One of the best ways of students' academic knowledges and skills increases, as well as sociable and emotional level is the main cause which has been developed, thanks to classroom management systems. In this article, we will discuss several effective and essential methods of classroom management systems, which may increase success in students.

РОЛЬ КЛАССНОГО РУКОВОДСТВА В СФЕРЕ ОБРАЗОВАНИЯ

Совершенно очевидно, что управление классом в обучении играет важную роль в эффективном классе и имеет множество преимуществ, поскольку в классе требуется множество полезных, современных и традиционных методов, которые физически и психически полезны. Одним из лучших способов повышения академических знаний и навыков учащихся, а также их коммуникативного и эмоционального уровня является основная причина, которая была разработана благодаря системам управления классом. В этой статье мы обсудим несколько эффективных и важных методов управления классом, которые могут повысить успехи учащихся.

Совершенно очевидно, что управление классом в обучении играет важную роль в эффективном классе и имеет множество преимуществ, поскольку в классе требуется множество полезных, современных и традиционных методов, которые физически и психически полезны. Одним из лучших способов повышения академических знаний и навыков учащихся, а также их коммуникативного и эмоционального уровня является основная причина, которая была разработана благодаря системам управления классом. INTRODUCTION

The benefitial methods in classroom management

It is transparently obvious that classroom management in teaching plays an important role for an effective classroom and it has a great many of advantages because classroom demands many useful, modern and traditional methods which are physically and mentally healthy. One of the best ways of students' academic knowledges and skills increases, as well as sociable and emotional level is the main cause which has been developed, thanks to classroom management systems.In this article we will discuss several effective and essential methods of classroom management systems, which may increase success in students.

DISCUSSION AND RESULTS

It is true that teaching is not only a rewarding, but also a difficult occupation, following that one of the challenges that arises is classroom management and organizing effective teaching methods. Hence, effective classroom is prominent to being able to teach and pass on knowledge to the future generation.Clearly, the target of implementing classroom management methods and strategies is to enhace prosocial behavior and evaluate student academic engagement. Effective classroom management principles serve across all grade levels and subject areas. When employing a layered demonstrate in which school-wide back is given at the all inclusive level, classroom behavior adminstration programs have appeared to be compelling for 80 percent of all understudies^1 ]More seriously programs may be required for a few understudies. On top of that I have tried to share all my own methods of teaching and have explained everything from the real life.In this article we will discuss and answer for several questions like this:

1) What is the best classroom management style and types?

2) What are several components of classroom management?

3) Why is this method so important?

4) Final advice and golden ideas

As we are talking about classroom management and this kind of types of teaching in this article, I really want to mention about one of the best quotes about classroom management, which was written by Dr. Carolyn Evertson:

It is the fact that each teacher is unique and they have their own teaching methods and style, in addition their behavior and their relationship through students is absolutely different; however, after working with so many students I have recognized that we may organize our lessons with the best methods and gathered all attention from students and try to help them study with straightforward methods.

1. WELCOMING METHOD

I call this method "welcoming" and actually it really helps me at my work.

We will try to explain this kind of teaching method in simple and understandable way.When my students come to the learning center I will try to stay not only with my whiteboard, because this is the a little bit boring way to welcome your students to your lesson. So, instead of this I try to stay near the door and welcome each of my student with high emotions and jokes.In our each lesson we can create unrepeatable atmosphere, for instance when I have prepared the theme called animals they bring with themselves toy animals and they imagined that they are working in the zoo and I welcomed my student like this:

Welcome to our zoo and asked them "Are you ready to start our adventure with zoo animals?"

They have started to shout "Yeees" and showed me their toy animals and I have

recognized that they are ready to my lesson.[2]

2. CHECKLIST METHOD

Second method is one of the useful methods for many teachers which was created in the combination of my students and me.In this method, after welcoming I should write our checklist on the whiteboard. I write our plans for today in order. We will work with this plan the whole lesson and after completing each step I put tick for this step. Here you may think that it is an ordinary to do list;however, you have some mistakes as in this to do list one the best thing which is really interesting for my

students in our last step. Of course, I will write about this last step here and share this method as much as possible with pictures.So as said I write plan on the whiteboard step by step and our first stage is starting with "Game".

Why with game?

The main reason for this is grab attention of my students to my lesson, because they are coming from their school or from their another tutorials, of course they are tired, for this several reasons I try to relax and gather their focus on my lesson.

This stage is called "SECRET"

In our checklist list at the last stage I write three questuon marks like this ???

And in this stage we different activities or worksheets which really enjoy my students.

Before opening this stage they absolutely love shouting "drumroll" and create sounds like drumroll.

3. SHOW YOUR RESPECT

In other words, I just call this method "CHEERFUL TEACHER" because you should smile and show to students your attitude and of course be with them more friendly. As I am working with kids, I try to say jokes and smile during the period of time because boring classroom is not useful and you cannot teach something being as a rude teacher or by punishing them. To my mind, this is one of the useless methods for teachers. I think teacher should try to create friendly atmosphere for kids and after these kids will be happy that they are there, with this teacher. Actually, I allow my students walk around the class or sit where they want, they feel themselves comfort.

From time to time they go around the class and try to give their helping hands to another students.

Never ever show the best or the bad student in front of your whole class that may cause to serious problems in their physiology or brain. The best teachers try to make their classroom pleasant place for every child.

4. FACE TO FACE

In fact, this method is not so formidable, as this is best known methods through teachers. In other words, we can call this method "EYE CONTACT" Try to teach your students to look at those people to whom they are speaking. because by this method you improve their self-confidence in themselves and work on their speaking habits. Especially, this tip will be useful for students who are silent or shy during the whole class, that is why we should try to support this kind of student. I think everyone may come across with this kind of situation as me, because I also have this kind of students and that is a little bit strenuous identify whether they have understood this theme or not?

For this kind of problems, we should try to find more solutions because it is too for me as my teaching plans are prepared for team works or most of them are appropriate for talkative children.

5. NO PUNISHMENT

Maybe so many teachers aren't agreed with this method; however, in reality this is the best method. Why?

Instead of shouting these words: "STOP TALKING"

"STOP DISRUPTING OTHER STUDENTS" "PAY ATTENTION"

Try to use another interesting method like "COUNTING" Try to teach count till 5 and say "after 5 minute we will start our journey" Believe me I have worked with this method so many times and this is really helpful.

6."WSNHS W + R"

At my work I try to organize my lessons my by «W S M P S W + R» this method. Surprisingly, so many teachers just don't know about this method; however, this method is one of the best methods which was created during my lessons and observations through this period. [3]

So, I will give the definition for this abbreviation. W - warm up activity S - simple theme

M - main theme P - practice S - simple theme W - wrap up activity R - REWARD

I try to give some gifts for their hard work after M stage because main theme is a little bit difficult for my kids at lesson and that is why we should have a rest after main and hard part of our lesson. I try to bring with some sweets or just small gifts for each of my students. [4]

I use these methods during my explanation of the theme and I think this is the best method for classroom management. In other words, I can tell that this is the simple structure, by learning this structure without any hesitations you may organize your lessons easily and effectively. 7. RING RING

As my kids I call this method like "RING RING". It is one of the best days for kids, because in this day I should make positive letters or phone calls to their parents. Especially, I try to use this method after organizing exams or testing days. In order to improve their interest to my lesson I try to call to their parents and surprising their parents by these phone calls or sometimes by sending complimentary letters to their home. Of course, after using these method I have recognized that this is the effective way during your job, the main reason why I really like to use this method is that their parents will congratulate their kids and of course without any hesitations kids will try to come to my lessons as an eager student and who want to earn more positive feedbacks from me. [5]

As we are living in the 21st century, so many parents have not got enough time for their kids and for this reason this phone calls or letters can force parents to grow more invested in child's learning and pay close attention not only to their kids'

behavior, but also to their education. In one word, I can say that this is the "RESPONSIVE TEACHING"

As Harry & Rosemary Wong said "Effective teachers have a classroom management plan with all the procedures necessary for a classroom to run consistently and smoothly for learning to take place" [6]

To recapitulate affirmational ideas briefly, in this article, we have tried to share all our knowledges about teaching and classroom managements for students. We have discussed about several types and shared all our experienced from real life and we hope that this article will be so useful for everyone who is reading. Furthermore, these kinds of strategies help both students, and parents also, therefore this investigation tested, experienced by Kamiljonova Nafosat, Umirova Dilshoda and Boboeva Bakhora. The aim was explaining something new and fruitful for language learners and tutors, if whoever finds this article useful one, the investigation will be well-organized.

2.2 Enhancing effective classroom in Schools

Pedagogical theory is currently abandoning the absolute educational ideal - the comprehensive development of the individual and provides transition to a new ideal -the maximum development of human abilities to self-education and self-regulation. The educational process is based on the principles of personal oriented approach to learning. [7]

It is true that effective classroom environment, daily lesson process paly an essential role because nowadays pupils do not want traditional methods, nonproductive classrooms which are quite boring for language learners, consequently organizing effective classroom is prominent for academic and social success. [8] Clearly, foundation tips, for instance clear targets, daily routines, positive feedback and high quality of opportunities to respond strong experimental support, they help not only to do effective classroom atmosphere, but also, they are the main source of an energetic power. In this unit, authors emphasize for evidence- based practices with a couple of recommended resources to clarify future practices. Some school disciplines, systematic strategies are given to support teachers' learning and teaching. There are some strategies which can enhance effective classroom without them achieving high qualities is not possible. In this table, given some tips that are quite important to create an appropriate atmosphere:

4.Behavior specific praise Teacher delivered verbal statement that explicitly identifies and affirms a student behavior.

5. Active supervision Tutor monitors classroom by moving, scanning, and interacting frequently with students.

6. Opportunities to respond Teacher solicits student response with high frequency and using a variety of strategies (individual, group, written, or verbal, etc.)

7. Reminders about behavior Before a behavior is expected, teacher makes a statement reminding students what to do.

These strategies are taken from https://www.wgu.edu/heyteach/article/7-habits-highly-effective-classroom-management2004.html and this investigation completed by Kamiljanova Nafosat, Umirova Dilshoda and Boboeva Bakhora whose are the students of Uzbekistan State World Languages University. According to elderly articles, findings 6 strategies given which are the first one called physical layout that connects with facilities, the location of classroom whether it is safe or noisy because pupils' concentration belong to visual materials and indoor and outdoor sounds, therefore the government try to construct schools out of cities or less noisy areas. Following that expectations are essential because If the beginning of the lesson starts with clear and understandable expectations for both students' behavior and self-confidence, it will be a crucial point of effective classroom without any doubt. One after another, routine is the third one that has a strong power to evaluate the process of lesson with time management, physical and mental activities, awards and prizes. Another point is behavior specific praise that consist of the verbal statement of teacher for students' behavior in order to escape noisy classroom because there are some students who need to accept not only verbal, but also nonverbal statement from the teachers.[9] Moreover, active supervision also necessary for the classroom with some interesting and physical active games, energetic tasks that connect with the topic. Obviously, these are the key points of creating such kind of friendly and effective atmosphere with language learners. Following that opportunities to respond demands to organize various activities like individual, group, partner tasks, written or verbal tips also more helpful than only traditional education system. They can enhance the frequency of students and group involvement that gives opportunities to express their own ideas, advices. It is a fact that speaking next to the blackboard again and again reduces the amount of shame. [10]

There is no doubt that reminders about the behavior are the great portion of the classroom organization because pupils are young and they might forget fast about the rules, therefore a great many of instructor prefer to hang the reminders to the wall or on the blackboard. [11]

Through the strategies organizing the lesson is easier than other tips, so we chose them, investigated the strategies in spite of difficulties. In fact, all tips are

CONCLUSION:

Improving the effectiveness of training is especially relevant in the present time due to the acceleration of technological progress. And above all, with the development computer and communication technologies. These technologies are much more effectively mastered by younger generations than by older ones. World

computer network and mobile communication contribute to the rapid accumulation and chain transmission of information in society. However, they do not contribute to understanding and depth comprehension of this information and, thus, come into conflict with the spiritual intellectual component of society. Most of the younger generation the need to understand the information received is weakened, as well as to acquisition and assimilation of spiritual and intellectual values accumulated humanity. The reason for this is the change in the mentality of the younger generation compared to the older one. There is an obvious reorientation of spending young people's time in favor of computer games, communication in social networks, etc. This circumstance is already leading to an accelerated rupture of mutual understanding between generations. And this, in turn, may lead in the near future to global catastrophic problems for civilization.[12]That is why, in order to improve the spiritual and intellectual level of the young generation, the authors of the article had a need to present the material in which briefly, on separate examples, it is proposed to change the principles of configuration and the process of education and upbringing by the Teacher of Pupils and groups of Pupils.[13]The quality of education of the younger generation needs to be shifted towards a combination knowledge with an understanding that can enhance the intellectual and spiritual development and partially alleviate the above problem. The effectiveness of the student's learning is greatly influenced by physiological, emotional and intellectual levels of compatibility with Teacher and Class. [14]This compatibility will allow to achieve under certain
