Bequeathed capitals should benefit not only a heir, but the whole society. Therefore the need of large capital inheritance tax occurs, but, unfortunately, in Russia such institute also hasn’t been established yet.

VALUABLE MEMORY OF THE VICTORY IN WORLD WAR II FOR THE MODERN YOUTH

The article highlights the historical memory of the Great Patriotic War.
The importance of the victory for the modern youth is demonstrated explaining the significance of being patriotic.
Key words: historical, victory, patriotism, Soviet people.
The historical memory of the Great Patriotic War is one of the main components of the historical consciousness of the Russian people, which is like no other spiritual phenomenon, carries consolidating, unifying Russian society function. The memory of the events of war, distinguished participants, the heroic deeds of our compatriots, the bitterness of the losses incurred huge carries a charge of spiritual unity of Russian society, with all the complexity of its social structure and socio-economic differences.
The Great Patriotic War left a deep mark in the memory of the Soviet people. This war showed all the cruelty and inhumanity of armed conflict, it took 70 years, as the end of this war, but not diminished society's interest in this historic event. The younger generation has to know and remember it.

The purpose of the current work is to show the importance of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War for the education of young people in Russia.
The past of our country, no matter how difficult it may be, is the common property of the citizens, and its study and preservation in people's memory - the most important political, moral and cultural challenge. As for the younger generation, the study of the history of his homeland is a necessary condition for the formation of civic and historical consciousness. This is the value of the country's history for the individual and society.
It is the duty of youth to sanctify the valor of the fallen and the survivors, it is necessary to become their worthy successors and transmit to future generations a love for the Fatherland. The youth of today must maintain a reverent attitude to the events of the Great Patriotic War and its heroes. Now Russia needs the faith and loyalty of our patriotic traditions. Young people should be grateful to our veterans for their invaluable experience, which they share with us, for the advice, wisdom and tolerance.
In the light of internal and external threats to the unity of Russian society the problems connected with the formation of the identity of consolidating and maintaining its foundation are especially urgent - the collective historical memory shared by large groups of symbols, interpretations, definitions of historical events forming the «fate of the nation». In recent years, at the national level is carried out great work to prevent Revisions of historical outcome of World War II. Meanwhile, the theme of the Great Patriotic War, as one of the central foundations of the historical memory of Russian society at regular intervals subjected to attempts to dilute, reinterpretation and vulgarization. Meanwhile the deformation of the moral and symbolic communication between the older generation - living carrier of historical memory and the younger generation, socialized in the global information society also contributes to the erosion of historical memory of the new generations.
Young people need to understand that one of the reasons for the victory was the belief in life, this spiritual greatness of our nation, selfless devotion to our country. This faith in life, in humanity should be protected. Knowledge about the heroes of war and work to help foster a good mental qualities. We must cultivate a sense of patriotism and responsibility. In addition, the need to be vigilant to prevent the nationalist forces to develop, you need to permanently stigmatize Fascism and tell us how terrible and inhumane it was.
History can’t be written again, as it is trying to make narrow-minded leaders of some states where atone for the deeds of our army, the demolition of the monument to the fallen in the wars of the Great Patriotic War, including their invaders, and the Nazis - liberators. Some people try to hide the fact that thanks to the Soviet Union fascism was destroyed. Our country has suffered immensely: millions of soldiers, officers, people working in the rear, gave their lives for the sake

of world peace. And it is very painful and frightening to hear that in some states they honor Nazis and curse fighters against fascism. This is «a shot in the back» for peace-loving people and especially for veterans and those who witnessed the evil of the war.
Now more than ever it is important to use, unfortunately, the last opportunity to invite «living legends» - of our World War II veterans on the lessons of courage, so that the children had the opportunity to hear firsthand how difficult to give victory. Such meetings help young people to have a clearer picture of history.
However, family plays a primary role in the education of the citizen. Patriotism is a voluntary feeling. No one can be forced to love his or her own country. In this line - voluntary - patriotism is very close to civil society, a part of it. In Soviet times, people know what is patriotism, but think about it in a different way -ideological. Now we live in a society, the country is changing, evolving. We need to help them understand the history of their country themselves.
The Great Patriotic War is a significant historical event in the life of not only the Soviet Union, but also around the globe. Victory in this war proved the superiority of socialism over capitalism, the Russian community-collectivist civilization over aggressive Nazi Germany. The lessons of the Great Patriotic War are of great importance for the policy of state leaders of different countries. Most of them tend to belittle and distort these lessons, to this end, cause enormous blow to the historical memory of the war. The memory of the war is the memory of our ancestors, their deeds of heroism at the front and in the rear, their love and morality. The war against the historical memory of the Great Patriotic War is not only the sabotage against our fathers and mothers and grandparents. This is a blow to the future of every family, and Russia as a whole.
The most important thing in patriotism is a sacrifice. And who is able to sacrifice themselves? Only a moral person, a person with a set of high-life values and ideals. You can not sacrifice without this filling. An immoral person can not be a patriot, he is not capable of heroism in the name of the Motherland.
During World War II, when the country was at war, young and old, will never be forgotten. After all, it is our history, the memory of the heart. I would like to bow to all those who fought and died in the Great Patriotic War to continue peaceful life to the children slept so happy, loved, happy people.
Let there be only peace. Soviet soldiers saved the world.
