The changes in my country's urbanization development are mainly reflected in the optimization of building structures. The choice focuses on reducing construction cost management. In the construction process and the building process, it is also necessary to strengthen the attention to improving the safety of construction, reduce the difficulty of construction engineering, continuously improve the level of construction technology, introduce new technologies and equipment, improve construction quality, and create a more harmonious, stable and upward development environment for the construction engineering industry. Based on the current status of construction project management, this paper proposes corresponding feasible engineering management control measures to strengthen construction project management and ensure the construction quality of the project.

ANALYSIS OF THE CURRENT SITUATION OF CONSTRUCTION PROJECT

MANAGEMENT

The changes in my country's urbanization development are mainly reflected in the optimization of building structures. The choice focuses on reducing construction cost management. In the construction process and the building process, it is also necessary to strengthen the attention to improving the safety of construction, reduce the difficulty of construction engineering, continuously improve the level of construction technology, introduce new technologies and equipment, improve construction quality, and create a more harmonious, stable and upward development environment for the construction engineering industry. Based on the current status of construction project management, this paper proposes corresponding feasible engineering management control measures to strengthen construction project management and ensure the construction quality of the project.

1 Overview of construction project management

The management of construction projects in engineering architectural design can be divided into two parts: construction management and technical equipment management. Construction management is to ensure the quality of construction through the management of equipment, staff and building materials in the construction process. Construction units must increase the investment in these two aspects of management work, strengthen the construction of professional talent teams, and introduce new era talents to lay a solid foundation for project management. Promote the improvement of the comprehensive market competitiveness of construction units by improving management efficiency. At the same time, strengthen the management of cost control in the construction management process to further improve the economic benefits of enterprises.

2 Analysis of the current situation of construction project management in my country

With the progress of my country's reform and opening up, the economy is developing rapidly, and the structure of construction projects is becoming more and more complex in the process of absorbing the essence of the West. Therefore, the role of architectural drawings in construction projects is becoming more and more important. When the building structure and design cannot be perfectly combined, construction project management can effectively improve the contradiction between the design drawings and construction of construction projects. Therefore, construction project management should not only ensure the construction safety of construction projects, but also ensure that the construction management policy of construction projects is correct and scientific.

2.1 Managers have weak safety management awareness

Market competition is becoming more and more fierce. I believe that many people in the construction industry have seen that in order to achieve the goal of large-scale economic benefits, many companies do not pay attention to the safety system detection of related engineering projects, lack safety management awareness, and do not do a good job in safety detection. There are even many construction projects that ignore the provisions of the safety management system before the construction site starts, and do not carry out construction in accordance with safety management standards. Through the analysis of the current situation of construction site management, we can see that many construction personnel have weak management ideas, safety awareness and legal awareness, which leads to the inability to accurately and effectively implement the safety management mechanism. Therefore, the management problems of construction sites are increasing. In the management of construction projects, the lack of a positive attitude and weak safety awareness of construction workers will greatly reduce the quality of work. This directly leads to the waste of resources in the construction process, which is an irreversible vicious phenomenon. There are too

many safety hazards, incomplete drawing design and material management, and an imperfect safety management system, which ultimately lead to various problems in construction quality. It not only wastes human resources and funds, but also brings huge losses and obstacles to social and economic development.

2.2 Irregular management of construction projects and inaccurate selection of labor

As my country's urbanization continues to move forward, the construction industry has developed rapidly, gradually affecting the safety and stability of the national construction market. The national management department has also begun to adjust the market supervision and management system and implement the concept of sustainable development. However, enterprises only pursue the ultimate economic efficiency of construction projects, but cannot guarantee the safety of on-site construction. Under the general direction of national leadership, enterprise construction project engineering should develop in a professional and scientific direction to ensure that the overall quality of construction projects is effectively improved.

If the production safety standards are too unclear, the management methods are too old and out of touch with the ground, the knowledge level of on-site construction personnel is uneven, and the safety technology is backward, it will have an adverse impact on the construction project. If the enterprise does not take the current situation as a starting point and develop a complete monitoring and management system, it will cause the company's competitiveness to decline and be eliminated in the prosperous construction market, forming a vicious circle. In fact, the subsequent construction of the project and the receipt of drawings are not the biggest problems in the process of project construction. The biggest problem lies in labor selection and management, which is also the core problem of construction project management.

2.3 Lack of professional talents and lack of technical expertise

The expansion of the scale of urban construction is an inevitable trend in the development of construction projects. While our country's economy is rapidly moving towards marketization, the job requirements for management, construction, and construction projects will also become higher and higher. Therefore, there is a shortage of talents in the construction project management market. , while the market demand for construction engineering management talents is increasing, the professional requirements for managers have also increased. In the talent market, the demand for construction managers is increasing, and their professional level is also improving significantly. At the same time, training professionals has become critical. The training is designed to improve the technical level and specific skills of professionals to meet the needs of construction management. However, there is a lack of professional managers in today's market, and their skills are in urgent need of improvement. This not only delays the development of enterprises, but also affects the talent training structure of the construction engineering industry under the market economy. Simply put, it is difficult for these technically unqualified personnel to win in the fierce competition.

2.4 Not paying attention to project accounting

When carrying out construction projects, many companies or units simply emphasize the highlights of the construction plan and the speed of construction, and only require completion on time, while ignoring the calculation of building materials, which will ultimately delay the completion time of the project. In addition, during the construction process, the accounting of investment funds must be considered. Material fees and labor fees cannot be simply calculated. Interest and other expenses must also be considered. These will affect the completion of subsequent projects.

2.5 The traditional management model is dominant and modern engineering management is superior.

After the slow pace of modernization and upgrading into the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan", my country's entire construction industry has undergone tremendous changes. In particular, the application of computer technology in modern construction project management has greatly improved the overall management efficiency of current construction project management. This is also an important reason why the current level of power engineering management in China will remain low in the long term. one of the reasons.

3 Control measures for construction project management

To sum up, China's construction industry is developing rapidly, and there are still many problems in the construction project management process. This will not only affect the future development of the construction engineering enterprises themselves, but also hinder the construction project managers in the long run. For personal development, the solution to this problem not only requires the country's continuous construction management and improvement of relevant laws and regulations, but also enterprises must control the construction speed and quality and increase investment in safety management. These are important measures to strengthen the system. In other words, the current construction market economic system is not perfect. In this case, it is necessary to continuously reform and improve project management strategies.

3.1 Strengthen construction project management

Our country's management and supervision system for construction projects is still in the development stage, especially at this stage, the contradictions are more serious. In order to enable construction enterprises to develop in the longer term, the country has issued various policy documents, which to a certain extent have improved the quality requirements of construction projects and strengthened the construction safety of construction projects. It not only involves construction personnel, but also ensures good construction work. Maintain building materials to minimize the occurrence of on-site safety accidents. During the construction process, enterprises must not only consider the construction environment and construction safety issues, but also be specific to each person, standardize the work of construction personnel, and find ways to improve the construction safety awareness and reliability of construction personnel. Put the safety and quality of construction first, strengthen the construction management system, establish project responsibilities for construction projects, and improve the efficiency of on-site management work. During the construction process, the construction responsibilities of the project should be established, the construction goals should be correctly proposed to the schedulers and persons in charge of each construction link, the construction efficiency should be well controlled, and construction should not be pursued too fast, resulting in shoddy work.

3.2 Improve relevant systems for construction project management

Strengthening construction process control is a priority task to improve the effectiveness of process quality control and establish a process quality and safety management responsibility system. Develop corresponding responsibility systems during the construction project management process, specific to each construction link, determine project goals, set up main executors and supervisors of each link, carry out construction and management in strict accordance with the construction progress and construction requirements, and strengthen the supervision of the construction project Strength of management and supervision. 3.3 Strengthen the management awareness of managers At the current stage, many companies have not yet realized the importance of construction project management. This idea limits the

economic growth of construction companies, prioritizing only financial gains without taking into account long-term development. Only by making business managers aware of the advantages of construction project management can they develop stably and rapidly. Managers can establish professional management departments and establish a unified management system based on the market economic system to achieve rationalization and scientificization. Relevant enterprises must also increase the accounting methods for economic investment in construction, change traditional accounting methods, use new accounting methods, coordinate material accounting with corporate management methods, encourage employees to innovate, improve management methods, introduce modern information technology management, and improve Construction quality and construction management level, and the addition of information technology auxiliary tools. Through the implementation of information management and application of information technology, a complete management system has been constructed, an appropriate management system has been established and operated, and the application of new management models has been promoted. Once a problem is discovered in a construction project, a solution must be found in time, so as to reduce construction risks, improve safety during construction, help improve the quality of project completion, reduce safety risks in construction projects, improve safety during construction, and thus improve the project quality. In the process of market economy development, the overall progress of the construction industry is relatively slow. 3.4 Optimize human resource allocation

The allocation of manpower in construction projects has a great impact on the cost control of construction companies. Only by optimizing the allocation of human resources can we create favorable conditions for the stable and healthy development of construction companies. Managers formulate personnel-related analyzes and statistics for each department, grasp the basic situation of each department, and rationally prepare various types of human resource utilization plans according to the specific requirements of construction management projects to achieve the efficiency and scientificity of personnel management, thereby realizing human resources Rational utilization of resources.

4 Specific ways to strengthen construction project management

4.1 Safety control and establishment of safety responsibility system

The construction party is the first person responsible for safety production and should bear important legal responsibilities for safety work. However, the supervision department must pay attention to the safety production supervision of the construction party and ensure the management of safety equipment, and cannot reduce the investment in safety equipment for the sake of economic benefits. Once a safety accident occurs, the economic loss will be far greater than the management cost of investing in safety equipment, and it will also seriously affect the construction progress.

4.2 Improve the construction project management system

Developing a management system for construction projects is the cornerstone of a construction company's survival and development. Based on the actual situation, project management functional departments should be set up according to the scale and complexity of the construction project, and equipped with corresponding staff to ensure the number and quality of staff to meet the

needs of project management. Clarify the responsibilities in project production, ensure the effective operation of the management system, and promote the continuous progress of management. It is necessary to promote the legal management and safety of construction projects as the goal and use the law as the criterion to strengthen the management of projects so that various tasks in the management process can be effectively implemented and promote the development of management work toward institutionalization and standardization.

4.3 Cost control

Project cost management is to guide, supervise, regulate and restrict the human resources, material education resources and management costs consumed for production and operation during the project cost formation process, to control all production costs within the planned cost range and ensure cost control.

4.4 Correct the management concepts of construction units and construction project managers In any industry and work, safety is the top priority. Only on the premise of ensuring safety

can the architectural design and construction be carried out smoothly and the quality of the power project can be guaranteed. Therefore, construction project workers should first put safety awareness and safety ideas first. For construction engineering enterprises, they should pay attention to the management of construction projects, strengthen investment in management work, do a good job in the ideological and political work of project management personnel, and support the smooth advancement of construction projects. The staff themselves should also have a full understanding of the role and importance of their work. Only in this way can management work be carried out smoothly.

Construction project management is an important part of the construction engineering industry. It involves every link. All relevant units must attach great importance to it and arrange professional personnel to carry out scientific project management to ensure that the quality of engineering construction can be very well guaranteed. As long as the state, enterprises, and relevant staff in the construction industry work together as one, and work together in one direction, I firmly believe that the construction industry will take on a new look and exude new vitality. I think that engineering management needs to be constantly updated with the development of the times so as to keep pace with the times.
