2Разработанные и апробированные программы индивидуальной и групповой коррекции включали занятия в сенсорной комнате. Такая коррекционная работа помогла стабилизировать психические состояния детей с характерологическими отклонениями и личностными аномалиями.
Доказана эффективность восстановительного обучения детей с нарушенными психическими функциями, процессами, свойствами, корректирующего когнитивную сферу ребенка, помогающего адаптации ребенка в обществе, реабилитации поврежденного психического развития.
Обратим внимание на предупреждение психоэмоционального расстройства, проведение психопрофилактической работы. Очень важно развивать у ребенка стрессоустойчивость. Лучшей профилактикой стресса у детей являются регулярный отдых, здоровый режим, занятия физической культурой. Еще одна составляющая профилактики стресса -сбалансированное питание, в котором присутствуют все необходимые витамины и микроэлементы.
Использование арттерапии помогло нам использовать терапевтическую и коррекционную силу искусства, реконструировать психотравмирующие ситуации ребенка, вывести переживания во внешнюю форму через продукт художественной деятельности, создать новые позитивные переживания. В процессе арттерапии ребенок создает творческие работы, признание их взрослым повышает самооценку дошкольника, что играет существенную роль в формировании художественной культуры ребенка с проблемами.
Разработанная нами программа оказания психологической помощи ребенку опиралась на эффективный метод преодоления эмоциональных проблем малыша - песочную терапию, который дает возможность специалистам установить контакт с ребенком. Маленький клиент воздвигая на песке свое изображение мира, без слов рассказывает о себе, тем самым показывая свои проблемы без травмирующих для ребенка расспросов. Эмоционально отреагировать ребенку помогают в песке изображения различных батальных сцен, игр с персонажами, различными животными. Игры с песком наиболее эффективны в выборе рациональных способов отреагирования, отработке новых навыков поведения.
На некоторых этапах работы с ребенком с эмоциональными нарушениями нами использовано рисование, дающее возможность выразить себя невербально, что позволяет ребенку отреагировать свои эмоции, выплеснуть их на бумагу. Работа с глиной позволяет ребенку расслабляться, что способствует снятию мышечного напряжения. Ребенок с заниженной самооценкой получает необыкновенное ощущение «Я» в процессе работы с глиной, что стимулирует словесное выражение чувств у эмоционально неуравновешенного ребенка.
Эффективный способ снятия эмоциональных проблем - сказкотерапия - основан нами на ингушских народных сказках [2]. Идентификация себя с героями народных сказок, на которых выросло не одно поколение ингушей, проигрывания их образов, помогает ребенку вырабатывать навыки разрешения конфликтов, приобретения новых возможностей и способностей поведения. Построение песочной страны, составление рассказа о ее обитателях, помогают психологу установить причину эмоциональной проблемы ребенка, а затем на помощь специалисту приходит сказка, активизирующая фантазию малыша, помогающая его самовыражению, снятию эмоционального напряжения, формированию навыков преодоления конфликтных ситуаций.
Выводы. Нами затронут достаточно важный аспект эмоциональной жизни ребенка, потерявшего близких людей. Детскому горю свойственны возрастные особенности: скрытость, отсроченность, неожиданность, неравномерность, что приводит к тому, что острая реакция у ребенка откладывается на несколько месяцев. Реакция ребенка на смерть близкого недостаточно изучена, часто взрослые не понимают его переживаний, но одно ясно - ребенку необходима помощь и поддержка.
Обращение к детскому психологу помогут родителям предотвратить нежелательные последствия эмоционального нарушения ребенка, добиться определенных позитивных результатов.
Психические нарушения значительно усугубляют тяжесть инвалидизации ребенка, что значительно ограничивает его жизнедеятельность в период формирования высших психических функций, усвоения знаний и умений, формирования личности, что приводит к значительной социальной дезадаптации.

VR VIRTUAL REALITY TECHNOLOGIES IN THE PSYCHOLOGICAL TRAINING OF BANK MANAGERS IN
CHINA
Annotation. Today, banking is one of the main components of the credit system, where commercial banks play the main role. These credit organizations were created directly to attract free cash and making a profit. The development of VR virtual reality technologies in the psychological training of Chinese bank managers directly improves the financial performance of banking employees. The novelty of the presented research is aimed at the development of the relevance of the use of VR virtual reality in the psychological training of Chinese bank managers in the conditions of the possibilities of the digital space and its stabilization. The purpose of this research is to study the impact of psychological training of bank managers in the conditions of stabilization and digitalization of financial sustainability of banks. We determine the relevance and novelty of the research by the relevance of the topic under study and the unprecedented influence of psychology on the development of high financial indicators of banking employees. We carried out this research using such methods of scientific research as observation, statistical grouping, system analysis, synthesis, generalization, and comparison. The results obtained in the course of the study clearly indicate global trends in the development of the application of psychology in the creation of strategies of service organizations in the conditions of
stabilization in the long term.

Аннотация. На сегодняшний день, банковская деятельность выступает одной из главных составляющих кредитной системы, где основную роль играют коммерческие банки. Данные кредитные организации, созданы непосредственно для привлечения свободных денежных средств и с целью получения прибыли. Развитие технологий виртуальной реальности VR в психологической подготовке банковских менеджеров Китая непосредственно позволяет улучшить финансовые показатели сотрудников банковской сферы.

Introduction. Currently, banks are one of the unstable financial entities. A bank, regardless of its organizational and legal form, strives to make a commercial profit. It is also exposed to certain financial and economic risks, depending on the bank's fulfillment of its obligations prescribed in the regulatory framework of China.
At the present stage of development, the concept of state control in the banking sector is fundamental for the economic and financial activities of the bank. For example, the field of virtual reality in psychology in China is financed with funds from the local budget, which does not allow expanding the circle of managers. The concept of financial accounting and control of VR virtual reality technologies for psychological training of managers in China is fundamental for the economic and financial activities of the entity. In turn, the effective development and functioning of the national economy directly depends on the targeted and rational use of funds of the state budget, thereby ensuring the functioning of the subject under study. Thus, illegal errors of active banking operations in the activities of commercial banks are currently becoming the most frequent phenomenon in this area. The activity of banks is associated with numerous risks that need to be taken into account and investigated in order to prevent the spending of funds in the banking sector and in the economy as a whole.
The main content of the article. It is necessary to conduct research on banking products and the system as a whole to study the specifics of the subject under consideration. Thus, there are the following main principles of the economic and financial activities of the Bank of China:
1) Economic and financial independence, which is the responsibility of a commercial bank based on the results of its activities;
2) The market relations between the bank and the client;
3) Mandatory compliance with regulatory legal acts and legislation.
Considering the banking sector, we need to note that the bank is one of the main subjects of the financial and economic field, the main principle of which is making a profit and training highly qualified managers. It also determines the relevance of the research of the chosen topic.
Next, we consider the structure of China's banking system (Figure 1):

We should note that the consequences of the impact of financial and credit risk on the economic field of the bank may lead to a loss of solvency and a decrease in the financial sustainability of this entity. Next, we consider the image of hierarchical training of bank managers.

We should note that the field under study is multifaceted, since the psychological training of managers in China for the development and implementation of VR virtual reality technologies is a visualization of psychological methods of computer graphics and programming.

It is necessary to improve the indicators of state support for the banking sector to reduce the risks of credit operations of a commercial bank. Namely, it needs the implementation of the following types of support:
1) Subsidizing;
2) Lending;
3) Provision of tax benefits;
4) Debt restructuring.
The provision of state support will consist of the above components.

The presented system of indicators will help to form information and analytical support on the effectiveness of state support measures. And the calculation of planned indicators for assessing the effectiveness of state support according to the proposed formulas and comparing them with actual data will help identify reserves and optimize the financial resources received in the ownership of the company.
1. Investment operations are characterized as the process of investing own and attracted funds in securities to make a profit from investments.
2. Stock transactions are carried out directly with securities, such as promissory notes and transactions with securities on stock exchanges aimed at their placement, purchase and investment.
3. Guarantee banking operations are the provision of a bank guarantee issued on behalf of the client and to make payment to the recipient of the bank guarantee directly on the terms of the obligations issued by the guarantors.
4. Factoring asset-related operations are intended for the acquisition of monetary claims by a commercial bank, the participants of which are the supplier and the buyer.
5. Forfeiting transactions are one of the types of loan transactions involving the acquisition in monetary terms of promissory notes or other documents of the financial sector.
These operations are carried out by investing the following categories: direct investments, portfolio investments, leasing operations, investments in real estate, as well as metals. Investments as long-term investments are one of the main objects of the credit and financial system of the state, which necessitates the provision of state control, security and support, respectively.
Conclusion. Thus, we used various methods to study the theoretical and practical aspects of the organization of a modern system of financing VR virtual reality technologies in the psychological training of bank managers in China. The leading type of
memory, the memory span, and the accuracy of reproduction were the criteria identified as a result of the analysis of theoretical material on a given problem.
As a result of the study, we found that the predominant type of financing of VR virtual reality technologies in the psychological training of managers in China is the use of the regional budget. The peculiarities of psychological training of managers in China are: - slow memorization, the need for more presentations; - span of attention and its fluctuations. There are difficulties in generalizing the material, the ability to distinguish the main thoughts in it.
When organizing and conducting a psychological study of the use of virtual reality, we focused on the following requirements:
1. The level of techniques should correspond to age characteristics.
2. The execution of the task should be purposeful.
We conducted the study as an experiment. At this stage, we carried out the diagnosis of logical memory of financing VR virtual reality technologies in the psychological training of managers in China. The experimental documentation was analyzed.
Thus, according to the conducted research, we can draw the following conclusions:
1) It is necessary to develop modern tools for China's decision-making. We should note the classification of financial risks that are subject to insurance and the conclusion of a contract for financing VR virtual reality technologies in the psychological training of managers in China.
2) Improvement of the system of state regulatory and legal framework of financial security of the banking sector.
3) Implementation of a market mechanism for regulating the financial security of the banking sector.
4) Control of the internal mechanism for ensuring the financial security of the banking sector and analysis of the effectiveness of measures taken to ensure the financial security of the bank as a separate entity.

Аннотация. В статье автором охарактеризован профильный этап развития юношеского возраста. Определены возрастные особенности и проблемы возраста. В аспекте психологического научного знания проанализирован феномен потребности общения и формирования делового общения в период профессионального самоопределения. Рассмотрены теоретические подходы к определению категорий «деловое общение» и «профильное обучение». Дана характеристика форм и особенностей делового общения. Дана характеристика делового общения как коммуникативного процесса в период юношества. Статья имеет практическую значимость для психологической науки. Представлен практический аспект процесса формирования навыка делового общения в юношеском возрасте. Методологическая основа исследования
