Introduction. When studying the problem of our research, first of all, it is necessary to pay special attention to the comparative analysis of the results of psychological-pedagogical research on the theoretical-methodological foundations of the formation of human thinking and the problem of developing sanogenic thinking.
Human health is the most complex and urgent problem studied by various sciences: medicine, biology, pedagogy, psychology, sociology and valeology. Each discipline focuses on certain aspects of the health phenomenon, so health theories must first have an idea of their similarities and differences. This issue is directly related to the problem of protecting the health of pupils and students in early adolescence, because medical, hygienic and psychological-pedagogical strategies for protecting the health of learners should be studied. A person should control his behavior, feelings, mood in the process of social relations. For this he needs to understand himself more deeply. Everyone should be able to control not only their emotions and behavior, but also their way of thinking according to certain rules.
On the international scale, large-scale practice programs, several organizations and associations are conducting their activities to increase the characteristics of health, mental freshness, and stress resistance in people. Among them (NCHBHS) (National Center on Health, Behavioral Health, and Safety) - the organization's program to support early childhood, educational problems, the social role of families, emotional and mental health directed. This

support is especially useful for protecting children from stress or increasing natural abilities such as resistance to stress and resilience. The (NCHBHS) program also focuses on human factors issues such as stress, mental health, substance abuse rehabilitation, domestic violence, and child and survivor welfare.
Based on the author's approach based on the analysis of several studies and scientific literature, we can say that an author's portrait showing characteristics of sanogenic and pathogenic thinking has been created and is manifested by the following cases. (See Figure 1)

thinking in the image of one who receives positive stimulus even from failure, is able to quickly overcome disappointments, has confidence in the future, the need to live in the pursuit of success and happiness, and can create luck from bad luck. In order to be a positive person, he also cited his practical recommendations from his experience: [108].
• -first believe in yourself and your talents
• -try to develop your skills
• -be humble and sincere in communication with people
• - consciously believe in success,
• - pay serious attention to the health of the body
• - and the feeling of self-confidence leads to self-realization and successful achievement of your goals.
• - choose a very important and useful book in life and fill your internal resources.
M. James noted that the basis of sanogenic thinking is the ability of the mind to understand what is happening in the present time:
A person who does not know how to behave or feel quickly becomes emotionally exhausted and loses self-confidence, and such a person quickly finds himself in a difficult, uncomfortable position between internal conflicting forces.
Based on today's globalization processes, human capital and needs have been determined, and accordingly, the mechanisms of effective influence of the educational process serving the social needs of the young generation, such as the development of a healthy outlook, positive attitude, and sanogenic behavior, have been determined, and the identified mechanisms have been optimized. In order to achieve the goal, the task was to study the current state of the educational process. At the same time, innovative approaches, principles of education, functions of developing healthy thinking and behavior, pedagogical and psychological methods were determined.
Effective approaches, principles, functions and psychological-pedagogical methods have been selected for the educational process in the organizational block.
A differential approach. The importance of a differentiated approach in the development of the world of personal thinking in the educational process is incomparable. A differentiation approach is an individual approach that helps students learn more deeply and identify their strengths and weaknesses. It is appropriate to choose the methods that are suitable for the learner only after a thorough study. The problem of differentiation of the educational process is currently being solved to a certain extent in developed countries, and it must be said that these solutions help to achieve positive results.
Acmeological approach. As a mechanism for the development of Sanogen thinking, it is planned to form the Akme personality model, and it serves the concept that a person should have the maximum maturity achieved in all areas of individual activity, giving the values of "Akme" - a high-quality, blooming mature period. Since maximum maturity is associated with the highest peak of personal development and individual activity, this peak is called "acme" in Greek, and this field is called acmeology. Acmeological consistency, that is, striving for the peak of perfection, is an inseparable feature of human life, and by this phrase is understood the tendency to growth of thinking, personal, professional development and self-improvement.

CONCLUSION. The following conclusions were reached in this chapter, which is devoted to the study of the psychological mechanisms of the development of sanogenic thinking:
1. The psychological health and protection of a person is manifested in the presence of complex, multi-level social, socio-psychological and individual-personal mechanisms, and the formation of psychological protection of a person, the study of some directions and main levels of its activity, in turn, allows us to imagine its character as a system.
2. Those who think under pathogenic thinking tend to remember more past memories, they rarely live with the present, they always walk in regret remembering past mistakes, misfortunes, sad events. He also blames others for his actions and mistakes.
3. In the formation of immunity to external control of a person's mind and the eroding effect of informational influence, psychological dependence, human manipulation, mind control prevention, the main attention should be focused on the development of critical thinking and reflection, and the formation of social behavior skills.
