Models and Methods of Information Systems Research Workshop was held on December 4-5, 2019 at Emperor Alexander I St. Petersburg State Transport University, St. Petersburg, Russia. The objectives of the workshop were to bring together researchers interested in different aspects of models and methods of Information Systems and computer science to share their experience in the use of computer-based engineering research and to strengthen links between universities and research organizations of all levels by means of combining excellence in teaching, learning and researching.
