This article describes the necessity and importance of the formation of military competence based on chemical knowledge, analyzes scientific research and literature on the development of competencies and military competence, military professional competence and the possibility of using chemical knowledge in its development.

DEVELOPMENT OF MILITARY COMPETENCE IN CADETS BASED

ON CHEMICAL KNOWLEDGE

Abstract. This article describes the necessity and importance of the formation of military competence based on chemical knowledge, analyzes scientific research and literature on the development of competencies and military competence, military professional competence and the possibility of using chemical knowledge in its development.

Introduction

Improving the content of higher military education in the world, teaching chemistry to the military field, developing a methodological system for improving the integrative mechanisms of ensuring military-professional relevance in chemical education, revealing the importance of chemistry in military competence, the current period of development special attention is paid to the application of the achievements of this science to the most advanced aspects of weapon technology, as well as to the wide introduction of chemistry to the military sphere by teaching it in connection with general and specialized sciences and special military training. In particular, the development of ways to use interactive software tools in the teaching of chemistry, the development of integrative methodological support of teaching, practical work on the training of highly qualified military specialists by improving the content of chemistry in higher military educational institutions, chemistry and military education are ensuring rapid integration of the education industry.

The world recognizes the need to develop the process of military education based on the requirements of the times, including the need to bring the content of chemistry closer to the basis of general professional and specialized military technical sciences in training military specialists in higher military educational institutions through interdisciplinary communication. In the process of modernization of the Armed Forces, special attention is paid to the issue of modernizing the processes of teaching natural sciences, including chemistry, in the development of professional, military competence, information, communication and technical skills of future specialists in developed foreign countries such as European countries, the USA and Russia. In higher military educational institutions, the development of ways to solve theoretical and practical issues of military competence of cadets in the military context, to

develop professional, logical and divergent thinking abilities, on the basis of chemical knowledge, is of urgent importance.

One of the main requirements of our country's defense policy is to train highly qualified military personnel for the Armed Forces of Uzbekistan, educate them in the spirit of loyalty and love for the Motherland, and instill in them the feelings of determination, courage, and a responsible approach to duty. Modernization of the military education system and content in the education of future officers at the level of demand, the introduction of advanced foreign experiences in the field of military education, improvement of the quality of teaching chemistry, by the new requirements of science, technology, and production, the science of chemistry brief training in military-professional sciences, instilling military qualities and necessary military professional competence qualities into the content of knowledge given to cadets, introducing state education standards based on advanced innovative approaches, applying modern pedagogical technologies to the educational process, and in this process, great attention is paid to effective use of information and communication technologies. In the decision of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PQ-4805 "... to fundamentally improve the quality of education in chemistry and biology, to introduce a completely new system of teaching these subjects, to equip educational institutions with modern laboratories, textbooks and other Important tasks such as "providing with educational equipment, attracting qualified teachers-coaches to these areas..."1 are defined.

From this point of view, it is important to develop a methodical system of the methodology, criteria and stages of military competence development technologies in teaching chemistry.

science in the fields of chemistry and biology" - on measures to increase the efficiency of science" dated June 5, 2018 "Increasing the quality of education in higher education institutions and their national PQ-3775, on measures to ensure active participation in the wide-ranging reforms being implemented, President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated August 12, 2020 "The quality of continuous education in the fields of chemistry and biology and decisions number PQ-4805 "On measures to increase the effectiveness of science", The State Education Standard of the "Military Work" field of education and other norms related to this activity, approved in accordance with the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 343 of August 16, 2001 on approval of the state educational standards of higher education - the research of this problem serves to a certain extent in the implementation of the tasks defined in the legal documents [1-15].

Literature review and methodology

Implementation of the process of improving the methodology of teaching chemistry in higher and higher military educational institutions based on the development of military competence based on chemical knowledge is one of the important issues that should be researched.

The problem of developing competence and qualities of military and professional competence has been studied by a number of scientists and researchers. In particular, the scientists of our Republic A.A. Vakhobov, A.A. Saidov, G.O. Meliyev, V.Z. Yuldoshev, M. Rasulov, Z. Alimardonov and others conducted scientific research on this problem, and in the scientific works of researchers such as D.K. Nasriddinov, Sh.A. Pazilova, S.K. Ramonova, natural sciences and problems of improving teaching of scientific subjects are highlighted.

The problem of development of competence and military, professional competence in the countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) was reflected in the research works of O.N. Ovsyanikova, A.H.fflnmKOB, H.H.EnpKyH, A.H.Ko3anoK, M.M.AxMeTmHH, A.B.KoKneBCKHH, M.H. ffly^tra, ^.B.^o^OMaHroK, O.B.napaxHHa, H.B.HHmraeBa, A.B.E^oroB, O.B.CaKeeBa and others.

Foreign scientists J.Raven, D.Hersules, D.Callahan, V.Hutmacher and others carried out scientific research on the methodology of developing military competence based on chemical knowledge. The analysis of pedagogical literature shows that the general theoretical issues of the development of competence, military and professional competence in higher military education in foreign countries researched by practicing scientists such as Jahrig, Jesse, Lopushenko, Alexandra Yakovlevna, Hiebert, Paul G, Schimel, Jeff; Hayes, Joseph; Williams, Todd; Jahrig, Jesse, Lopushenko, Alexandra Yakovlevna.

Pedagogical and psychological conditions for the development of creative competence of O.N. Ovsyanikova cadets from the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) [16], A.I.Shishkov formation of professional

competence of cadets in the process of special and tactical training [17], A.I. Kozachok formation of the competence of military personnel based on the technology of professional guidance [18], M.M. Akhmetshin, L.V. Dolomanyuk formation of professional competence in future officers [19,20], A.V. Koklevsky formation of technological competence during military training [21], Pedagogical diagnostics of professional competence in M.N. Shul [22], O. V. Parakhina Development of communicative competence in future officers of the naval forces [23], Development of professional competence in the process of teaching physical science by I.V. Nikolaeva [24], A.V. Ejogov military management competence of future officers [25], O. V. Sakeeva formation of important professional qualities and competencies in military personnel, N.I. Birkun scientifically substantiated the specific features of the issues of teaching military general professional subjects in interdisciplinary communication.

Scientific works related to the introduction of information and pedagogical technologies in the teaching of chemistry were researched from foreign scientists A.F. Aspitskaya, A.A. Belokhvostov, E.Ya. Arshansky, S.P. by Borisova.

Scientific work on the use of information and communication technologies in teaching chemistry in Uzbekistan was carried out by E.U. Eshchanov, F.A. Alimova, L.T. Zaylobov, I.E. Shernazarov, F.B. Isakulov, N.A. Anvarovalar.

The issue of improving the teaching of chemistry, Kh.T.Omonov, philosophical and pedagogical foundations of chemistry education and its improvement, Sh.A.Mamajonov, structure and content of the course "Methodology of teaching chemistry" in higher educational institutions, M.B.Ajiyeva, chemistry improving the content and methodology of teaching science, E.U. Eshchanov developed methods of using independent work in studying organic chemistry. F.A. Alimova prepared animations, information and an electronic tutorial on the topic of solutions and electrolytic dissociation. L. T. Zaylobov explained the methodology of teaching electrolysis processes based on animations and videos of oxidation-reduction reactions, K. E. Shernazarov, F. B. Isakulov developed the methodology of improving the teaching of organic chemistry based on modern information and communication technologies.

The mentioned information means that, despite the fact that many scientific studies have been carried out within the framework of the research work, in order to solve the problems of improving the method of developing military competence in cadets, the content of education, the issues of developing military competence based on chemical knowledge have not been sufficiently researched.

The main part

The development of scientific and methodological bases for the development of military competence on the basis of chemical knowledge in higher military education is becoming an urgent problem. The analysis of the

scientific-theoretical and methodical research presented above indicates that there is a need to study the theoretical-methodical foundations of the technologies of developing military competence based on chemical knowledge in the higher military education system.

Based on the reasonable calls of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Sh.M. Mirziyoyev, "Uzbekistan must be globally competitive in the field of science, intellectual potential, modern personnel, and high technologies" serious attention is being paid to the issue of forming a professional army, providing its personnel with highly qualified, professional skills and combat skills, who can fully meet the requirements of the military profession with their individual, personal, and social characteristics. Therefore, improving the professional competence of future officers in accordance with the requirements of the times and introducing state educational standards based on competence approaches to the educational process of higher military educational institutions is one of the problems awaiting a solution.

Competence is a person's ability to successfully apply the knowledge, skills, and personal qualities acquired in a specific educational field or specialty in work2.

Competence - (lat. competo - I am worthy, I am worthy, I am achieving) experience of knowledge in this or that field3.

Military competence is understood as military professional training and the ability of a military unit, an individual soldier, to perform combat tasks and be responsible for military service. The powers of military personnel as military specialists are formed by the system of basic competences developed during the training process and during the military activity.

In education aimed at the development of professional competence: any training is carried out only with the purposeful interaction of the learner and the studied object, teaching is the active activity of the teacher and is carried out in accordance with learners' interests and activities.

The teacher's professional orientation in the process of imparting chemical knowledge is related to his awareness of certain educational goals, its components and elements, methods and organizations. Forms and methods of learning chemistry can include concepts that can be learned only if professional understanding is established.

Professional skills can be formed with the help of the teacher's conscious actions based on professional skills in the activities of cadets when connecting some chemical concepts with professions and distinguishing some concepts from others. Training is carried out during training sessions that take into

account the relevant goals and include the teaching tools and methods necessary to achieve them.

In this case, the component of the educational content is reflected in its role. This routine continues to a certain extent and inevitably simultaneously (for example, in the acquisition of knowledge, certain structures of generalized activity are mastered, in the educational process, such as the attitude to the profession).

Chemistry is a natural science that studies substances, their structure, composition and properties. Chemical laws and theories have a significant impact on the development of other related natural and technical sciences. At the same time, chemistry is related to solving social problems, meeting the needs of each person and society as a whole. Chemical knowledge is an important part of the general human culture and, in addition to making a great contribution to the sustainable development of civilization, it occupies an important place in the development and content of the military field.

If the content of chemical knowledge is more clearly planned and the forecast of professional characteristics is more accurate, the effectiveness of the training will be ensured.

In 2019 alone, 176 terrorist-subversive acts and explosions were committed, as a result of which more than 1,494 representatives of the civilian population were killed and more than 2,616 people were injured in various degrees. The fact that mainly non-standard explosives and strong detonation-causing processes (for example, detonation using motor vehicles) are used, that chemical smoke agents and weapons of mass destruction are widely used in modern battles for the purpose of camouflage and requires having adatabase. Proposal and conclusions

Due to the increase in the needs of the times, the complexity of military activities and the expansion of its capabilities due to scientific and technical development, the need to optimize work within the military profession has arisen. Therefore, in order to serve effectively under the necessary conditions, each military officer must have the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities.

As a conclusion, as a result of the analysis of the usual conditions that affect the educational process during the training of cadets, the changing educational situations that affect the educational process, it is possible to distinguish the system of modern quality indicators:

to ensure the unity of education in the content aimed at developing professional competence, to perform educational tasks at a programmable level designed for teaching and development;

providing knowledge about knowledge, learning processes and methods, mechanism of studied processes and the principles of implemented actions in a comprehensive system open to cadets during the educational process;

to acquire teaching methods by cadets, appropriate methods of mental activity, setting the perspective of transition to a self-education system;

expanding the content of education by involving students in extracurricular activities, taking into account the interaction with relevant academic subjects;

to provide a system of values, reasons for studying and teaching that are in line with the interests of society;

the availability of general didactic teaching methods for the types of educational content and the nature of its mastering methods, as well as the suitability of specific teaching methods for the performance of didactic tasks and the specific characteristics of mastering this content and development of a system of unique educational methods from the point of view of the general didactic theory of educational methodology; rational use of modern teaching tools;

teaching taking into account the habits of mastering various elements of social experience and the characteristics of its various educational materials; monitoring of teaching effectiveness;

professional activity, readiness and aspiration for self-realization, work, mental, moral and aesthetic education, formation of value system;

accuracy and consistency of knowledge, methods of educational activities provided by the program, as well as indicators of knowledge and self-education methods, readiness to creatively apply knowledge and skills, formation of attitude to educational material and profession.
