change, as a result of competitions rules change, were determined. A positive influence of the methodology on special physical readiness indices is revealed. Conclusion: Competitions rules change in Greco-Roman wrestling cause the change of power combat into the combat, which demands a higher level of special endurance and speed-power qualities. It is conditioned by the structure of a combat and its duration change. The use of our methodology, directed at training adaptation to competitions rules change, in the training process of sportsmen, who go in for Greco-Roman wrestling, increased wrestlers' physical activity and influenced greatly special physical readiness indices.

INTRODUCTION
In the history of humankind wrestling was one of the favorite kinds of sport for many centuries. Combats helped to form the definite skills, which were necessary in everyday life. In the course of time environment changed, as well as the interest of a man. New demands of civilization created time corresponding bounds and rules of wrestling.
During previous decades the main demands placed on wrestling were the following: on the one hand, moral volitional and physical qualities upbringing in a personality, desire to follow a healthy life style in general, on the other hand, interest of the audience stimulation in wrestling as a kind of sport.
Competition rules evolution had a lot of changes, mainly directed at combats intensity stimulation: the number of weight categories increase, the formula of combat transformation, standard positions introduction and others. Each change forms new bounds of wrestling, which demand retraining of sportsmen.
A new wave of changes was after made by IOC (International Olympic Committee) announcement about a possible exclusion of wrestling out of the program of the XXXII Olympic Games 2020 in Tokyo. In spite of this difficult situation, it is necessary to correct timely wrestlers' readiness for competitive activity.
After the rules change wrestling became more intensive and it demanded wrestlers' higher level of intensity and technical combat.
The aim of this research work is the characteristics determination of the process of Greco-Roman style wrestlers training organization and control, taking into account competition rules change.
Objectives:
4. To reveal the characteristics of competitive activity among Greco-Roman style wrestlers.
5. To determine the influence of competitions rules change on the characteristics of training sportsmen, who go in for Greco-Roman wrestling.
RESEARCH RESULTS AND THEIR DISCUSSION
Competitive activity study of Greco-Roman style wrestlers helped to determine the main changes, which influenced wrestling as a result of changes introduction into the rules of competitions.
The increasing demands placed on sports activity, on holding sport in the activity of people leads to competitions rules change, which causes training systems change in wrestling. The conditions of competitions make sportsmen act and train adapting to new rules and in this case a winner becomes a person, who has timely improved the training process, taking into account all changes. This problem is especially important for the sport of the highest achievements, because at this stage wrestlers have the highest training level and the advantage in one aspect of training, including training for the competitions rules change, guarantees him flawless victory.
Created by us methodology, based on Greco-Roman style wrestlers' training
adaptation to competitions rules change, was realized in the training process of the experimental group. The control group trained according to the traditional program for sports schools for children and teen-agers of the Olympic reserve.
The main tendency of training adaptation among Greco-Roman style wrestlers is functional capacities of an organism increase.
First of all, this condition depends on wrestlers' adaptation to appearing changes through a high level of working capacity preservation during the whole combat.
In order to determine the effectiveness of the methodology we studied the indices of the wrestlers' special physical readiness. Pictures 1 and 2 present the results of the research.

At the initial stage of the research there were no considerable differences between special physical readiness indices of sportsmen from the control group and the experimental group.
The results of Greco-Roman style wrestlers' special physical readiness study
helped to reveal the effectiveness of our methodology of training adaptation to competitions rules change.
According to the research results during the experiment there were no significant changes in the control group, but in the experimental group special physical readiness indices at the 1st and the 2nd stages of
the research have significant differences, proving the effectiveness of our methodology.
