ЮБИЛЕЙНАЯ 25-Я МЕЖДУНАРОДНАЯ КОНФЕРЕНЦИЯ «ЛИТЕЙНОЕ ПРОИЗВОДСТВО И МЕТАЛЛУРГИЯ 2017. БЕЛАРУСЬ»
Стало уже традицией в столице Беларуси осенью проводить ежегодные встречи литейщиков и металлургов. 18-19 октября в г. Минске в научно-технологическом парке БНТУ «Политехник» состоялась юбилейная 25-я Международная научно-техническая конференция «Литейное производство и металлургия 2017. Беларусь». Одновременно с конференцией проходила информационная выставка литейного производства и металлургических технологий, в которой участвовали представители из Беларуси (ОАО «БМЗ - управляющая компания холдинга «БМК», ГНУ «Институт технологии металлов НАН Беларуси», ОАО «Минский механический завод им. С. И. Вавилова», ОАО «БЕЛНИИЛИТ», УП «Техно-лит», «Промышленные экологические системы»), России (ООО «Остек-АртТул») и стран дальнего зарубежья («Furtenbach», Австрия, DISA, Pour-Tech AB, «Zanardi Fonderie», Италия, «HWS», Германия.
Юбилейная конференция стала одним из самых запоминающихся мероприятий года. В ней участвовало более 150 специалистов из Беларуси, России, Украины, Латвии, Великобритании, Австрии, Чехии, Германии, Италии, Великобритании, Словакии, Польши, Египта, Болгарии, ученых из институтов НАН Беларуси (ИТМ, ФТИ, ОИМ), представителей технических вузов нашей страны (БНТУ, ГГТУ им. П. О. Сухого), России (МИСиС), дальнего зарубежья (университет SWANSEA, Великобритания, Центральный научно-исследовательский металлургический университет, Египет.
Впервые на конференции присутствовал и выступил Генеральный секретарь Всемирной организации литья (WFO) Эндрю Тернер (Великобритания). В 2010 г. Ассоциация литейщиков и металлургов Республики Беларусь была принята в число членов старейшей Всемирной организации литейщиков, объединяющей ассоциации 30 стран мира (Германия, США, КНР, Индия, Италия, Франция и др.). На конференцию приехало немало представителей иностранных фирм и компаний: президент фирмы Занарди Фабио (фирма «Zanardi Fonderie», Италия, наш давний друг и партнер Петер Чандл (фирма «Engineering Consultants Tschandl», Австрия, Олаф Крамер (фирма «HWS», Германия), Мауро Фасино (фирма «Ital-presse Gauss», Италия), Тадеуш Франашек и Катаржина Лизка (Президент и Генеральный секретарь Польской ассоциации литейщиков), профессор Центрального научно-исследовательского металлургического института Адель Нофал (Египет), профессор Стивен Браун, ректор Инженерного института университета SWANSEA (Великобритания) и сотрудник этого института г-н Р. Рэнсинг и др.
Открыл конференцию академик НАН Беларуси, д-р техн. наук, профессор, дважды Лауреат Госпремий, Заслуженный изобретатель РБ, зам. председателя Ассоциации литейщиков и металлургов РБ Е. И. Ма-рукович.
На пленарном заседании в президиуме конференции, помимо руководителя оргкомитета генерального директора ОАО «БМЗ - управляющая компания холдинга «БМК» председателя АЛиМ А. Н. Савенка, присутствовали заместитель Премьер-министра Республики Беларусь В. И. Семашко, ректор БНТУ, д-р техн. наук С. В. Харитончик, Президент Российской ассоциации литейщиков, д-р техн. наук, профессор И. А. Дибров, Генеральный секретарь Всемирной организации литья (WFO) Эндрю Тернер (Великобритания).
С приветственным словом выступили генеральный директор ОАО «БМЗ - управляющая компания холдинга «БМК» А. Н. Савенок, ректор Белорусского национального технического университета С. В. Ха-ритончик.
Большой интерес и внимание вызвало выступление заместителя Премьер-министра Республики Беларусь В. И. Семашко, который озвучил планы модернизации крупных литейных производств Беларуси на 2017-2030 гг. Были отмечены наиболее значимые проекты:
1. Модернизация литейного производства ОАО «МАЗ - управляющая компания холдинга «БЕЛАВ-ТОМАЗ».

3. Модернизация литейного производства ОАО «Могилевлифтмаш».
Оптимизация и модернизация литейных производств позволит снизить производственные затраты, поэтапно минимизировать импорт литья, внедрить передовые технологии, повысить качество выпускаемой продукции.
Анализ состояния литейной промышленности во всем мире, политические и экономические факторы, которые затрагивают спрос и предложение на литейную продукцию, деятельность основных стран-производителей представил в своем докладе «Глобальное состояние литейной промышленности» Генеральный секретарь Всемирной организации литья господин Эндрю Тернер (Великобритания).
Краткий анализ состояния и перспектив развития металлургического комплекса Республики Беларусь был дан в докладе генерального директора ОАО «БМЗ - управляющая компания холдинга «БМК» А. Н. Савенка. Было отмечено, что сегодня можно говорить о том, что реальный сектор экономики Беларуси вышел из затяжной рецессии, обусловленной негативными мировыми макроэкономическими процессами, и вступил в период устойчивого роста.
Важный вопрос - энергоэффективность на предприятиях отрасли. Поэтому большой интерес у слушателей вызвал доклад представителя ЮНИДО (Организация ООН по промышленному развитию)
A. Ю. Антомошкина «Энергоменеджмент - слово или дело? Опыт внедрения в России». В докладе были отражены результаты работ по проекту ЮНИДО в Российской Федерации, в том числе впечатляющий экономический эффект (свыше 1,1 млрд. российских рублей), полученный на Магнитогорском металлургическом комбинате.
О перспективах развития литейного производства в России рассказал Президент Российской ассоциации литейщиков И. А. Дибров.
Новое оборудование фирмы DISA представил Д. Ю. Самохвалов (Представительство фирмы DISA в России), с интересом были выслушаны аналогичные выступления представителей фирм HWS (Германия), 2апа^ и Italpresse (Италия).
Аспекты литейного производства в Польше по сравнению с Европой и миром были показаны в докладе Катаржины Лизка, Генерального секретаря Польской ассоциации литейщиков.
Участники конференции предоставили разнообразную программу докладов, информационных сообщений, выступлений, в которых отразили всю палитру литейного производства и металлургии как субъектов машиностроительного комплекса. На пленарном заседании были заслушаны серьезные доклады, расширяющие наши представления по отдельным направлениям литейного производства.
Всего на пленарном заседании было заслушано 11 докладов.
Привлекли внимание участников конференции секции («Литейное производство» и «Металлургия») и круглые столы.
1. Литье алюминиевых сплавов (руководитель - д-р техн. наук, профессор НИТУ МИСиС, Россия,
B. Д. Белов).
2. Технологии, свойства и применение отпущенного высокопрочного чугуна (руководитель - профессор Центрального научно-исследовательского металлургического института, Египет, Адель Нофал).
3. Прокат ОАО «БМЗ», производимый согласно европейским стандартам для машиностроительных предприятий (руководитель - начальник исследовательского центра ОАО «БМЗ - управляющая компания холдинга «БМК», Беларусь, А. В. Венгура).
За время работы Конференции было представлено 66 докладов и презентаций.
Яркое событие конференции - церемония награждения Лауреатов Премии Ассоциации литейщиков и металлургов (АЛиМ) с вручением дипломов и «Бронзовой статуэтки литейщика». Эта Премия является важной составляющей укрепления научных связей и стимулом развития новых перспективных направлений.
Диплом Лауреата Премии АЛиМ и бронзовая статуэтка в номинации «Лучший инновационный проект, внедренный на литейном и металлургическом производствах, направленный на повышение качества продукции, энерго- и ресурсосбережение», были вручены ОАО «БМЗ - управляющая компания холдинга «БМК» за внедрение комплекса производства черновых осей на ОАО «Могилевский металлургический завод».
В номинации «Лучшая научно-производственная работа молодого инженера» (премия им. Д. М. Кукуя) была отмечена работа инженера-технолога 2-й категории прокатного отдела технического управления ОАО «БМЗ - управляющая компания холдинга «БМК», магистра технических наук (металлургия)

Арсения Игоревича Пости за исследование влияния скоростных режимов прокатки на износостойкость прокатных валков черновой группы клетей стана 370/150.
За вклад в создание и развитие научно-технических основ, производственной базы, технологии и оборудования для рециклинга дисперсных отходов черных и цветных металлов дипломом АЛиМ и бронзовой статуэткой был награжден директор УП «Технолит», кандидат технических наук, доцент Сергей Леонидович Ровин.
И. А. Дибров, Президент Российской ассоциации литейщиков, вручил Е. И. Маруковичу (зам. председателя АЛиМ), С. Ф. Лукашевичу, М. А. Сайкову (директор ОАО «ГЛЗ «ЦЕНТРОЛИТ») медали Российской ассоциации литейщиков за «Верность профессии».
В номинации «За многолетнюю работу в области литейного и металлургического производств» был награжден (посмертно) директор ОАО «БЕЛНИИЛИТ», кандидат технических наук Алексей Петрович Мельников.
В торжественной обстановке были вручены памятные медали и дипломы:
• Е. И. Маруковичу, академику НАН Беларуси, д-ру техн. наук, профессору, дважды Лауреату Госпремий, Заслуженному изобретателю РБ, зам. председателя Ассоциации литейщиков и металлургов РБ «За значительный вклад в становление и развитие Ассоциации литейщиков и металлургов Республики Беларусь, организацию и проведение Международных научно-технических конференций «Литейное производство и металлургия. Беларусь»,
а также генеральным партнерам конференции:
• господину Петеру Чандлу - нашему давнему другу и партнеру, фирма «Engineering Consultants Tschandl», Австрия;
• господину Олафу Крамеру, фирма «Heinrich Wagner Sinto», Германия, оборудование которой хорошо знают в Беларуси;
• господину Фабио Занарди - Президенту фирмы «Zanardi Fonderie», Италия, одной из самых известных в мире компаний по производству изделий из отпущенного высокопрочного чугуна.
Проведенная конференция расширила взаимовыгодное сотрудничество, повысила осведомленность в области литейного и металлургических производств, помогла найти партнеров, установить новые деловые контакты.

THE JUBILEE XXV-TH INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE «FOUNDRY PRODUCTION AND METALLURGY 2017. BELARUS»
It has become a tradition to hold annual meetings of foundrymen and metallurgists in the capital of Belarus every fall. The Jubilee XXV-th International scientific-technical Conference «Foundry production and metallurgy 2017. Belarus» took place 18-19 October in Minsk at the Science and Technology Park of BNTU «Polytechnic». Simultaneously with the conference was organized an information exhibition of foundry production and metallurgical technologies, which was attended by representatives from Belarus (OJSC «BMZ - holding management company «BMK», SSI «Institute of technology of metals of NAS of Belarus», OJSC «Minsk mechanical plant» named after Vavilov, JSC «BELNIILIT», unitary enterprise «Tehnolit», JSC «Industrial Ecological Systems»), Russia (JSC «Ostek-ArtTul») and from other countries (Furtenbach (Austria), DISA, Pour-Tech AB, Zanardi Fonderie (Italy), HWS (Germany).
The conference was one of the most memorable events of the year. It brought together over 150 experts and scientists from Belarus, Russia, Ukraine, Latvia, UK, Austria, Bulgaria, Italy, Czech Republic, Germany, Slovakia, Poland, Egypt, the scientists of the institutes of the National Academy of Sciences (NAS) of Belarus (ITM, FTI, AMI), representatives of technical universities of Belarus (Belarusian National Technical University, Gomelsky State Technical University named after Sukhoi), Russia (MISIS), other foreign countries (University of SWANSEA, UK), Central metallurgical R&D Institute (Egypt).
For the first time the conference was attended by General Secretary of the World Foundry Organization (WFO) Mr. Andrew Turner (Great Britain). In 2012 the Association of foundrymen and metallurgists of the Republic of Belarus was adopted to this world organization of founders, uniting Associations of 30 countries of

the world (Germany, USA, China, India, France, etc.). The Conference was attended by many representatives of foreign firms and companies: President of Zanardi Fonderie Mr. Zanardi Fabio (Italy), our old friend and partner Peter Tschandl (Engineering Consultants Tschandl (Austria), Olaf Kramer (HWS, Germany), Mauro Fassino (Italpresse Gauss, Italy), Tadeusz Franaszek and Katarzyna Lizka, (President and General Secretary of the Polish Foundrymen's Association), Professor of the Central Metallurgical R&D Institute Adel Nofal (Egypt), Professor S. Brown and Dr. P. Ransing (University of SWANSEA, UK) and others.

E. I. Marukovich, Academician of NAS of Belarus, Dr. of engineering, Professor, twice laureate of the state prize, Honored inventor of the Republic of Belarus, Deputy Chairman of Association of foundrymen and metallurgists of Belarus opened the Conference.
The presense of government officials demonstrates the importance the Conference.
The General Director of OJSC «BMZ - holding management company «BMK» A. N. Savenok and the rector of Belarusian national technical University V. S. Kharitonchik made welcoming words.
With great interest and attention the participants of the conference listened to the information of the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Belarus V. I. Semashko. In his speech V. I. Semashko announced plans of modernization of foundry facilities in 2017-2030. The most significant projects:
1. Modernization of foundry production of JSC «MAZ - holding management company «BELAVTOMAZ».
2. Modernization of foundry of OJSC «MTW» (Minsk Tractor Works).
3. Modernization of foundry production of JSC «Mogilevliftmash» (The largest producer of elevators).
Thus, the adoption of measures for optimization and modernization of the foundry will reduce production
costs, and will gradually minimize the import of the casting, introduce advanced technologies, improve product quality.
Analysis of the state of the foundry industry worldwide, political and economic factors that affect the demand for and supply of foundry products, the activities of the major foundry producer countries were presented in the profound presentation «The Global Casting Industry (Overview)»of the General Secretary of the World Foundry Organization Mr. Andrew Turner (Great Britain).
A brief analysis of the status and prospects of development of metallurgical complex of the Republic of Belarus was given in the report of the General Director of OJSC «BMZ - holding management company «BMK» A. N. Savenok. It was noted that the real economy finally emerged from a protracted recession due to the negative global macroeconomic processes, and entered into a period of sustainable growth.
Important issue is energy efficiency in the enterprise sector. Much interest among the participants caused the report of the representative of UNIDO A. Y. Antamoshkin «Energy management - just words or deed? Results of Implementation in Russia.» The results of UNIDO Project on energy management in Russia were presented, and especially the impressive economic impact (more than 1,1 billion Russian rubles) which was received in Magnitogorsk metallurgical plant due to the project's implementation.
The President of the Russian Association of founders I. A. Dibrov made interesting presentation about prospects of development of foundry production in Russia.
New equipment of the company DISA was introduced by D. Y. Samokhvalov (representative office of firm DISA, Russia).
Aspects of foundry production in Poland in comparison with Europe and the world were made in the report of Katarzyna Lizka, General Secretary of the Polish Foundrymen Association.
The conference provided a varied program of presentations, information, speeches, which reflected the whole palette of foundry production and metallurgy as subjects of mechanical engineering. At the plenary meeting heard serious reports enhance our understanding in certain areas of the foundry.
The attention of the participants of the conference was also focused on round tables:
1. Casing aluminum alloys. The Head - V. D. Belov, Dr. of Engineering, Professor «MISIS», (Russia).
2. Technology, properties and application of au&empered ductile iron (ADI). The Head - Adel Nofal, Professor of the Central Metallurgical R&D In&itute, (Egypt).
3. The mill products of OJSC «BMZ - holding management company «BMK», produced according to European ^andards for Belarus machine-building enterprises. The Head - A. V. Vengura, Chief of the research

During the work of the Conference were made 66 reports and presentations.
The highlight of the conference was the ceremony of award of the ALiM of with the diplomas and «Bronze statues of the foundtyman». Prizes of the Association of foundrymen and metallurgists of the Republic of Belarus are traditionally an important component of strengthening scientific ties and boost development of new promising activities.
The diploma of the Laureate of the Prize of the Association of foundrymen and metallurgists and the bronze statuette in the nomination «The Best innovative project implemented in the foundry and metallurgical industries, aimed at improving product quality, energy and resource saving» was awarded to OJSC «BMZ - holding management company «BMK» for the construction of a complex for the production of rough axles for JSC «Mogilev metallurgical plant».
In the nomination «Best scientific-production work of a young engineer» (the prize named after D. M. Kukui) the work of engineer-technologist of rolling of the Department of technical control of OJSC «BMZ -holding management company «BMK», master of engineering (metallurgy) Arseniy I. Posti was given for a research of the impact of high-speed rolling conditions on wear resistance of the rolls of roughing stands of the Mill 370/150.
For contribution to creation and development of scientific-technical bases, production base, technologies and equipment for recycling dispersive wastes of ferrous and non-ferrous metals with a diploma and a bronze statuette of ALiM was awarded to the Director of the unitary enterprise «Tehnolit», Ph. D in Technical Sciences, Associate Professor Sergey L. Rovin.
I. A. Dibrov, the President of the Russian Association of founders handed Marukovich E. I. (Deputy Chairman of ALiM), F. S. Lukasiewicz, M. A. Saikova (Director of «GLS TSENTROLIT) medals of the Russian Association of founders for «Loyalty to profession».
In the nomination «For long-term work in the field of foundry and metallurgical productions» was awarded (posthumously) the Director of JSC «BELNIILIT», Ph. D in Technical Sciences Alexey Melnikov
In a solemn ceremony commemorative medals and diplomas were awarded:
• E. I. Marukovich, Academician of the NAS of Belarus Dr. of Engineering Sciences, Professor, twice Laureate of state prize, Honored inventor of the Republic of Belarus, Deputy Chairman of Association of foundry-men and metallurgists of Belarus - «For significant contribution to formation and development of the Association of foundrymen and metallurgists of the Republic of Belarus, organization and holding of International scientific-technical conference «Foundry production and metallurgy. Belarus»,
as well as to the General partners:
• Mr. Peter Tschandl - a longstanding friend and partner, the firm «Engineering Consultants Tschandl»;
• Mr. Olaf Kramer, the firm Heinrich Wagner Sinto, which modern equipment is well known in Belarus;
• Mr. Fabio Zanardi - President of the company, «Zanardi Fonderie», one of the well-known companies in the world for the production of products of austempered ductile iron (ADI).
The conference allowed to expand mutually beneficial cooperation, to raise awareness in the field of foundry and metallurgical production, to find new partners, to establish new contacts.
