TURKMEN-JAPANESE RELATIONS ARE BEING DEVELOPED IN THE SPHERE OF EDUCATION
Abstract: diplomatic relations between Japan and Turkmenistan are being developed dynamically in various spheres. During the past historical period, this country, which is growing economically in the Asia-Pacific region at a very fast pace, has become one of the main and reliable partners of Turkmenistan. The development of intergovernmental relations in the field of science and education forms the core of the President's policy. Great attention is paid to relations with major countries of the world in this field.

After gaining its independence, Turkmenistan attaches great importance to international cooperation, especially to the establishment of effective relations with the countries of the world. In such intergovernmental relations, relations with the Asia-Pacific region, in particular with the state of Japan, were raised to new levels of quality.
It should be noted that as a result of high-level talks in recent years, Turkmen-Japanese relations have been continuously enriched in terms of content. The Japanese business community is very interested in participating in the implementation of
investment projects in the country to strengthen its position in the promising Turkmen market.
During the past historical period, this country, which is growing economically in the Asia-Pacific region at a very fast pace, has become one of the main and reliable partners of Turkmenistan. Nowadays, modern industrial complexes built in cooperation with famous Japanese companies can be found in any part of our country.
Diplomatic relations between Japan and Turkmenistan are being developed dynamically in various fields. In 2004, on the initiative of the Japanese side, the "Central Asia - Japan" dialogue was established, within the framework of which work is being carried out to strengthen regional cooperation.
As for economic cooperation, there is close cooperation in the field of natural gas processing and production of high value-added products. As far as we know, a number of very large projects in Turkmenistan with the participation of Japanese companies - complexes of factories producing carbamate fertilizers in Mary and Garabogaz, a factory for the production of concentrated phosphorus fertilizers at the chemical plant of Turkmenabad, a factory for the production of polyethylene and polypropylene in Gyyanly, an industrial complex that produces gasoline from natural gas in Ahal, as well as Construction of a gas turbine power station was carried out near the city of Turkmenabat.
It is a high price given to the program of reforms in the field of science and education carried out in the country. The development of intergovernmental relations in the field of science and education forms the core of the President's policy. Great attention is paid to relations with major countries of the world in this sphere. In 2016, the University of Engineering and Technologies named after Oguzhan was opened in the country. Teachers from the native country of the Sun work here. Also, Japanese language is taught in 12 secondary schools and 5 higher educational institutions of the country. Effective cooperation has been established between Japan's major educational institutions and our country's higher education institutions.
In general, all opportunities have been created to strengthen Turkmen-Japanese cooperation in the field of education, to develop relations in this future-oriented sphere.
