teachers and administrators of educational institutions.
Another feature of distance learning is that it can be used in the learning process traditional forms of education, adding, thus, full contact between the student and the teacher. For example, lectures, presentations, course projects, written examinations are held in remote form; the teacher puts on its website information in electronic form. In this case, laboratory work, debates, role-play and other activities carried out in the internal form in the educational institution. In addition, each student has the opportunity at any convenient time for him to send the teacher questions on the performance of the work and other matters of concern to him. The teacher in turn has the opportunity to choose a convenient time to answer the questions of the student.
The advantages of distance learning for students is:

- The possibility of learning at any time and in any place where there is a possibility to access the Internet;
- The opportunity to consult with the instructor during the training;
- Problems of search and acquisition of training materials and manuals, search the missed lectures and presentations; all necessary information provided on the website of the teacher;
- The ability to choose the sequence of work and the pace of the learning material (assignments are given to students at the beginning of the school year, the protection of written examinations held at the end of January);
- Documentation of the process of learning - student course lectures and materials electronically, e-mail correspondence with the teacher and have the opportunity to contact the teacher after training, as required.
The advantages of distance learning for teachers is:
- In distance education the teacher's role is changing and expanding its capabilities. The teacher is able not to waste time on routine operations of the educational process, thus, what is regarded as a routine examination, reading the same type of course or something else to decide with the teacher. Distance learning allows you to automate almost everything except the identity of the a teacher and working hours of the teacher can be dedicated to teaching the creativity and potential of students;
- The ability to track at what stage the work to be performed is the student (through constant communication with students);
- Manufacturability - experience with use of software and hardware makes e-learning more effective. New technologies allow to make the visual information bright and vibrant, to build a learning process taking into account the active interaction of the student with the learning system (video, audio, presentations, schemes, charts, etc.);
- The development of distance learning requires new tools and methods of training, build new training modules.
The learning process can be divided into three main parts: theoretical knowledge, practical skills, obtained knowledge and skills. The training includes lectures, practical and laboratory classes and self-training. Control of knowledge and skills by testing, tests and examinations. An important stage in the development of education is to optimize the time spent on self-training. Modern students spend far less time in libraries and reading rooms, and increasingly use the Internet for information. The task of distance learning is combining traditional training with modern ways of getting information. When introducing distance education in the traditional form of education can facilitate the work not only for students but also for teachers.
Due to the constant growth of competition of young specialists on the labor market every educational institution needs to develop innovative teaching methods, the potential of students, increase of students ' efficiency in the process of self-study. E-learning will help improve the quality of training, automation training, facilitating the work of teachers, modern computers involve students in the learning process, distance learning technologies are supported by the Ministry of education of the Russian Federation. Due to these advantages of remote training systems are an integral part of the educational process and should be used everywhere.
Conclusion: the Main trend of development of modern education aimed at self-study materials by students. The introduction of distance learning significantly improves the quality of teaching and has a number of advantages for students, teachers and administrators of educational institutions.
