THE ROLE OF EMPLOYEES IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF INDUSTRIAL ZONES IN UZBEKISTAN AND ENSURING THAT WORKERS WORK IN FAVORABLE CONDITIONS

Annotation: Management of working hours, rest time, safety measures and sanitary standards of labor legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, their operation at industrial enterprises in favorable conditions for labor protection of workers and employees.

Key words: labor protection, lighting equipment, sanitary rules, industrial buildings.

Currently, the construction and industrial sectors are developing rapidly in the country. On July 29 this year, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev visited the Yoshlik-1 field of the Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Combine and gave a number of instructions to ensure that workers work in favorable conditions.

Improving the labor productivity of workers in our country is a key requirement of our time. Given that most of the industrial buildings in the country were built in the former Soviet Union, there is a growing demand for natural light, air circulation system, noise protection from equipment.

In our country, the tasks of labor protection are inextricably linked with the interests of production. Measures on labor protection are one of the key elements of the program of economic development of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The labor legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan governs and regulates working hours, rest, safety and sanitation. They provide for special standards for labor protection of workers and employees in construction materials enterprises.

Safety in Uzbekistan is a system of measures to prevent injuries and occupational injuries. Occupational safety and health, which is an integral part of it, is a symbol of the care of the Uzbek government, economic and trade union bodies for the people.

One of the most important sectors developing the country's economy and creating new jobs is the construction sector. Training of specialists and development of mature personnel has always been considered as one of the important tasks for each country. Therefore, to create a wide range of opportunities for higher education, to pay attention to the teaching staff, the

importance of enhancing the training of specialists was now present is one of the issues.

Poverty alleviation and rational use of available material, economic and intellectual resources are limited The higher the yield from the reserves, the lower the living standards of the population to prevent the outflow and the constant increase, the negative of the crisis Much is being done to mitigate the effects and ensure sustainable economic growth. In particular, the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Sh.M.Mirziyoev dated February 7, 2017 No. PF-4947 "On further development of the Republic of Uzbekistan Development Action Strategy "is the fourth priority.

- As one of the important tasks in the development of the social sphere

improving the quality of general secondary education, secondary special and higher education as well It is difficult to implement measures for their development, all of which are reflected in the conditions in which the world is dominated by GOVID-19.

One of the main problems of today is the fact that the legal framework, norms and standards and technologies of the construction industry, which is one of the main processes of economic development in our country, lag behind world standards. This means that the provision of the construction industry with modern equipment and specialists is also lagging behind. As a result, foreign construction companies are engaged in exporting their services and importing foreign currency into the country. People's Democratic Party presidential candidate Khotamjon Ketmonov said in his election manifesto that "special attention should be paid to the training of qualified specialists, sending them to study abroad. New materials and technologies and reforms in our country can allow Uzbek enterprises to enter foreign construction services markets." together, Construction companies in the country have abandoned the old standards in the construction and design of modern buildings - emphasizing that the design and construction on the basis of European rules and European standards is a modern requirement.

Design of construction facilities and implementation of its construction innovative design in compliance with regulatory requirements for enhancement solutions and the right decisions in the application of new scientific and technical developments inability to accept, foreigners involved in the construction industry leading to an extension of the investment process is coming. So, training, retraining and their training is required. This issue has also been resolved in our country.Presidential decrees have been adopted to improve the state regulation of the construction industry, create favorable conditions for attracting investment, increase the efficiency of the system of professional training, retraining and advanced training of personnel in the construction industry. President Mirziyoyev Sh.M., providing higher education institutions with modern teaching, educational and methodological and scientific literature, including the purchase and translation of the latest foreign literature, regular

updating of the funds of information and resource centers. Based on these ideas, it is necessary to develop new approaches to teaching and educating students, to teach modular technology-based education, to improve the structure and content of existing teaching technologies, and to continuously improve the skills of teachers working in this area. rotating. In this regard, President Sh.M.Mirziyoev adopted the Decree No. PF-5789 dated August 27, 2019 "On the introduction of a system of continuous training of managers and teachers of higher education institutions." Teaching students on the basis of modular methods is a special subject to ensure continuity between the modules in the content, training acceleration allows for regular monitoring and evaluation of students' mastery, teaching practical activities based on interest. This means that students can effectively master special subjects through step-by-step teaching of teaching materials.

By the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Sh.M.Mirziyoev "The higher education system of the Republic of Uzbekistan until 2030 Decree "On approval of the concept of development" signed. The staffing of each enterprise is provided by the safety service, which carries out its activities under the direct supervision of the chief engineer or manager of the enterprise. The main tasks of this service are: to organize work to eliminate the causes of industrial injuries; control over the production and maintenance of the enterprise, the improvement of working conditions, safety and protection; development and implementation of organizational-technical and sanitary-hygienic measures for the prevention of occupational injuries and diseases.

In their work, employees of the enterprise safety service receive instructions from the decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan, instructions of ministries and departments, the Republican Committee of Trade Unions and the above-mentioned uniform rules. Supervision of compliance with labor legislation, safety regulations, in particular, the requirements of uniform rules, is carried out by the technical inspection of workers of the construction and building materials industry, and public control by public inspectors of the labor protection commission of the trade union committee.

General safety rules include medical examinations and instruction of new hires, training in safe work practices, alarm systems, their behavior in the event of an injury, first aid for injured persons, and other similar general rules.

From the point of view of strengthening the knowledge of future staff from students in the current situation:

-credit

-module system;

-modular learning technologies;

- through person-centered education, the teaching process is improved and adapted to create opportunities for student learning through education aimed at developing students' thinking and mastering skills and abilities.

This indicates that the idea of the Third Renaissance will definitely come true as a result of the work carried out by our President.

To do this:

- Interaction of higher education institutions with foreign educational institutions it is necessary to establish cooperation; (State Statistics Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan "Construction in Uzbekistan". Tashkent-2018.)

- Non-governmental education to further enhance the prestige of higher education

the number of settlements should be increased;

- Highly qualified personnel in higher education institutions

requires increased competition in the process of engaging education;

- for self-government of young people in higher education institutions

more opportunities need to be created;

- It is necessary to instill in young people the role of youth in higher education

(because they always act out of fear);

- Foreign experience for young people in the development of the construction industry to help them understand the importance of learning should be established;

- Young people studying the construction industry to increase their knowledge

he needs to know that it's time to connect with more practice;

- Young people should know that this is the future of the industry. The President addressed to our people and youth:

"It's going to be a difficult year," he said. We can do it, but in the words of our people in other words, when the water comes, it eats, when the stone comes, it eats, from the path we have chosen we must not return. Because nothing in life happens by itself.

If we don't act on our own, no one will help us indiscriminately. Today it is about the future of our people, our homeland, our children. All of us to work hard, to bring all our experience to our homeland we need to mobilize. We must not betray ourselves, if we don't deceive ourselves, if we work honestly, to the goals we set for ourselves We will definitely do it, "he concluded.
