CREATIVE QUALITIES OF THE STUDENTS IN THE SYSTEM OF

HIGHER EDUCATION

Annotation: The relevance of the work is devoted to the creative activity of students in the system of modern education, based on research data conducted in foreign educational institutions in recent years. The main attention is paid to the methods of assessing the individual psychological qualities of the personality of students in the system of higher professional education, which determine their creative activity.

Key words: educational methods, creative qualities, creation, arts and crafts, student.

Creativity is the purposeful processing of non-verbal data without the involvement of the operative memory of a person's perception. Creation and progression of creativity consists in mastering the established rules of a new stage of learning in educational activities, the way of which is to use self-reproducing approaches. We believe that creative pedagogy will help to recreate the individual's desire for self-education.

The relevance of the study lies in the fact that it is necessary to ensure the modern diversified development of youth, the manifestation of a person's creative capabilities, the realization of his creative potential, the development of knowledge and experience of his self-embodiment.

These issues can be solved by applying modern methods in teaching the training of professionals. Thus, the teacher is required to have certain characteristics, since, in addition to transferring knowledge to students, he expands the highly spiritual practical experience and creative starting point in education, teaches the mentality of the student's personality.

In the modern world, there is a large number of materials about the giftedness of learners. The main provisions, approaches, principles, models, criteria and types of the phenomenon of giftedness are presented. The material of the manual covers the main problems of gifted students in the conditions of modern education. The author draws attention to psychological and pedagogical assistance to gifted children in the conditions of modern education, overcoming everyday stereotypes that a gifted learner himself will find his way in studies, profession, in society. In this regard, it is considered mandatory to find previously

unknown means and approaches to promote the creative capabilities of future masters in the system of higher professional education.

Philosophers, psychologists, educational scientists of our time in their research substantiated the necessity and revealed the relevance of the development of creative abilities. Scientists define creativity as a complex type of human activity to create new material and spiritual values. The creativity is one of the types of the renewal of the world, and a person as a species cannot exist if he does not engage in creativity, since his ability to create exists by the need to maintain his human existence. Thus, the absence of a given need in a person, or rather its extinction, leads to degradation.

The purpose of the work is to develop the creative qualities of the student's personality, the upbringing of a truly creative free personality. Let us analyze the work of students in the methodological material and present some data.

The results of the study, which was conducted among students of 1 -2 courses, aged from 17 to 19 years, are offered for consideration. The testing involved 12 people, divided into two groups. The first group - students of the faculty of agro business; Group 2 - students in the specialties: agronomy and engineering", creative students.

In our research, students were given three methods and the questionnaire:

1. Using this technique, students were tested to identify the leading arms, legs, ear and eyes. To determine the leading hand, we used a questionnaire. The leading hand was determined by the character of the student's performance of a set of various tests, including tests for motor dexterity, joint actions, and preferential use of the hand. To determine the leading leg, we used the tests: "hitting the ball", "taking a step forward and backward". In each case, the leg making the movement was considered as the leading one. In a pair test (walking forward - backward), if one leg starts moving and the other ends. Determination of the leading eye was carried out tests, "aiming", closing one eye.

2. Test "Psycho geometric typology". This system allows you to analyze personality typology based on observation of human behavior and preference for a particular geometric figure: square, triangle, circle, rectangle and zigzag. If the presented geometric figures are decomposed in the order of their preference, the figure placed in the first place shows the main dominant features of personality and behavior.

Let's take a closer look at the meaning of geometric shapes.

Square shape: discipline, pedantry, analytical mindset.

Triangle shape: leader, desire to rule, fairness, pragmatism.

Circle shape: sociability, benevolence, caring.

Rectangle shape: inconstancy, illogical, curiosity for knowledge.

Zigzag form: desire for transformation, creativity, the need to obtain information, excellent intuition, thoughtfulness.

When analyzing the data of this test, changes were found in 2 groups.

In the first group, the subjects chose the following geometric shapes: 1st and 2nd places - a square and a triangle; then the students chose a zigzag and a rectangle.

In the second group, the students chose the following figures: 1st and 2nd places - a triangle and a square; further circle and zigzag.

So, creativity as a mechanism is unchanged, but a person's ability to master the creative process is subject to development. Mastering the experience of work in creativity, a person models various ways to ensure the state of creativity. Summarizing the above, let us dwell on some essential points:

1) the learning process will be effective if the student understands, or rather, makes his own learning process clearer for himself;

2) creativity affects a person, he becomes calmer and more balanced, creativity is formed, the experience of creativity.
