Humanity, in every stage of its millennial history of statehood, aims to educate its society in a healthy, competent, it is a high priority.
In line with this universal principle, in the years of independence in our country, a large-scale work is being carried out to raise the young generation spiritually mature, patriotic, selfless, and protect their rights and interests.
It is well known that the upbringing of the younger generation has always been important and actual. But in the twenty-first century of our existence, this issue is indeed a matter of life and death.
"The better the discipline is, the more people happy," said the wise.
Today, competition, controversy and contradictions around the world are gaining momentum.
Religious extremism, terrorism, drug trafficking, human trafficking, "massive culture, "such as threats to the beliefs and values that have been practiced for centuries.
These and many other threats create serious problems in human life. 64% of the population of our country is young. The role of government and nongovernmental organizations is crucial to addressing these problems.
At present, modernization and renewal of all spheres in the country is ongoing at a new stage.
Nevertheless, current issues in the life of young people, especially those that are not organized, that is, the number of young people who are unemployed, uneducated, and adversely affected increases, so that unmarried youth can take their place in life life itself confirms that the work on creation of conditions and opportunities, their orientation, employment and incentives are not at the proper level. Shavkat Mirziyoev, head of the district, in his speeches IV Kamalot YOIX on June 30, 2017, dwelled on the following:

In line with the Decree, in order to consistently and efficiently support the youth state policy and radically reform the system of protection of the rights and legitimate interests of young people, the Youth Union of Uzbekistan was established on June 30 in our country as "Youth Day".
As a living example, I was living in Piskent district of Tashkent region, "The Piskent district council of the Kamolot district has been operating in the district khokimiyat, but on the governor's instruction, The rooms belonging to "Kamolot" were taken to the district department of the "Mahalla" Fund. "Kamolot" just allocated space for the meeting hall, "the head of state said. There are about 200 unmarried young people in the "Navoi" neighborhood of Piskent district, where I live, and where are the youths who are not interested? Why is this? In order to effectively organize the leisure time of unorganized youth in the neighborhood, depending on their social status, I would like to offer the following project: Under the auspices of the Youth Initiative, multilateral development of clubs for the organization of free time of unorganized youth. For young people, "Initiative guys", for girls "Smart girls". The main goal of these clubs is to increase the intellectual potential of the uneducated youth, to ensure their employment. Surveys the marital status of each unmarried child, their expectations and their expectations. Based on the data:
- Organization of snacks (for foreign languages).
-To teach girls to be dictated to their wishes and to give lessons they need in the future.
Providing young people with psychological counseling and guidance in solving personal problems.
- Organization of round-table discussions with intellectuals, sports masters and progressive youth of our district.
- Conducting preventive work with the help of Internal Affairs officers to prevent the infringements among young people.
- Conducting large-scale events dedicated to the holiday holidays, sports competitions and great ancestors.
- Conducting business trainings with participation of business advices, participation of farmers, enterprises and organizations with the participation of advanced entrepreneurs in the province.

- Conducting various competitions and reading events with the participation of young people in order to increase their interest in the book. Conduct interesting conversations with our well-known poets and writers in our country.
In conclusion, it is worth noting that over 10 million young people live in our country. They are different and demand is different. However, these 10 million children of Karakol are children belonging to this country. We know that our young people have their strengths and knowledge we have to concentrate on a common cause, to reach a higher level. We can justify the confidence of the day-to-day leader.
