However, we need to increase the efficiency of scientific and practical work on energy saving using light materials. Semi-dense mineral fiber heaters with low thermal conductivity and lightweight constructions can reduce the total weight of the building up to 5 times if specified in the design. As a result, labor costs in the construction of the plant are reduced by 40%, the need for transportation of goods is reduced by 8 times, and significant savings in cement and others are achieved. With the use of barrier structures made of heated materials, the consumption of bricks on the walls can be reduced by 2-2.5 times, cement and lime - by 3 times. At the same time, the demand for vehicles due to the weight of the structure is sharply reduced. As a result, the cost of the walls is reduced by 25-30%, the thermal insulation properties of the barrier structures are improved.
