THE ROLE OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES IN EDUCATION
Summary:
Modern times make serious demands on education. Unlike traditional education, modern education is based more on respect _ for the child's personality and development of thinking. The main goal of the education reform in our republic is to train individuals with creative ability, who can think and act independently. Changes and innovations occurring in nature and society in the present period constantly increase the desire to study them. The introduction of ICT into the educational system, the informatization of the educational process requires all educational workers to acquire new skills and habits.
Keywords: information, technology, computer, system, thinking, conceptual, mathematics.
Scientific and technological developments in the modern world create new educational needs on the one hand, and provide new opportunities for educational applications on the other hand. Undoubtedly, the computer is at the top of these possibilities. Although the computer was first created for military purposes, later it began to be used in many areas of public life, and even became an integral part of everyday life.
It is known to everyone that 21st century technology is the most widespread field. In the modern world, computer technology, which is the closest friend of people, including the influence of the Internet on people, affects education, culture, etc. its influence on the strata is undeniable. Opinions on this topic are divided into two:
The first parties say that the computer does more harm than good to education. Such people are mostly supporters of the Soviet education system. The opinions on the second side think that the computer is more beneficial in education. According to them, after computer technology started to be used in the field of education, a number of new methods appeared and had a positive effect on the teaching of lessons. Those who put forward this idea are mostly those who prefer the education system of the Western world.
Computer technology has been widely used in Azerbaijan for several years now. After the integration of Azerbaijan into Europe, the work in this field was further strengthened. This covers the period from approximately 2000 to the present day. At first, people had very little knowledge in the field of computers. However, over the years, extensive knowledge was obtained in this field.
In our time, the role of computer technology in education is very wide. Thus, many classes in the world, including in Azerbaijan, in universities, schools and other educational institutions are already controlled by computers. The Internet is used as the first tool in this field. Modern times make serious demands on education. Unlike traditional education, modern education is based more on respect for the child's personality and development of thinking. The main goal of the education reform in our republic is to train individuals
with creative ability, who can think and act independently. Changes and innovations occurring in nature and society in the present period constantly increase the desire to study them The introduction of ICT into the educational system, the informatization of the educational process requires all educational workers to acquire new skills and habits.
ICT training and improvement of education system staff includes the following:
- reconstruction of the training of pedagogical personnel in secondary schools, taking into account the concept of informatization of education;
- creation of a management and methodical system for improving the knowledge and skills of education workers in the field of ICT;
- involvement of different categories of educational workers in relevant programs for increasing ICT literacy;
- teachers should be given not only the rules for using ICT equipment, but also practical skills to integrate them into the teaching process;
- organizing computer literacy courses for computer literacy teachers in their schools;
- Development of a motivation system for evaluating subject teachers and informatics teachers who use ICT;
- faster improvement of informatics teachers and using them as coaches in the improvement process;
- one of the main issues is the creation of relevant institutions for the training and improvement of education workers in the regions and ensuring regularity and systematicity in the process of their improvement.
Provision of the educational institution with ICT equipment and their integration into the educational process serves to create a single education-information system The process of providing educational institutions with ICT equipment and Internet resources includes the following:
- provision of computer classes, ICT equipment (printer, scanner, digital camera, projector, etc.), internet and other tools that serve to increase efficiency ;
- equipment, software and program-methodical provision in all areas of the educational field for the automation of the education management process;

- connecting all computers in the educational institution to the network and creating software and technical service infrastructure of the existing equipment;
- preparation of the educational portal, creation of Internet resources of schools and educational departments, development of network versions of electronic teaching materials and placement for use, organization of Internet/Intranet connection;
- creation of information infrastructure of education and teaching-methodical base of informatization;
- Training and improvement of education system personnel for using ICT;
This infrastructure includes the creation of a monitoring system and a single database, the study of the demand for electronic equipment, teaching materials and personnel, the provision of electronic document circulation in educational institutions, the automation of management and financial systems, the organization of effective use of the Internet in schools, the existing educational and information resources and system registration, verification and modification, gradual creation and commissioning of distance education systems, management, attestation and evaluation of knowledge, must integrate unified state information systems for information technology centers.
The creation of the teaching-methodical base of the informatization of education means the creation of electronic teaching materials and methodical tools and their organization at a level that will satisfy the needs of the participants of the educational process. At this time, the use of new technologies, basic plans and educational levels should be taken into account. The international practice of applying ICT in education should be studied systematically and regularly, and a group of experts should be created to assess its application. The rules of expertise on the technical and content aspects of electronic educational resources and their quality assessment criteria should be developed. Also, special attention should be paid to the preparation of electronic resources, only approved resources should be allowed to reproduce. Special attention should be paid to the production of information-inquiry-oriented electronic resources, electronic maps, and electronic visual resources for various subjects aimed at knowledge evaluation and testing. Informatics contests, competitions and Olympiads should be held regularly among schoolchildren. In addition, electronic libraries and an educational portal should be created, all textbooks in electronic form, electronic methodical resources, information-request systems, developmental games, electronic tests, etc. should be placed. Sections should be created on the portal for each subject. The computer classrooms intended for teaching various subjects should become the core of the school. Conditions should be created for the maximum use of computer classes, and a mechanism for efficient use of their capabilities should be developed during extracurricular hours.
Mass provision of ICT equipment to schools and the infrastructure of educational institutions
necessitates the establishment of a service service. The technical service work should include the major repair of the equipment and the provision of informational and methodical assistance. For this, the organizational structure of the service service should be formed throughout the country, technical-normative and methodical guidelines for technical support should be established. security should be created, personnel should be trained for the organization of service at all levels, a material and technical base and an operative support service system should be created.
Renewal of training is one of the main reasons for paying special attention to logical knowledge. The main way of creating a logical culture education system in the future should be as follows: the minimum logical knowledge and skills necessary for students are determined, and they are given within this subject and used in other subjects as well. Such organization of work saves teaching time without allowing unnecessary repetition, prevents the use of logical terms in different forms, eliminates the psychological barrier that leads to connecting logic with concrete content, feels the general importance of logic, the universality of its methods, learns the application of this knowledge, and makes it an important tool for thinking. helps students to understand. Taking this into account, teachers should be able to arouse interest in the lesson and master the subject by using new technologies and methods in the lesson. It is very important to form various qualities in students, such as drawing logical conclusions, creative thinking and fantasy abilities. It is an indisputable fact that the conditions for the development of students' thinking process are created mostly in mathematics and informatics classes.
In the century we live in, new approaches and strategies in mathematics teaching, comprehension, and problem solving have initiated a rapid process of change. Teaching mathematics has the characteristics of developing students' individual skills and abilities, such as problem solving, independent thinking, decision making, and conceptual learning.
Results:
1. The first stage of informatization of society is its computer equipment. In recent years, the analysis of the current state of equipment of technical universities with information and communication technologies allows to confirm that it is possible to conduct classes on mathematics and informatics subjects using computers at all stages of the organization of education, at the same time, both individual academic subjects and subjects (mathematical, physical etc.) requires special software designed to teach a combination of:
2. 1. The creative independence of future specialists, the ability to work with information and communication technologies is an integrative quality that is manifested in the desire and ability to ensure personal responsibility for solving problematic, situational, professionally oriented tasks on their own.
3. 2. In the structure of creative independence, motivation-value, cognitive, creative-activity, reflection -evaluative components, criteria, levels of formation of creative independence are selected.
