INTRODUCTION

While these skills can be taught at any learner level, effective teaching of modern skills at the elementary and middle levels is paramount. This is the time when the materials of the international online scientific-practical conference "Improving the quality of general secondary education: content, methodology, assessment and learning environment" should help your learners develop their preparation for the future. In the study of foreign languages through the skills of the XXI century, it is desirable to create lessons deductively, with a focus on foreign languages. The importance of modern skills in the teaching of foreign languages, especially English, in the education system of the developed countries of the world today is reflected in the research process. Research also shows the importance of learning steps or strategies to integrate modern skills into foreign languages. This is undoubtedly the age in which we live, the age of knowledge, and the economic competition between economies and countries depends on these skills. These are the skills that young people today need. Globalization and digitalization have changed the landscape of communication, which in turn has helped foreign language learners to acquire modern skills in learning and using a foreign language.

is important to take into account the serious content of the educational institution and its relevance in the real world. In the teaching of foreign languages in everyday lessons through the skills of the XXI century, art, mathematics, economics, science, geography, history and law, as well as interdisciplinary topics (global awareness, finance, economics, business, civic literacy, health more attention should be paid to conservation and environmental literacy). These subjects and topics are based on three main skills: life and the future, reading and innovation, information, media, and technology. There are several conceptual models for analyzing 21st century skills, and this model provides a framework for learners to identify how digital development is needed today. General skills are defined in four dimensions: digital technology, youth literacy, inventive thinking, and effective communication. Creating, managing and evaluating data to work in a knowledge society with access to digital technology and communication tools.

Invention and understanding technologies and their implications in complex

and stable situations involving people's ability to apply information. The third

dimension involves the ability to communicate clearly with others, using a wide

range of media and technology, orally or in writing. Proceedings of the international

online scientific-practical conference "Improving the quality of general secondary

education: content, methodology, assessment and learning environment"

Effectiveness covers priority, planning and management skills for appropriate and

high quality. One of the most popular methods of teaching foreign language

audiences in the 21st century is communicative language teaching (CLT), which

emphasizes communicative competence, learner attention, and interaction with only

communicative language teaching. rather, it is the foundation of the design and

methodology of the affected curricula. These factors are the guidelines and

techniques that teachers use to create their groups. Teaching foreign languages

through modern requires learners to demonstrate knowledge, use information, and

express it. This not only helps learners to be literate, but also to use it, and of course,

to increase their literacy in a personal information environment in order to succeed. It

is important that foreign language teachers develop activities that engage learners in

the teaching process and carry out complex project work through negotiations,

collaboration, and goal setting. The following methods will help: developing forms of

communication; literacy, including the use of reading and writing; online

technologies; short-term structural memorization of the use of collaborative projects;

individual work on assignments; problem analysis; decision making; creating

designs; problem solving. In addition, emphasis on the need for activities based on

foreign language learners will be achieved through the development of 21st century Google Scholar Scientific Library of Uzbekistan

skills through new technological tools and semiotic forms, standard language and digital literacy that give them new opportunities.

By using storytelling and media design to teach a foreign language, learners can benefit from the creative manipulation of popular cultural and textual works. Not only can they express themselves, but they can also communicate. Teaching foreign languages by developing 21st century skills in learners is a multidimensional process that is introduced by every learner, teacher, and others. In the process of these processes, foreign language learning audiences are formed as follows: Allowing learners to learn a language - in which learning takes place in the best possible environment, in an environment where learners are able to learn themselves. Proceedings of the international online scientific-practical conference "Improving the quality of general secondary education: content, methodology, assessment and learning environment" Effective teachers are more like moderators, they lead learners. Teachers ensure that learners have the ability to learn on their own and that the foreign language they learn will be useful in their future lives. Creating a question-based audience environment is an important way for learners to ask questions and then answer them to guide their learning. For example, when organizing lessons using these methods, ask students, "What do you know?", "What do you want to learn?" and "What did you learn?" such as directing learners to true self-interest.

ANALYSIS AND RESULTS

Encouraging collaboration is an active and vocal audience through this method. In this case, the learners are in a foreign language audience based on social data. Teachers need to make the most of every opportunity to teach learners a foreign language. In classes, pairs and small groups are formed. Not only does this help develop speech, but it also teaches learners how to effectively achieve goals together, along with the ability to listen. Learning a foreign language using critical thinking skills requires not only memorization but also critical thinking skills. Teachers and learners can work with both or multimodal communicators to integrate foreign language learning with 21st century skills. Prepares and supports learners to participate in a variety of discussions. On the other hand, along with the development of learners 'multimodal communicative competence, attention should be paid to the development of learners' visual literacy.

CONCLUSION

Based on the above results and analysis, the study presents the following. Google Scholar Scientific Library of Uzbekistan
