Annotation: suspicious dreams that do not go away from the brain will pour out in a row. They will be poured out, not depending on the Will and desire of the patient. Thoughts that do not go away from the brain are considered a kind of neurosis, for which psychoasthenic signs are very characteristic, that is, constant doubts, fear, illusions and ideas to the brain, various actions and aspirations.

Key words: neurosis, psychoasthenia, phobia, carcinophobia, cardiophobia, ustrustrophobia, agarophobia, obsession, neurasthenia, hysteria.

This type of neurosis is known from ancient times, this disease is also called psychoasthenia. The term psychoasthenia was proposed by the French scientist Pierre Jane and said that thoughts that do not go away from the brain are the main signs of this disease.

If we look at the history of clinical manifestations of neurasthenia, hysteria and psychoasthenia, then Oriental scientists have already mentioned a lot, especially in the treatises of Ibn Sina. After several centuries, like almost all diseases, neuroses and psychoastenias were systematized by European scientists, they were named and their classification was created.

Thoughts that do not go away from the brain are considered a kind of neurosis, for which psychoasthenic signs are very characteristic, that is, constant doubts, fear, ill-conceived thoughts and ideas for the brain, various actions and aspirations. The patient tries to get rid of all these thoughts, seeks, seeks treatment, but these attempts, most often, go to Zoe, to which the thoughts that have settled in the brain are tormented. The constancy of thoughts that do not go away from the brain, the repeatability and the extreme difficulty of getting rid of them make the patient in a difficult situation. To these cases, the patient looks at the critical point of view, understands that they are not justified, Strange, seeks to withstand them, but thoughts will continue to appear without regard to his will and desire. The patient can not cope with them independently.

These are obvious clinical manifestations of thoughts that do not go away from the brain, these are fears (phobias) and various ideas that settle in the brain (obsessions).

Phobia is a fear that does not go away from the imagination. Its following types are distinguished: carcinophobia - fear of cancer, cardiophobia - fear of irreparable heart disease, lycophobia - fear of mental retardation ,ustrustrophobia - fear of a closed place (for example, an elevator cabin, a small room), agarophobia - on the contrary, fear of open places, etc. Symptoms, such as fear of heights, walking in the

subway, getting infected with an infectious disease, getting dirty, speaking in front of people, are also typical for phobias.

The initial fear appears in certain situations, and this fear settles in the brain. For example, the patient goes out on the roof to see all the collars, and as soon as he looks down, he is strongly frightened, his head turns, he risks as the fur collapses, looking down. This is due to the fact that the fear of heights in the patient settles in the brain, and later it also appears in other situations. At first the fear arises when it is necessary to climb to the height, and then when the possibility of climbing to the height appears, then the illusion that it is necessary to climb to this very height. Situations in which the patient is afraid of height, increase gradually. Now he is afraid to walk in the elevator and look out the window, he is frightened even when the height is not so large.

When phobias appear, vegetative symptoms are also manifested: the patient's face becomes reddened or discolored, the mouth dries, the heart often beats, arterial pressure increases, sweat flushes, eye darkens, etc.

The fear of the appearance of a disease of any heavy internal organs is usually accompanied by psychosomatic symptoms, that is, the patient pays excessive attention to his own health. For example, in cardiophobia, he hears a heartbeat, counts a pulse or measures arterial blood pressure, every time he suspects that his heart is working incorrectly, he asks the therapist to do an ECG and conduct a thorough examination.

Fearing that the disease will provoke an attack, the patient will walk from where there are people on the road, choose a path that is close to medical institutions, enter the pharmacy on the road, calm down, seeing that there are cardiac drugs and medical personnel there.

Obsession is a dubious fantasy that does not go away from the brain, and it pours out in a row. They will be poured out, not depending on the Will and desire of the patient. These fantasies are heavily immersed in the patient, in fact do not like and can not get rid of them without the help of a doctor. For example, dreams do not bother, as soon as the patient goes out of his house, whether I locked the door to his brain, turned off the fire, dripped the water. He goes back to his house, reexamines the cabbage, after making sure that everything is in place, quietly goes out into the street. After a little walk away from the house, the thoughts of the Haligi again showered and again returned to his house. She cries when she is squeezed out, puts out nowhere. To these symptoms that occur in themselves, of course, the patient looks with a critical eye and wants to get rid of them, but no one can find the way out.

Sometimes it happens that the patient has dreams that logically contradict each other. For example, there will be a desire to throw himself under the approaching car-Yu, when the car approaches, suddenly he will be frightened and hissing back. Some patients come to the brain with thoughts like a knife stab at himself or someone else and do not go near the knife that they do not do the same thing or they give it away.

Neurosis of the mind, which does not go away from the brain, is eliminated when it is treated in a timely manner. In some cases, however, it can last up to several months, and even up to several years. There will also be raw dreams that are observed with remission, that is, the patient will walk better for several months, and then thoughts that do not go away from the brain will appear again.

Unlike neurasthenia and hysterical neurosis, thoughts that do not go away from the brain tend to be chronic. Most patients live again waiting for when the symptoms of the same disease appear, instead of being happy even after recovery.
