В этой статье дается краткий обзор мошеннических проектов и процессов свалок. В основном проводится анализ технологических процессов работы корпуса рабочего органа и сферического диска.

Today, there are about 900 million people in the world every year. The use of advanced tillage technologies and modern technical means while maintaining soil fertility for high yields in the cultivation of cotton and other agricultural crops per hectare is a leader. The average annual area under cotton in the country is 1 million hectares. Special attention is paid to the development of plows for plowing high-quality and energy-efficient and energy-efficient cotton fields [1, 2, 3].

In this regard, it is important to carry out targeted scientific research to ensure resource efficiency in the process of interaction of the working parts of the plows plowing cotton fields with the soil.

The most important and complex operation of the process of preparing cotton stalks for planting is to place the cotton stalks along the root on the existing branches along the direction of movement of the aggregate. This operation is carried out by a working body that moves the bender and cotton stalks to the edge with a pile of soil. Carrying out this operation on the basis of quality agrotechnical requirements depends on the design of the working body and its parameters, as well as the mode of operation.

The following should be taken into account when choosing the design of the working body, which will move the stalks to the field with cotton soil:

— when cutting the stalks with the root system, move as little soil as possible from the stalks to the field, as new stalks are formed from the soil left in the stalks and, depending on its size, the stalks are buried deeper under the stalks;

— placement of cotton stalks under the influence of the working body in the direction of the movement of the aggregate on the old branch;

— low energy consumption during the operation;

— the interaction between the bender and the overturner when moving the stalks to the edge.

According to B. Khudoyarov's field experiments [4], in order to obtain cotton stalks with root system, it is enough to cut a stalk with width b = 20-26 cm and depth a = 13-17 cm in the middle of the pile (Fig. 1).

The ridge soil can be moved to the ridge mainly by two types of working bodies: the lemex overturned body (Fig. 2, a) and the spherical disc (Fig. 2, b).

As can be seen from Figure 2, the lemex body cuts a large amount of soil relative to the spherical disk. As a result, relatively little soil remains in the mound to form a new ridge and bury the stalks placed in the existing ridge.

Under the influence of Lemex bodies, cotton stalks are placed mainly transversely to the direction of aggregate movement. This was revealed in experiments conducted by B.H. Dehkanov, B. Khudoyarov and A.H. Rajabov. With this working organ it is very difficult and almost impossible to place the stalks along the ridge.

When moving the stalks to the edge, it is possible to study in depth the degree of interaction of the spherical disk with the spinner, as the direction of movement of the spherical disk and the angles of mounting to the right and left relative to the longitudinal plane and the possibility of changing its technological parameters [5].

Because the spherical disc moves forward and rotates, it does not become clogged with cotton stalks and plant debris during operation. In view of the above, a spherical disk was selected as the working body to turn the rooted pile soil into a ridge.
