a root growth of 128.7%, slightly lower growth of the stem was 114.3% higher than the control and the famous drug "Roslyn".

An intensive study of the physicochemical properties of complex compounds based on nitrogen-containing heterocycles on extensive material allows us to get a fair idea of their molecular structure with significant theoretical and practical values. Of particular interest are the 1,3,5-triazine derivative, since The triazine cycle has proven to be an excellent "building block" when creating anti-tumor drugs of diuretics, antibacterial agents, herbicides, etc. Due to the fact that there are relatively few transition metal complexes with triazine derivatives, and such triazine derivatives have a wide spectrum of bioactivity, the preparation and study of their metal complexes based on them is a promising task. The purpose of this study was the synthesis and spectroscopic study of new complexes of chloride and sulfate with 2,4,6-trizmino-1,3,5-triazine. Complexes were prepared by mixing hot aqueous solutions and ligand in a 1: 2 cu (H) solo ratio: 1 Preparation 1. filtered, quickly washed with cold distilled water, oil-rich hydrochloric acid to pH 3, and dried in a vacuum desiccator over anhydrous CaCl2. The obtained crystals are stable in air, non-hygroscopic, dissolve well in hot water, poorly soluble in cold water, and sulfuric acid does not dissolve ethanol in common organic solvents.

IR spectroscopy was used to establish the coordination centers in the ligand molecule and to estimate the electron confirmation of changes during the complexation reaction.

In the IR spectrum of the ligand, intense absorption bands observed at 534,763,846,846,1052,1397,1460,1721,1751,1776,2122,2450,2487,2780,2831,30 40,3210,3417,3560 cm-1 are observed. The indicated values correspond to symmetric and antisymmetric valence, conformational, fan, and scissor vibration of C = N C - N, H - NH C - NH2 bonds. The IR spectra of the Complexes differ from the spectrum of the free ligand. The absorption bands of valence vibrations of the C = N, C - N, H - N - H bonds undergo significant changes, shifting the high-frequency region, which indicates that complexation occurs due to the nitrogen atoms of the amino group and the triazine cycle. The presence in the spectrum of complexes in the region of 300-1350 cm3 of new absorption bands of the corresponding -SO4 oscillations indicates the coordination of sulfate acidoligand.
