To be realized this work it has been included a sample of 8000 individuals from the population in 97 families in Presevo, Preshevë, në Zhunicë, në Rahovicë, në Miratovc, in Raincë and in Norçë. The material presented through generations, the date of birth signed with the number of the code which identify the partners in this computer program. In this way we will create genetic trees of the famolies. This progrma is realized in order to be seen the type of the heritage at man. So far this computer program will make posible the family doctor about the heritage illneses and in this way the doctor will be able to monitor the embrional development at woman and eliminate the defects of the embrionial.

Abstract:To be realized this work it has been included a sample of 8000 individuals from the population in 97 families in Presevo, Presheve, ne Zhunice, ne Rahovice, ne Miratovc, in Raince and in Norge. Introduction

This work is realized with the human population of Presevo municiplity. This municiplity is situated in the south of Serbia near MAcedonia and Kosovo. This municiplity takes a teritory of 264(km2) (Figura 1.). 97% is Albanian , 3% Serbian serb ,turks and roma. In this work it hs been included the Albanian population with four generation monitoring the genetic characteristics, ge-netical illneses and the blood group. All these elements basing in geneological progrmam which can be presented in a form of genetic tree.In this tree we do not only represent them with geneological symbols through which the doctor can come to idea if it is male or female but also he will know the name and the last name of the individual. We do this in order our doctor to know who the person is and at the same time look the genetic tree of the woman or man.

The Material and the method

As a materila it has been used the population of Presevo numbering around 8000 individuals.The individuls who have been interviewed with the morphological inheritage, is presented at the table nr. 1

The method which helps in realizing the computer program and presenting the genealogical tree is the genealogical code. By using the genealogical code we could also monitor the iheritage illneses at families. we have defined for every dominat code the apropriate one: :dominant=1 and recesive =2., and for the illnesses to the special columns through exel program we have presented codes starting from number 1= hemofilia, 2=diabetis, 3= polidactilia, 4=albinism etc Genealogical model of coding to realize the computer program which builds the genetical which tree can be seen below in the fig number 2.

In every column there are codes which represent the living olace, the partners, children of every partner (brothers and sisters) their sex, the time of their birth and their generations. In the column where it is presented the name and the last name of the individuals , the code of of the last name from the side of the dead and mother, it is presented in special columns with personal code of three cifras. r, . For example the surname Kamberi=001, 003=Mustafa, 004=Isufi and so on the other surnames. The number four represents the generations but the last one the birth as for example 00311. the generation and the birth are presented in special columns , for the individuals for whom we did not have knoledge we have put 0 where as the code for male sex (male=1 and female=2), the codes of the families or sub-tribes as they are presented in the fourth column in our case with the number 40, 35, 226 and other numbers depending by the number of the families.To know the partners and their ancesters we have presented the identification codes in the first and second column. The number of their ancesters is the serial number of their father and their mother. As for example the person with the serial number 1 the wife of that prson is with the number 5 and in this way thses two numbers 1 and 5 will be written down at their children who show from which partners are they and so on.

Results and Discussion

By using these records in a form of the project it is made possible that through the computer program to realize the genetic tree. through this program can be monitored the visiality oDuke perdorur keto shenime ne formen e projektit eshte bere e mundur qe nepermjet programit kompjuterik ta realizojme pemen gjenetike. Me kete program mund te percillet vizualiteti i tipareve brez pas brezit ose trashegimi i semundjeve gjenetike. Ky program i cili na paraqet pemen gjenetike, ka nje rendesi sidomos te mjeku familjar per te percjelle vizualitetin e tipareve, semundjeve dhe tipareve dhe po ashtu edhe ne kriminalistike per t'u njohur me prejardhjen familjare te kriminelit.

Mund te themi se kjo metode e cila aplikohet ne forme te pemeve gjenetike do te perdoret ne mjekesi si nje metode e kohes per t'i parandaluar semundjet gjenetike. Ne figuren numer 3 kemi nje peme gjenetike te paraqitur me ane te programit kompjuterik perdorim i dores se djathte ose

te majte.

Analyzing the inheritage characteristic of blood group into genetic tree is obviously seen that it fits to the dominant- recesive and codominant. inhritage.

In figure 5 we have a family which rarely may be seen. From the analyzing of the genetic tree it is obviously seen that we have to do with a numerous genetic illneses. In the fourth generationwe have three individuals, sister and brother and a family with( blue colour) with

polidactly where they are joined with even more other defects for example deflects in growing up and their kidneys.The case of polidactly is noticed in the second generation where one of them has problems in walking (with red colour).Two individuals one in the second generation and the other on the third generation are cripple. About this family we can say that it is in the genetic risk and should have anspecial treatment and as well as a governmental support. We also can say that the polidactly illness is asociated with other disorders in the limbs. So we can add that these defects are closely linked with genetics.

• Firstly can conclude that with this program all the family data can be presented.

• Secondly the computer program can verified and analyze the types of inheritages at people.

• Thirdly by presenting the cases of ilneses in families we can come to knowledge with genetic illnesses which appear together with one another and in this way it is opened the way of analyzing them and the details with the structure of ADN.that i paraqitur rastet e semundjeve neper familje mund te njihemi me e semundjeve gjenetike qe paraqiten bashkerisht njera me tjetren dhe keshtu hapet rruga e analizave me detaje ne strukturen e ADN-se.

• Fourthly by knowing the family tree the doctor can come easily to knwledge with families with genetic risk and in this way these could be avoided easily before the birth (through abortion)t

• Fifthly me by discovering the inheritage illneses there can be undermined measures by international organizations.
