Today's younger generation is the future of our independent state. There is a great need to create all conditions for bringing up not only knowing and competent youth but also opened, ready to accept both national and world values, with high spiritual potential, comprehensive and judicious. It entirely depends on the teacher who gives knowledge and brings up.

In the dictionary a teacher is defined as the public figure that shapes vision, confidence of thinkers, helps them to find their walks of life. A. Fadeev once said: «The teacher - what a word! In the country where every child goes to school, the teacher is a very important person. The future of the country, all people in hands of the teacher, in his / her gold heart» [1, p. 308].

The teacher has a profound impact on a life of his disciples. The disciples pay much attention what marks the teacher puts, but also they care about the way the teacher praises or judges. The marks the teacher assigns make them feel respect or disgust. What makes one teacher differ from another is his / her competence and the way the teacher communicates with the class, the way the teacher treat the disciple when hardly succeed in studies. Some of them can be very approachable others less. For example: The teacher can say for expressing support: «Have a go!!! You can do this!!! Don't take offence, sometimes so happens... Let's try together, once more, I think you did it by mischance. Let's see together why it so happened» and etc.

The penetration of new information and communication technologies in all sectors of the economy, in education and everyday life, is supposed to bring about this leap into a new digital future. It requires educating bright individuals with great responsibility and strong willed. First of all, the teacher wants to know the background, conditions and capacities of each student, and to create an environment where they can achieve as much as possible. He is clear about evaluation criteria, gives feedback and helps them in tackling all kinds of problems. What counts for him are the results of the students in relation to their individual capacities? It is vital to create such conditions that will encourage student to get the knowledge themselves. The teaching ought to be sensual, rational and spiritual. To use all the senses, to challenge the intellect and to inspire the mind of learners, that is still a challenge for any teacher [2, p. 16].

Nowadays, there are so many various problems that require learners think globally. In this regard, integrative learning is able to assist to build creative individuals amid our students. Integrative learning in primary classes or Interdiscipli-narity involves the combining of two or more academic disciplines into one activity. It is about creating something new by crossing boundaries, and thinking across them. It is one the effective approaches to create intellectually creative personality.

Altshuller G. and other scientists have identified main features of a creative personality:

- Having worthy and valuable goal. Criteria for choosing the goal;

- Rational life programme of a creative personality and its realization;

- Ability to defend own ideas and resist attacks and non-recognition by environment and «official science»;

- Ideal life strategy of a creative personality. Main stages;

- Advantages and disadvantages of a creative personality.

- Life Strategy and their influence on determining the evaluation criteria for a life of a creative personality.

Given above features may be updated but they are considered to be the main in contemporary pedagogics of a creative personality [3, p. 140].

The person, that can create a creative personality, is a teacher. The teacher is one who shapes the learners vision, responsible for mindset formation, their attitude to the surrounding world. It is critical for the teacher to master and implement effective approaches directed to develop young learners' creative skills. Torrence P. has identified the following features of creative learning.

- To respect learner's motivation to work without parental assistance;

- To implement the school program in reference to the learner's personal and age features;

- To ensure conditions for creative thinking formation;

- To encourage project works suggested by the learner and etc.

An American psychologist D. Treffinger has given some good advice to the teachers of how to develop learners' creative skills:

- To enable students to get the knowledge themselves without any violence from the part of adults;

- By monitoring and evaluating to identify students' strong and weak points;

- To let students to do things they can do without one's assistance

- To learn not to haste in evaluating;

- To teach students to analyze and examine problems, to solve them in their own vision;

- To do your job in creative manner! [4].

Such goal oriented approach can guarantee a lot of possibilities to develop students' creative thinking, besides it will give a chance to our children to be competent in any kind of fields, to find solutions to various problems. All our efforts will be rewarded.

One of the ways to bring to life a learner oriented creative approach is to create friendly atmosphere; to cooperate a teacher's and students' efforts and interests in solving head-breaking tasks. Every teacher uses his own approach in achieving this kind of interrelation. One of them is to ask for help and advice from learners. For example, a teacher writes a complicated task on the board and asks the students to help to solve it. «I could make a mistake and I failed to solve it myself. If you help me, I can continue my lesson». This way the teacher listens carefully for their advice, puts them some questions in friendly manner. Finally, they find the solution together.

In forming a person-centered relationship and activate students' creative work praising, analysis are very important methods. On the one hand, it develops learner's logical thinking, on the other hand, it enables to think individually, to defend their ideas and resist one's attacks, to share thoughts with peers [5].

To create friendly atmosphere is the primary task that should bother the teacher. If the teacher fails to stimulate a creative activity of his learners, it will lead to non-effective learning process. There are various ways to encourage students' potential. The teacher must choose a certain approach with reference to their personal and age features. There is no doubt that in order to make our students to develop creatively, first of all teachers should be a good image of creative personality. Thus, every teacher must be always in search of the most effective innovative approaches to show his proficiency in his occupation. The youth is the future of our nation, and our future is in the hand of our teachers.
