INTRODUCTION
Modern tendencies of sports wrestling development are characterized by often and not always reasonable rules of competitions changes and also constantly increasing competition on the international mat, including the Olympic Games, world and European Championships [1]. That is why specialists search for reasonable pedagogical influences on athletes of different qualification in order to create an optimal system of different sides of their training improvement. One of the main
directions is creation of an effective methodology of technical-tactical training in qualified wrestlers, maximally adapted to the demands of the changed rules of combats organization [2].
High and stable sports results of wrestlers are mostly conditioned by the quality of a long-term training process organization. At the same time the quality of the training plan, as a rule, is understood as a rational distribution of different means and methods of training. Special attention should be paid to the stage (macro cycle) of training for the most
important competitions. It is conditioned by the fact that strategic mistakes, made during pre-competitive training planning, would directly influence the level of sports achievements [3,6,7,8,9].
We come to the conclusion that nowadays there is the necessity to organize a special research work, directed toward practical problems solution of the training process improvement in freestyle wrestlers on the basis of competitive activity analysis.
We analyzed competitive activity of highly-qualified wrestlers. They are the members of the combined team of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), masters of sport of the Russian Federation and masters of sport of the international class -Victor Rassadin (Wrestler-1), Nurguna Skryabina (Wrestler-2) and Egor Ponomarev (Wrestler-3).
The aim of the research: the training process planning improvement and the effectiveness of performances increase during the official competitions on the basis of competitive activity analysis in freestyle wrestlers. They are the members of the combined team of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).
MATERIALS AND METHODS
During the research work organization
we used the following methods: information sources analysis; empirical methods: observation, conversation, video of competitive combats analysis; highly-qualified wrestlers' competitive activity analysis; methods of mathematical statistics, graphic treatment of the experimental results. The object of the research formed freestyle wrestling competitions: Championship of Russia 2016 (Yakutsk), Championship of Russia 2017 (Nazran), International tournament Golden Grand Prix named after I.S. Yarygin 2016 (Krasnoyarsk). We analyzed 24 combats of the leading wrestlers of the republic, including the final parts of the competitions (combats for the 1st and the 3rd places). Technical-tactical actions analysis was realized by means of the video, placed on different internet sites. During technical-tactical actions analysis we used the tables, offered by K.S. Kolodeznikov and V.V. Efremov [4,5].
RESULTS AND DISCUSSION
As a result of the held research work we created general characteristic and analyzed the effectiveness of the competitive activity in freestyle wrestlers. They are the members of the combined team of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), during the official competitions (table 1).

Summarizing the results of three competitions we come to the following conclusion: 135 techniques in stand (77,1%) were registered in 24 analyzed combats, in parterre - 40 techniques (22,9%). Technical actions analysis, fulfilled by the wrestlers in stand, during the presented competitions, showed that the most frequently used attacking actions were the following: transfers - 9 Table 2 - The indices of actions effectiveness
The results, presented in table 2, helped to state the following: the highest effectiveness index of the (estimated) actions of Wrestler-1 was 58,1% (ChR-2017); Wrestler-2 - 83,3% (Yarygin-2016); Wrestler-3 - 54,5% (ChR-2016).
By means of technical actions analysis we revealed that Wrestler-1 is both very active in attacks and defense. He has a lot of movements, very often strikes into legs and takes points. Wrestler-2 prefers to be tactically flexible with high level of defensive actions. He fulfilled effective actions, efficiency factor was in the average 58,2%. It was the best index. It should be noted that Wrestler-3 showed the best results in defensive actions and counterattacks.

CONCLUSION
The held research work helps to come to the following conclusion:
Theoretical analysis of literature sources showed that highly-qualified freestyle wrestlers training should be realized in a strict correspondence with competitive activity content and structure. In recent years it becomes difficult to follow such correspondence, as periodically the rules of judging and competitions organization regularities change. It very often leads to not positive consequences. It makes coaches and wrestlers search for the training means and methods. They guarantee rational adoption of the training process to competitive
activity conditions changes, regardless of their orientation. In order to reveal the orientation and volume of technical-tactical readiness parameters change in wrestlers, it is necessary to stenograph and shoot their combats regularly during all competitions. Further systematic analysis of this initial information helps to realize the content and structure of a wrestler's competitive activity, reveal strong and weak aspects of his mastery. On the basis of competitive activity analysis during the Championship of Russia 2016, Championship of Russia 2017 and during the International tournament Golden Grand Prix named after I.S. Yarygin 2016 we defined the content of technical-tactical actions.
They are used by highly-qualified wrestlers. We analyzed these or that technical-tactical actions fulfillment by the wrestlers of different styles of combat organization and it helps to correct the methodology and means of training. We defined that the final part of competitions, which is conditioned by the effectiveness, technical equipment status, has the greatest level of informativity during technical-tactical abilities estimation in highly-qualified wrestlers.
The held research helps to state that highly-qualified wrestlers have high technical-tactical readiness level. In the experimental work we studied and analyzed the combats of three leading freestyle wrestlers of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), masters of sport of the Russian Federation and masters of sports of international class. The object of the research formed freestyle wrestling competitions: Championship of Russia 2016 (Yakutsk), Championship of Russia 2017 (Nazran), International tournament Golden Grand Prix named after I.S. Yarygin 2016 (Krasnoyarsk).
Summarizing the results of three competitions we come to the following conclusion: 135 techniques in stand (77,1%) were registered in 24 analyzed combats, in parterre - 40 techniques (22,9%). Technical actions analysis, fulfilled by the wrestlers in stand, during the presented competitions, showed that the most frequently used attacking actions were the following: transfers - 9 fulfilled technical actions (5,2%); pushing out of the mat - 16 fulfilled technical actions (9,1%); strike into legs - 80 (45,7%); counterattacks - 28 (16%). In parterre the athletes more often used flipping -23 fulfilled technical actions (13,1%), Flipping with reverse zone- 5 (2,9%) and counterattacks - 12 (6,9%).
Watching the performance of freestyle wrestlers during the Championship of Russia 2016, Championship of Russia 2017 and tournament named after I.S. Yarygin helps to come to the following conclusion: regardless of the athlete's technical readiness, effectiveness of techniques it is impossible to fulfill the technique without the corresponding tactical training.
On the basis of competitive activity analysis we created the training plan of freestyle wrestlers of the combined team of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) in 2017.
The research work convinced us of the fact
that competitive activity analysis use by coaches and athletes provides sportsmanship and effectiveness improvement.
This experience can be recommended to be used by all leading coaches and athletes.
