Relevance of the topic: The promotion of modern outpatient services should include motivating factors for improving the qualifications of mid-level medical personnel and improving the quality of medical care.

Stimulation of labor activity leads to the development of the potential of workers and society as a whole. Stimulation of labor activity is one of the means of implementing the motivational mechanism.

Employees at the highest level of the organization must satisfy their needs as much as possible, which will then develop our society and people will begin to develop themselves, as well as expand the capabilities of the organization. [ 2]

The relevance of studying the quality of life is an important factor in the formation of health care, and health workers are considered one of the social groups experiencing all the real problems of modern public life. Medical workers solve patients' problems along with their own life problems and experience double socio-psychological stress.

The work of medical workers has a number of features. The work of a nurse is characterized by daily responsibility for the health and lives of other people, daily communication with different human characters, making urgent decisions, self-discipline, physical and spiritual effort, and many stressful situations. Therefore, it is important to pay special attention to nurses and take measures to improve their work. Medical personnel are more actively involved in the treatment process than other categories of personnel. Provides care and regular monitoring of patients through nursing care.

The World Health Organization (WHO) views health workers as a real potential to meet the growing population needs for affordable health care.

The characteristics of work and working conditions of nurses are affected by a number of negative professional factors on their body: microclimatic conditions, long work and night shifts, part-time work, high nervous and emotional stress, forced working posture, insufficient lighting of workplaces, harmful working conditions, chemicals, biological agents, and so on.

Despite the complexity of the daily work of nurses, the number of people dissatisfied with their work does not decrease. This is also evident from the results of surveys conducted in foreign countries. For example: in Germany, a survey of 2,131 patients showed unsatisfactory results of medical care. 63% of patients believe that they are not given time and attention, 44% noted that they do not want medical personnel not to explain the doctor's orders, etc. In order to improve the quality of medical care, in particular, much attention is paid to the quality of nursing services. Therefore, the problem of stimulating the professional activity of nurses is a pressing health care issue. [ 2]

Nursing service is an integral part of the health care system aimed at solving individual and social problems.

Despite the responsibilities assigned to the medical service, there are currently some trends in the development of mid-level medical personnel that negatively affect the state of labor motivation. One of the main reasons affecting the labor motivation of employees is the level of material remuneration for work and the fairness of this remuneration. For employees, this factor is not only a supporting and regulating motivational factor, but also plays a decisive role in deciding whether to continue working in an organization or in medicine. Therefore, it is important to use various motivational factors in increasing the working capacity. nurses.

Motivation is a complex psychological phenomenon that causes much debate among psychologists who adhere to different psychological concepts. Motivation can be defined in different ways. On the one hand, motivation is the process of motivating oneself and others to act in order to achieve personal or organizational goals.

The motivation function influences the workforce of the organization in the form of stimulation of effective work, social influence, collective and individual motivational events. These forms of influence stimulate the work of management subjects, increase the efficiency of the entire management system of the organization. [ 3]

The structure of labor motives includes:

- satisfaction of employee needs;

- a blessing that can satisfy this need;

- work activities required to obtain benefits;

- price - material and moral costs associated with the implementation of work activities.

Factors of employee motivation:

The need to work in a successful and well-known company. Here the main role is played by reputation or the so-called "enterprise brand", which is proud to be actively involved in the life of the organization.

Interesting workplace. Hobbies and work are synonyms. If an employee's work brings pleasure, allows self-realization, then the person's work will be successful and productive.

Material incentives. All types of bonuses, premiums and actual wages are a component of this factor.

It is impossible to change people's attitudes towards work by law, since this is a long evolutionary process, but it can be accelerated if we carefully assess the real situation and take into account its causes.

As a result of research conducted in the USA and Russia, it was established that social motivation for work is important for nurses with an optimal motivational complex.
