COMMUNICATIVE COMPETENCE OF STUDENTS IN THE PROCESS OF COMMUNICATION

Annotation: In this article includes the line of key capabilities, vital for every individual today for self-acknowledgment and improvements in quickly evolving world, develop communicative competence of student's non-language higher education institution.

Key words: communicative competence, communication, direct, indirect communication.

The communicative competence of students is a complex personality trait, characterized by the degree of involvement in communicative activity and determining the quality of this activity. Since before our goal was to create communicative competence in students of a non-linguistic university, then we had in mind not only speech technology, but psych technology - exercises, associated with thought, feeling and imagination, for they subordinate the technique of pronouncing the speaker's creative thoughts. The experiment-involved students performing a system of training communicative exercises, in the process of working on which theoretical knowledge is activated (psychological, pedagogical, subject, knowledge communication language) and communicative skills develop. When performing exercises, students were required to build their activities in accordance with specific the conditions of the communicative situation and develop appropriate skills.

Considering the communicative situation as a form of functioning of the communication process, when we created it, we sought to take into account the basic essential characteristics of business communication, namely: message transmission both verbal and non-verbal means, adequate perception and interaction of subjects of communication, functional purpose (business conversation, business negotiations, consultations, presentations), level character communication, types of contact (direct, indirect communication). The substantive basis of business communication among non-linguistic university students was made up of the following topics: Organizational structure and types of organizations. Job search and hiring staff. Business communication by phone. Holding a meeting. Business travel abroad. Reception of guests from abroad. Advertising and marketing; organization and participation in exhibitions.

To create a positive atmosphere of communication, students were offered the following communication situations. First, each student had to make a

presentation, reporting about himself data, including: name, age, place of birth, two or three episodes from the biography. Next students spoke out about what struck them most about the performance of the group members. The discussion affected not only the presented biographical facts, but also the behavior (constrained, familiar, official, friendly), hand movements, ways to attract attention, etc.

The communicative technique is whole and most beneficial ordering of the connection among the components of the training content material. The cognitive technique to studying is a universal accounting technique of know-how and character psycho - physical residences that represent the cognitive fashion of each pupil.

The use of games (phonetic, spelling, grammatical, and lexical) lets in you to do boring work greater interesting and interesting for the college students. Independence in choice speech tasks in individual varieties of work, short reaction in coping with the institution forms, the maximum mobilization speech abilties all the feature traits of the speech talents manifested in the course of the games. In the sport everything is the equal. It is without a doubt viable for every student, even one that doesn't have enough solid information of the language.

Conclusion. To sum up, the problem and the variety of forms and types of this technology requires an interdisciplinary connection that allow the student to give a vivid picture of the world in which he lives, the relationship of phenomena and objects, mutual assistance, of the diversity of the material and artistic culture. The main focus is on the development of figurative thinking, understanding of causality and logic of events, self-realization and self-expression, not only students but also teachers. I used in the various types of projects: creative, informational, practice-oriented, and others.
