This article presents the mechanism of the detoxification of the body with the help of functional nutrition "Anti-allergen ARU for all". Moreover, intoxication ways in the modern world and the possibilities of physiological detoxification of the human organism are described. As the basis of the drug germ oat seedling and flax substance are taken. The structure and the properties of the main components are described in detail. The mechanism of detoxification occurs at the cellular level. This product optimizes the functioning of hepatocytes, nephrocytes, epithelialization and microcirculation processes, thereby contributing to the improvement of detoxification processes. Specific water produced by the processing technologies of liquid media was used during germination process. Studies were conducted on base of the Kazakh State Medical University named after Asfendiyarov. Food fractionation was conducted at the Kazakh Academy of Nutrition. “Anti-allergen ARU for all” is a safe plant raw material, which increases the nutritional and biological value of food.

ВОПРОСЫ ДЕТОКСИКАЦИИ В СПОРТИВНОЙ МЕДИЦИНЕ

В данной статье представлен механизм детоксикации организма с помощью функционального питания «Антиаллерген Ару для всех». Кроме того, описаны пути интоксикации в современном мире и возможности физиологической детоксикации организма человека. За основу препарата взяты зародыш овса и льняное вещество. Подробно описаны структура и свойства основных компонентов. Механизм детоксикации происходит на клеточном уровне. Этот продукт оптимизирует функционирование гепатоцитов, нефроцитов, процессов эпителизации и микроциркуляции, тем самым способствуя улучшению процессов детоксикации. В процессе прорастания использовалась удельная вода, полученная по технологиям обработки жидких сред. Исследования проводились на базе Казахского государственного медицинского университета имени Асфендиярова. Пищевое фракционирование проводилось в Казахской академии питания. «Антиаллерген ARU для всех» это безопасное растительное сырье, повышающее пищевую и биологическую ценность пищи.

Currently, research on the development and creation of new products and food additives for human nutrition is actively conducted [1]. It is commonly known that the problem of contamination of the body due to the accumulation of harmful substances, toxins and salts of heavy metals, etc., occurs as a result of the adverse effects of the environment and technogenic factors [2]. The general pollution of the environment and its increasing impact on human health leads to the fact that nutrition plays an important role as a factor in strengthening or weakening external influences. Based on this, for intoxicated people nutrition should be healing and prophylactic [3]. The main causes of intoxication of the human body are pollution, unbalanced nutrition, chronic inflammatory processes, stress, smoking, alcohol, exposure to ultraviolet radiation, and etc.

Detoxification is the neutralization of the toxic substances of exogenous and endogenous origin, the most important mechanism for maintaining biochemical resistance, which is a whole complex of biochemical and biophysical reactions provided by the functional interaction of several systems including the immune system, the monooxygenase system of the liver and the excretory systems of the excretory organs (GIT, lungs, kidneys, skin) [4].

Detoxicants influence the processes of metabolism and neutralization of foreign substances (carcinogens and mutagens) and have the ability to bind free radicals and activate enzymes. In the modern world there are a number of methods and ways of detoxification. For example, there is a method based on removing endotoxins from the body by passing blood through a sorbent obtained by mixing cellulose, palmitoyl, and oleoyl [5]. Also, intestinal detoxification is carried out through a probe with saline enteral solution. The method allows to prevent the overhydration of tissues and restore the intestinal flora [6].

The basis of human health is the interaction of the immune, nervous and endocrine systems. Intestines performs endocrine, immune, metabolic and mechanical barrier functions.

Numerous literature data suggest that the formation of chronic bowel pathology is caused by the violations in a single three-dimensional system of interactions between the epithelial lining of the digestive tract, its microflora and the local immune system [7]. The inflamed intestine does not have time to remove toxic wastes from the body. Non-elemental metabolites of hormones work as independent hormones, with which the total hyperestrogenism is associated, and the hyperestrogenism leads to the growth of malignant tumors in the female reproductive sphere. A high level of slag proteins in the brain leads to the development of CNS diseases such as Alzheimer's and Parkinson's.

Flax is a vegetable protein, a source of essential nutrients and biologically active substances necessary for human being. The nutritional value of flax seeds is a complex of essential and non-essential amino acids, polysaccharides which are an energy source and participants in the synthesis of immune cells, linear glycoside, a regulator of intestinal motor function, polyunsaturated fatty acids, flax seed lignans, which are powerful antioxidants, vitamins of group B, vitamins E, C, K, PP, and minerals: Fe, Mn, K, Mg, Ph, Ca [8-9]. The combination of ingredients is actively binded by cholesterol.

Avena sativa is the most important culture. Oats are the sixth largest grain crop in the world. Basically, oats have been used as feed for domestic animals, especially horses and dairy cows. However, recent advances in nutrition have demonstrated the importance of their various components. They are a good source of soluble fibers, essential amino acids, unsaturated fatty acids (oleic, linoleic and linolenic acid), vitamins (B), minerals (phosphorus and iron) and phytochemicals (avenantramides). The effect of oats on health is mainly due to the highly viscous fraction of p-glucan, which has the ability to reduce cholesterol and intestinal absorption of glucose. Although some anti-sodium elements (enzyme inhibitors and phytic acid) are present in oats, their effect on the nutritional value is almost negligible. In addition, new technologies were recently developed for the production of non-dairy functional products using oats [10-12]. Oat products reduce the risk of cardiovascular diseases, improve the blood glucose response and prolong satiety. In soluble coupling fiber p-glucan and phenolic compounds avenanthramides were

identified as two biologically active compounds. Grinding, processing and cooking alter the microstructure of oats and the functional characteristics of protein, starch and fiber components.

In early studies, the antioxidant capacity of capsules containing avenantramides of oats on the human body was evaluated. Oat extract, containing avenantramide, has a high antioxidant activity in humans. It indicated that oats aventanramides can be used to prevent the hyperlipidemic situation and angiocardiopathy. Germinated sprouts of oats are rich in iron: only 100 g accounts for 60% of the daily requirement of a substance. Magnesium is the guarantor of a strong nervous system that endures stressful situations without significant consequences. The substance eliminates the constant feelings of anxiety, helps with insomnia, heart rhythm disturbances, such as angina or arrhythmia. Magnesium will save from fatigue, nervous tension, and normalizes carbohydrate-fat metabolism. Zinc is present in a huge amount in the germinated oats, which eliminates the foci of inflammation and starts the regeneration process. The product is useful for use in peptic ulcers, because it has a healing effect. Most of the zinc is in the teeth and bone system, strengthening them along with calcium and phosphorus. The substance regulates the secretion of sebaceous glands, and saves from excessive production of sebum. Oats should be present on the table of a person who wants to maintain immunity, because zinc stimulates the production of white blood cells and antibodies - the main "guards" of health. [13-16]. The germ of oat seedlings is a living organism in the phase of maximum life activity, carrying a powerful energy potential. The high enzymatic activity of the product greatly facilitates the absorption of amino acids, fatty acids and polysaccharides after metabolization of proteins, fats and carbohydrates.

Oats is one of the sources of vitamin E, which is an antioxidant, prevents the formation of free radicals in the membranes of cells and blood vessels, prevents the deposition of cholesterol, the formation of blood clots. Vitamin E actively influences the work of muscles, including the heart, prevents weakness. This vitamin is very important for the normal functioning of organs of the genus reproduction, the lack of it leads to infertility. Properties of germs of oat seedlings: has an optimal ratio of BJU (20-11-40%), essential and non-essential amino acids, unsaturated fatty acids, p-glucan - a source of soluble fibers (cholesterol reduction and intestinal absorption of glucose), soluble fiber. Oats have a positive effect on the endothelial layer of blood vessels, reduces the level of LDL (low density lipoproteins). Rich mineral composition: iron (Fe) - oxygen transporter, magnesium (Mg) - main neuroprotector, phosphorus (P) - regulator of body metabolism; (Zn) is a participant in the synthesis of immune cells.

The environmental problems of the environment and various diseases, accompanied by the accumulation of toxic substances in the human body, required a new approach to solving the problem of preserving the internal environment and its health, because medical therapy was ineffective. We have developed a functional and specialized food product "Anti-allergen ARU for all".

"Antiallergen ARU for all." It is a plant raw material, which increases the nutritional and biological value of food, is available and safe. As the basis it takes the germ of oat seedling and flax substance. The product is two-component: morning and evening receptions.

Of great importance are the technological features of the production of the product. When germination used unique water produced by the processing technology of liquid media. The method

was developed in the biogeochemical laboratory of the Kazakh National University. Water undergoes the process of structuring according to specified parameters, which correspond to the required parameters of living and plant tissues. Scientists conducted fundamental biomedical research to assess the effectiveness of drinking water with spin hydroplasmic structures in order to reduce the risk of harmful production factors in the metallurgy and chemical industry. Studies were conducted on the base of the Kazakh National Medical University named after Asfendiyarov.

Thus, during this period, an informative natural catalyst is laid in the product, which affects cell rejuvenation by influencing the cytoplasm. The grain becomes physically active and it can be traced to the rate of its growth. Crushing is performed on fractions that are optimal for absorption in the gastrointestinal tract.

The product is prepared according to the standards used for the preparation of space food. This is what determines the complete absence of chemical components in our product. Product humidity does not exceed 4%.

We use the technology of microbiology alignment by exposure to microwave heating and vacuum. As a result of drying, the volume of products decreases, the color, smell and taste do not change, and the product acquires a deeper color and smell in comparison with the original characteristics. The output is an active functional product, pure in microbiological indicators, and can be positioned as a food product for children from 2 months of age.

The components of the evening complex optimize the regeneration of the hepatocyte and enhance its detoxifying effect. Beta - glucans, which are part of the complex АRU 2 (evening), dissolving, turn into a viscous mass that binds cholesterol, allergens, slags, toxins. The components of the complex АRU 1 (morning), swelling, gently remove from the body all the "garbage" that has gathered in the intestine as a result of the work of the complex АRU 2 (evening). In this case, the body is saturated with vitamins and minerals, which, due to fractionation, are easily adsorbed on the intestinal walls and absorbed into the blood.

Based on the above, "Antiallergen ARU for all" is a unique naturally activated product that removes mucus and toxins from the body. "Antiallergen ARU for all" regulates water-salt metabolism, thermoregulation, adjusts body weight. Applicable for usage for both adults and children. We recommend "Antiallergen ARU for all" to athletes as an alternative to protein synthetic cocktails, because the product develops the muscle mass of an athlete, reduces the daily amount of food during a competition, individualizes nutrition, especially during a period of great neuro-emotional stress, corrects an unbalanced daily diet, increases the multiplicity of nutrition in conditions of multiple exercise.
