Annotation: The article outlines the importance of spiritual and moral education of the younger gereration, universal human values and national contribution to humanity has become the spiritual pillar,will be thetask of harmoniously developed person.
The article refers to the «Rukhani Zhangyru» the aprogram and its consolidating role. The spiritual connection of generation and the ways of forming public consciousness in the era of globalization are revealed. The meanings of the terms «Fatherland», «Country», «Mother Earth» are explained.
This article explains the importance of the concept of "Eternal El" adopted by the President on January 17, 2014 in order to understand the concept of "Eternal Country."
It is clear that the notion of eternal country is the state's centuries-old conflict, the competition between the major powers and the self-defense policy.
Patriotism education is one of the most pressing issues facing the national security system in the issues discussed in the Patriotic Act "Mangilik El". At the same time the explanation of the national idea is reflected in the work of educational activities.
That is, in educational activities, out-of-class learning, the need to strengthen work in these areas is considered
The idea of an eternal nation is a national idea of more than one hundred and thirty nationalities with a common goal of the Kazakh nation and our country. According to this aspect, that means the formation of spiritual, cultural and national qualities of students.

The history of modern language science is laid and widely studied from the point of view of the period of independence. As you know, as a result of Independence, there were positive changes in the social, spiritual and cultural life of the country, the pages of the history of «aktandak» were resumed. Especially re-
vived forgotten transformation of the language and Kazakh literature. In «Rukhani zhangyru» program the Head of state noted that«recognition of the past, deep understanding and objective assessment of history - require great wisdom and responsibility»,-stressed the need for careful consideration of its origin and historical stages of development in order to perceive the literary, cultural, historical, spiritual, national values of the native people in essence. In this regard, the path to a country with competitive human capital, the path to a society of Universal Labor, the path to a completely different quality of life are opened only through the spiritual and moral revival of the nation. This should become a constant axiom of today.
On January 17, 2014, President of the Republic of Kazakhstan NursultanNazarbayev announced The State of the Nation Address:«A year ago I announced a new political course of development of the country until 2050. The main goalis to enterinto number 30 most developed countries of the world. This is «Mangilik El»project,which we start in the history of our country» he said. In these words of the head of state the news about what you think was announced the first state official ideology, that is the idea of «Mangilik El».
This is conclusion from the national idea of the Republic of Kazakhstan. This idea is not only that our country has been dreaming for centuries, it is the result of selfless work and tireless creativity during the years of independence.
In order to deeply understand the concept of «Mangilik El» I wanted to get acquainted with this concept. Because it is important for us to know its historical foundations. In the international scientific and popular historical magazine «MANGI EL»Karzhaubai Sartkozhauly - researcher of the Turkic history, Turkic heritage, doctor of philological Sciences, Professor KarzhaubaySartkozhauly wrote: «Mangilik El is the idea, who was the founder of the famous Tonykok, adviser to three Kagan...». Mangilik El is eternal with the idea that the purpose of the Turkish authorities 13 centuries ago. As part of the state program of health development of the Republic of Kazakhstan «Salamatty Kazakhstan» for 2011-2015, approved by the decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 29, 2010 № 1113, a large-scale action "Health Festival-2014"is held in the region. This idea has become the main slogan of today's Kazakh people.
The eternal country is that the state at the turn of the century competes between the major powers and adheres to its own defense policy.
The idea of Mangilik El is an ideology based on the goals and interests of the Kazakh nation and the national idea of more than one hundred and thirty Nations and nationalities living in our country.
Country and Language are inseparable concepts. «Mangilik» is closely related to the native language, one of the greatest treasures that are successors from ancestors. At the same time, it is necessary that the eternal country be an eternal language, which will develop together with it. The state language of the richest and biggest country is Kazakh language. The head of state in his address focused on our achievements in the sphere of the state language and noted that «here is
one truth that no one can change! Together with our Mangilik El will be the eternal language. It is not the subject of the dispute and, therefore, we must be United for the nation» [1, p. 6].
What is an eternal country? Of course, the society of universal labor, the realization that grace does not come easily, the rational education of the younger generation, the unity and awareness of the people, the confirmation of every step of the state. The plan of the nation, comprehensively strengthened the course for the Strategy «Kazakhstan - 2050» urges us to it[2, p. 2].
Young people are the generation responsible for the future of our state. Throughout the world community, young people are seen as an important subject of social change, a barometer of the moral level of society, a very large innovative force and a strategic resource. Therefore, we cannot be indifferent to the level at which the national consciousness of our youth, especially student youth, and, accordingly, patriotism is formed. The formation of high national consciousness of future highly qualified specialists requires the introduction of the subject «Mangilik El»in the universities of Kazakhstan. National consciousness as a complex structural education of the individual is formed under the influence of training and education, determined by its content, direction and methods of training, which should be the object of independent scientific discipline, which has theoretical and applied value. An important role in solving this problem is the introduction of the subject «Mangilik El» as a compulsory subject not only at the secondary school level, but also in High school. In determining the name of the subject «Mangilik El»the authors proceeded from the last two State of the Nation Addresses of President of the Republic of Kazakhstan NursultanNazarbayev: 1)«Kazakhstan's way - 2050: common goal, common interests, common future», where it was about the creation and adoption of the Patriotic act«Mangilik El» (January 17, 2014). The head of state, calling «Mangilik El» a national idea, urged all Kazakhstan to take an active part in the work on the implementation of the Main directions of the Strategy «Kazakhstan-2050»; 2) «NurlyZhol - the way to the future», where it was said that the national idea «Mangilik El» should become not only the ideological platform of the Strategy«Kazakhstan - 2050», but also not only an unbreakable ideological basis for the formation of the Kazakh state in the XXI century (11 November 2014). In accordance with the main strategic directions of the national idea«Mangilik El» the urgency of providing a holistic policy in the field of training with a high level of national consciousness in accordance with the needs of society. The idea of the subject «Mangilik El»» is the principles that determine the internal spiritual and social life of people living in an independent, free and the same world in the socio-cultural space, forming a complete picture of the traditions of the people and the national interest, revealing the essence of the Kazakh life in the socio-cultural space. This object sets the task to Supplement the Kazakh country with personal, national, state, social values[4,7 p.].
Education of patriotism is one of the main tasks bordering on the system of national security. one of the pressing problems. President N. B. Nazarbayev de-
fined the tasks of formation of Kazakhstan patriotism as one of the priorities within the long-term development potential of our country. In his annual Address, the Head of state pays special attention to the Patriotic education of young people. On behalf of the head of state, a Patriotic act «Mangilik El» was developed. The state significance of this document obliges the heads of educational institutions of Kazakhstan, teachers-practitioners to actively start the explanatory work of the national idea «Mangilik El» in the form of seven principles of Patriotic education. It activates the need to strengthen the work in this area in educational activities, extracurricular training. (Update [lat. actualis-real] -means a concept that changes life: the transition from the conditions of possibilities of life to reality.
Kazakhstan is a common homeland of all peoples living on its territory, which has become A single nationality. The unity of the nation is the basis of prosperity, stability, renewal and dynamic development of our country. In the context of aggravation of humanitarian issues within the framework of the global economic crisis, socio-political instability and growing contradictions between different regions of the world, the unity of the nation will provide good conditions for strengthening the independent Kazakhstan, the successful implementation of economic and social progress. The Patriotic act «Mangilik El», adopted at the XXIV session of the Assembly of people of Kazakhstan, is a unique program of common similarity of Kazakhstan.
Eternal country is independence and Astana.
Eternal country is a national unity, peace and harmony.
Eternal country is a secular state and high spirituality.
Eternal country is a sustainable economic growth on the way to innovation.
Eternal country is a society of universal labor.
Eternal country is a community of culture and history, language
Eternal country is a national security and global participation of Kazakhstan in solving global problems.
Mangilik El is fastened by one of the directions of the country. This is a strong and clear reform. It strengthens the link between the government and the people. Consequently, increasing the responsibility of civil servants and transparency of the government. If we carry out the plan of the nation, set by the head of state with foresight, we can achieve eternal country. It is undeniable that the process of globalization is a vital requirement to accelerate development along with the desire to prevent it and prevent economic challenges[4, p.23].
In this regard, the head of the state N.A.Nazarbaev'swilled words "the future of Kazakhstan depends on young generation" should be the slogan of every young citizen of Kazakhstan. Unity of youth with the Kazakh language and eternal country is more sacred, holy concept [5,31]!

В статье рассматривается важность духовно-нравственного воспитания подрастающего поколения на общечеловеческих и национальных ценностях в гармонично развитом человеке.
Ключевые слова: молодое поколение, духовно-нравственное воспитание, заинтересовать, способность, вечная страна, общественное сознание, уникальность традиций.
Также говорится о направлениях программы «Рухани жануыру» и о ее консолидирующей роли, раскрывется духовная связь поколений и пути формирования общественного сознания в эпоху глобализации, объясняются значения понятий «Отечество», «Страна» , «Родина».
В этой статье объясняется важность концепции «Мэнгшк Ел», принятой президентом 17 января 2014 года, чтобы понять концепцию «Вечной Страны».
Понятно, что понятие вечной страны - это многовековая конкуренция между основными державами и политика самообороны.
Воспитание патриотизма - одна из наиболее актуальных проблем, стоящих перед системой национальной безопасности в вопросах, обсуждавшихся в Патриотическом акте «Мэнгшк Ел».
В то же время объяснение национальной идеи отражается в работе образовательной деятельности. То есть, в образовательной деятельности, внеклассное обучение, необходимо укрепить работу в этих областях
Идея вечной нации - это национальная идея более чем тридцати национальностей, имеющих общую цель казахской нации и нашей страны. То-есть, основываясь на этом аспекте, формируются духовные, культурные и национальные качества учеников.
