Abstract: Today, in all fields of science, the use of innovative technologies and modern methods in information and communication is increasing. Currently, the widespread use of modern technology in all disciplines helps to improve the efficiency of the educational process. This article focuses on the role of modern methods and technologies in English learning, and introduces in detail innovative methods and technologies for learning English quickly, easily and effectively.

Introduction

Over time, people and their needs and desires will change. This is an axiom that does not require proof. We can observe the same historical process when learning foreign languages and all aspects of our lives. Thousands of years ago, the demand for and interest in foreign languages such as Arabic and Persian developed in our country. Our great scholars organized the study of these languages. It is obvious that our ancient poets and writers created masterpieces in these languages. And left an immortal legacy. All of this is a demand for that time, a demand for that time. So today in the first quarter of the 21st century, what is the current state of language policy? What is the impact of global development and new discoveries, especially the Internet, on language learning? In the 21st century, which foreign languages should we pay more attention to and what is the purpose? By the way, with the development of the times, the globalization process requires that young people understand languages of various foreign countries. Based on these needs, the first President of the Republic of Uzbekistan adopted the resolution "Measures to further improve the foreign language learning system" on December 10, 2012, laying the foundations of the foreign language teaching policy in the country. country. The main objective of the of the continuing education system is to train experts with a high degree of spirit, competitiveness and talent. After the implementation of this decision, the process of applying modern teaching technology in the education system has become widespread. Today, advancements in science and technology require the introduction of new modern technologies in all fields, including education.

Methods

Nowadays, English has become the language of international communication, so there is more demand for English in Russian universities than ever before. In order to improve the quality of education and enhance the motivation of students to learn English, teachers use interactive devices and innovative educational technologies, such as the Internet, podcasts, electronic whiteboards, online magazines (blogs), social networks, video conferencing, special mobile applications, etc. Wait. The use of modern educational technology has improved the quality of teachers and can teach students four language activities (reading, listening, writing and speaking). According to E.N.Voronova, "The work system of teachers who ensure that students learn foreign languages must include the implementation of the following technologies: communicative learning technology, technology to understand the communicative meaning of text, game technology, cooperative learning technology, project technology, etc." One of the modern tools for teaching English to students may be the use of podcasts during the study. Podcasts have been used to transmit audio or video broadcasts on the Internet since 2004. The term "podcast" comes from the English iPod, and it is transmitted. It refers to "audio or video files that are freely distributed over the Internet for the public to hear or view". Educational podcasts dedicated to foreign language learning can solve many methodological problems, including training of listening skills and understanding of foreign languages, training and improvement of listening skills, expansion and enrichment of vocabulary, training and improvement of grammar, oral and writing skills. TED video conferences and video blogs are also innovative and effective educational technologies. The ingenious TED talks and lectures cover a wide range of topics: from science, culture, art, politics and global issues, business to technology, design and entertainment. TED comes from English, translated into technology, entertainment, design (Technology Entertainment Design).

Today, TED has become a global community. It invites cooperation to seek a deeper understanding of the world and hope to transform it into the best talents (from professionals to enthusiasts) in all walks of life representing different cultures. The main goal of this non-profit organization is to spread the unique ideas that its founders believe should be based on "ideas worth spreading", and to inspire and inspire people all over the world to learn new knowledge, share knowledge and experience, and thereby make the world Better. Therefore, these ideas are presented to the audience in the form of a short speech (no more than 18 minutes). On the official website of TED.com, reference information on research and development is provided free of charge. Anyone can learn the information is interested in, communicate in real time, and participate in TED conferences and events that take place in different locations throughout the year. TED is an innovative culture and

information project. On the one hand, for someone, TED is an inexhaustible source of inspiration and the search for unique ideas, for others, TED is a good opportunity to share your ideas, developments and projects. TED is a useful resource for a wide range of users: professionals and professionals, is suitable for students of various specializations in foreign language learning.

Results and discussion

Innovative technology is a collection of texts that complement the content of textbooks. Qurestomatia can include documents, artworks and their excerpts. A methodical description that explains the characteristics of the text contained in the crestomaty is important to the reader. These guides provide links between texts and learning materials, and guide students to prepare for seminars. The electronic reference allows users to quickly receive necessary information in a compact manner at the right time. Generally, a reference consists of a list of terms, and each item in the list is very active, which means that activating it will generate a hyperlink that contains the meaning, translation, or comment of the term. Providing electronic reference materials is a prerequisite for any teaching method complex. Internet resources in history education. Network resources on the Internet are becoming more and more popular in e-learning publications. The amount of Internet resources on historical topics is also increasing. gradually created historical resource databases, special catalogs and search engines. The use of scientific and educational resources on the net has its own characteristics and requires the use of a browser to search for information on the Internet, and the skills to process and store it. Historians who want to work on the Internet. The first problem is the search for information. The next question is to determine if resources for educational purposes are appropriate. There are historical resources that cannot be tested to verify that they meet state educational standards. When learning voluntary courses, there may be such a problem: textbooks obtained from the Internet are not suitable for the courses of educational institutions. There are many types of information available on the Internet, so it is difficult to choose the software and hardware needed to process the information. There are many formats for displaying text, graphics, audio, and video information. Here are some ways to solve these problems. What to look for -In answering this question, historians refer to the timetable in their educational activities. It is also useful to identify the nature of information that differs in structure, presentation type, presentation purpose, and form.

Conclusion

In short, using computer programs to learn foreign languages will be more effective and inspiring. Using flash cards to play these types of games has been shown to help students learn foreign languages quickly. They can only develop reading, speaking, writing and listening skills while playing games. Also, they can

impress teachers and spouses with their grades.
