INTRODUCTION

Modern computer networks allow two-way audio and video communication between partners and are the most convenient technologies for teaching foreign languages. This is especially true in the current pandemic-related environment. When developing a methodology for distance learning foreign languages, it is important to take into account the following conditions:

1. The main and most effective of these conditions is direct communicative or "live" communication, because it is the most natural and informative way for a person to exchange information. Only with live communication, the teacher can use all methods of influencing the student, such as visual, auditory, kinesthetic.

2. The main figure in the learning process is the teacher: his main task is the correct delivery of the necessary information to the student.

3. "Live" communication takes place during classroom sessions; therefore, the regularity of their conduct plays an important role, which directly depends on a well-designed schedule.

4. It is necessary to teach all types of speech activity while singling out listening and speaking as the leading ones.

5. Teaching foreign languages without communicating with native speakers (naturally or artificially organized) is ineffective. Therefore, it is important to use in the classroom various technical teaching aids that allow learners to hear the original speech of the native speaker (both educational audio and video materials and non-adapted feature films, documentaries and news channels of foreign languages.

6. And, finally, it is well known - for that In order to learn a foreign language, you need to master a huge amount of didactic and reference information, usually dictionaries, grammar reference books and textbooks play the role of such information accumulators.

All these conditions can be realized using the didactic capabilities of new information technologies. The most important of them are:

✓ the possibility of systematic accumulation of training information, its editing and reliable storage:

Distance learning technologies make it possible to place educational material on various media. The advantage of this kind of media is that the teacher can make additions and changes to its content as necessary. Whereas printed publications and even DVD-R and CD-R discs (with the exception of DVD-RWand CD-RW) corrected during the educational process. The trainee has the opportunity to rewrite the received materials on a flash card, MicroSD, external HHD or SSD, print them and work with them when and how it is most convenient for him. Moreover, when studying the material received, the user can at his discretion, set the size and type of font, change the colors used to decorate the text, remove or move pictures and even illustrate the text himself, making it more complete. All this serves to better assimilation of the material, because the result of their own work evokes positive emotions and generates additional motivation.

✓ The possibility of intensive communication between the trainees and the teacher, being trained with each other:

Telecommunication communication provides direct and feedback communication between the teacher and the student. This feature significantly distinguishes distance learning from correspondence and brings it closer to full-time. It stands, as it were, between them, but in essence, it is much closer, and sometimes

even more effective than face-to-face. Modern computer networks allow two-way audio and video communication between partners and are the most convenient technologies for teaching foreign languages. However, the transmission of high-quality images with high resolution requires expensive equipment and high bandwidth of communication channels, while the transmission and storage of text messages requires minimal costs. This mainly concerns trainees who have different, often inexpensive equipment and limited traffic. For this reason, at present, in telecommunication communication, as a rule, text, graphic and audio forms of material presentation prevail.

DISCUSSION AND RESULTS

Thus, one should look for additional ways to try to make up for the lack of direct "live" communication [1-12]. For such purposes, a computer interactive multimedia electronic textbook used, recorded on the above media. At the same time, telecommunication communication used for intermediate, final control and consultations - for the operational management of the learning process. The main difference between computer multimedia of an electronic textbook and a conventional printed textbook is that in addition to text and graphics, it can use audio recording, animation, film and video fragments.

As a result, immersion in an artificially created language environment enables the student to listen to foreign language speech, learn to understand it by ear and practice his pronunciation, repeating after the speaker [13-25]. Moreover, modern technologies already make it possible to recognize the correctness of the student's oral answer. It is also important to note that distance learning combines such technical teaching aids as a smartphone, tablet, laptop, computer, TV, complete with various peripheral devices, such as a webcam, microphone, printer, without which it is impossible to achieve sufficiently high-quality teaching of foreign languages, in particular oral speech. In the case of full-time education, as practice shows, difficulties arise even with the use of at least one of the listed means in class, and sometimes this is simply not possible, due to certain restrictions in some regime educational institutions. An extremely important feature of distance learning of foreign languages is the possibility of telecommunication communication of the student not only with the teacher and training partners, but also with real partners -native speakers.

✓ The ability to provide the teacher with operational management of the learning process:

Scientific Journal Impact Factor

If in the process of full-time education the teacher is the main and direct source of information, then in distance learning he concedes this role to interactive computer training programs, and his function is to organize, regulate and manage the educational process. In connection with the above, when developing a course, it is necessary to rely on the independent work of trainees with training materials prepared in advance and transferred to them at their disposal. An e-course in distance learning should be focused on a specific educational process. Along with a computer interactive multimedia textbook, it is necessary to include electronic and printed materials, audio and video materials, the entire set of didactic tools in the e-learning course of a foreign language. In the learning process, the teacher manages the progress of the trainees' work with the provided material, conducts intermediate and final control and assesses the completeness of the assimilation of knowledge, advises the trainees on emerging issues.

✓ The ability for the student to choose the time and pace of training:

The organization of training for distance electronic courses has a very valuable quality: the student can acquire knowledge at a convenient time for him and choose the most appropriate pace for studying the material and performing practical tasks. In the modern form of full-time education with its current curriculum and class schedule, this is an almost insoluble problem. Thus, well-organized distance learning of a foreign language can be quite effective, and its development looks promising and quite realistic. Analysis of work with trainees during a pandemic showed that the organization of training using computer tools and technologies turned out to be extremely interesting for trainees. This is due to the novelty of this form of education. In addition, the effect of novelty in sociolinguistics is one of the most important stimuli that affects the completeness of memorizing a particular material. In addition, when working with a computer, trainees lose a sense of self-doubt, which prevents them from showing their abilities in traditional classroom teaching in groups. With distance learning, the teacher can make comments and correct gross errors, incidents, not in the general group, but individually [26-40].

CONCLUSION

As you know, the trained contingent is graduates of traditional schools, often rural, where, unfortunately, the method of classical classroom teaching is still used, the founder of which was the brilliant Czech teacher Jan Amos Komensky. In conclusion, it should be noted that the conditions created by Covid 19 require the

greatest possible application and improvement of distance learning methods using the results of scientific and technological progress.
