According to the definition of UNESCO, the technology of education is a systematic method of creating, applying and defining the whole process of teaching and learning, taking into account the technical and human resources and their interaction, which aims to optimize the forms of education. The technology of education as a part of pedagogical technology is called upon to create the theory and methodology of design and to implement the practical implementation of new education systems and ways of managing their processes, the activities of their participants. The main task of the technology of education is the optimization of teaching and learning processes. To such technologies whole pedagogical systems of developing education and upbringing can be referred: problem training; intensive developmental education of junior schoolchildren; training and intellectual development of schoolchildren on the basis of educational activity; information technologies and computer training systems; technology integration of didactic units in training.
One of the promising directions for the development of modern education is the interpenetration of ideas of information technologies and advanced pedagogical ideas and approaches. In modern pedagogical concepts, learning is no longer considered only as a process of transferring knowledge from teacher to student. Also, a depleted interpretation of learning is presented as a procedure for developing the necessary skills and abilities. Of course, the mentioned elements of the educational process are not completely denied. Moreover, in many courses there is a simple transfer of educational information (educational material) and the procedures for developing the required skills and abilities, the formation of developed activities based on them. However, the educational goals here are broader - the formation of a creative personality, the development of personal mechanisms of adaptation to the conditions of a rapidly changing world, abilities for continuous development and improvement, readiness and ability to master new areas of professional activity.
Means of new information technologies provide students with a variety of modern learning tools. In addition to traditional textbooks and notes, students can be offered computer tutorials, electronic tutorials, computer systems of testing and knowledge control, electronic guides and encyclopedias, educational audio and video materials, information materials posted on the Internet. Distance learning is a purposeful process of interactive interaction between students and learners among themselves and with teaching aids, invariant to their location in space and time, which is realized in a specific didactic system. Distance learning systems are based on the use of new information technologies, which fundamentally cannot be implemented without computers, networks, multimedia systems, etc.
Designing and introducing into the educational process technologies of distance learning that are focused on the personality of the learner, stimulate motivation, are largely variable and corrective. It provides training of specialists with a broad scientific education, professionally competent, with developed creative thinking, who are able to effectively solve complex and multifaceted tasks of their activities. Such distance learning technologies orient students not to master ready-made scientific-theoretical formulas and concrete-applied recipe recommendations, but to creative and exploratory activities in obtaining, constructing new knowledge, modeling and studying processes and phenomena, designing ways of professional activity. Network learning technologies best support this trend, especially when introducing online educational and methodological complexes into the educational process. The remote form of education is receiving educational services without
visiting the university, using modern information and educational technologies and telecommunication systems such as e-mail, television and the INTERNET. Distance learning can be used in higher education, as well as for advanced training and retraining of specialists. Taking into account the territorial characteristics and the growing needs of quality education in the regions, distance learning currently occupies a strong place in the market of educational services.
Computer systems can examine, detect errors, give necessary recommendations, carry out practical training, open access to electronic libraries, find the necessary quotation, paragraph, paragraph or chapter of a book in a matter of seconds, highlight the main points in it. Training courses are accompanied by game situations, are equipped with terminological vocabulary and open access to the main domestic and international databases. A distinctive feature of distance learning is to provide trainees with the opportunity to obtain the required knowledge themselves, using advanced information resources. Information resources: databases and knowledge, computer, including multimedia, training and control systems, video and audio recordings, electronic libraries -together with traditional textbooks and teaching aids create a unique distributed learning environment accessible to a wide audience. Video and television lectures, round tables, video and text conferences, the possibility of frequent, up to daily consultations with the teacher on computer communications make the interaction of students with teachers even more intense than with the traditional form of education.

It is possible to provide high-quality mastering of the standard of education, and at the same time, the educational and informational competence of students is possible only through specially organized work. One of the ways to achieve positive learning outcomes is interactive learning. The interactive learning model aims to organize conditions in which all students actively interact with each other and the teacher. Modeling of life situations and the use of interactive learning technologies allows you to include in the learning process the motivational sphere of the student. Interactive learning is based on the direct interaction of students with their experiences and those of their friends. Interactive techniques require certain conditions for their use.
1. Clear definition of goals.
2. The teacher should take into account the peculiarities of this group of students, the degree of their readiness for joint activities.
3. It is necessary to remember that the goals and objectives of using the method play an important role.
4. The teacher should clearly, step by step, imagine the main stages of the implementation of a particular training method, predicting its results. Pedagogical
