David Baldacci, the author of modern best-selling American novels, was born on August 5, 1960 in Richmond, Virginia, United States. He graduated from Henrico College and earned a bachelor's degree in political science from the Medical University of Virginia. David Baldacci is receiving his Juris doctor from the University of Virginia Law School. David Baldacci, who has spent his entire life in Virginia, has been practicing law in Washington, the capital of the United States, for nine years. He is originally from Barga, Tuscany, Italy. David Baldacci's ancestors lived there.

David Baldacci has been creative since childhood. Ever since Baldacci's mother gave him a notebook, he has written his stories in it. Years later, when David thanked his mother for inspiring him to become a writer, she told him that she had given him the notebook to keep him quiet. Her mother said, "Every mother needs a break sometimes."

David published his first novel "Absolute Power" in 1996. The author begins writing the novel while practicing law and spends three years writing it. Upon its publication, the book became an international bestseller. Baldacci's first novel, "Absolute Power", tells the story of an embattled American president and secret service agents who accidentally try to cover up the death of the president's beloved wife, possibly even to kill the president. Although this work talks about an imaginary president, it does not belong to the genre of fiction, but to the stream of realism. This is because the work does not depict supernatural powers and magic, but rather reveals real-life events. After the novel was published, it was made into a movie in 1997, directed by Clint Eastwood. At the same time, Gene Hackman and Clint Eastwood become the star of the movie. They play the main characters of the play, Luther Whitney and President Allen.

David Baldacci has written a total of 43 adult novels to date. David Baldacci also contributes to children's literature. He has written 7 stories for young readers. His novels are national and international bestsellers. A number of them are being adapted for television and film, showing the change. This organization fights illiteracy in the United States. Through this organization, more than one million new and used books have been collected and distributed to families in need at food pantries.
