With the development of China's economy and the progress of society, the management innovation of enterprises has become the first task of enterprise operation. Due to the continuous development and improvement of the Social market economy system, china's enterprise development has also had a completely new change. But the traditional business management mode can not drive the further development of the enterprise, making the business management work more difficult [1]. Nowadays, the innovation of Enterprise Management has attracted wide attention of scholars at home and abroad.

1. Case Study Design based on grounded theory

Under the influence of China's traditional culture and China's special social and economic environment, the management of Chinese enterprises has strong Chinese characteristics, this

Chinese brand, which is a combination of paternalistic management and collectivism and relationships, has largely limited the drivers of managerial innovation in Chinese companies, the research on the «site-based» management innovation of Chinese enterprises has already made some achievements. 2. Characteristic driving factors of enterprise management innovation.

a. Resource Constraint. Resource Constraints seriously inhibit the management innovation of manufacturing enterprises, and are not the characteristic driving factors of the management innovation of agricultural enterprises and service enterprises, the shortage of raw materials or the rise in the price of raw materials will lead to a decline in the overall profit margin of enterprises, therefore, enterprises must adjust their product structure to implement the strategy of merger and reorganization [3].

B. Strategy. Strategic Factors and resource constraints are not characteristic driving factors for the management innovation of Agriculture and service enterprises. In order for enterprises to occupy a place in the fierce market competition, it is necessary to carry out its own management innovation from a strategic height. Strategy is the product of the development of an enterprise at a certain stage. An enterprise only has a clear strategic idea of its own, can develop a focused and targeted strategy through a clear positioning of the enterprise. The reason why the strategic factors can not develop in the agricultural enterprises is because of the restriction of the agricultural enterprises' human resources, and the restriction of the agricultural policy makes it difficult to form the drive of management innovation.

3. Characteristic drivers of business management innovation

Common driving factors of management innovation in Chinese and foreign enterprises. According to scientific research, organizational resource capacity, market competition, industry development characteristics, organizational social capital and market demand are the common driving factors of Chinese and foreign enterprise management innovation. To sum up, the common driving factors of management innovation in both Chinese and Western enterprises are based on organizational resource capability,

As the motive force of market competition, the development of industry plays a driving role. Organizational social capital is the capital of enterprise innovation management, and market demand is the important direction of enterprise management innovation.

Characteristics and drivers of managerial innovation in Chinese enterprises.

A. Entrepreneur. Different from the Western enterprises, the entrepreneur has not formed the atmosphere of all-member Innovation, which makes the entrepreneur become the important driving factor of the enterprise management innovation in China, and then causes the enterprise characteristic of «paternalistic management». Western enterprises encourage top-down all-staff innovation so that the enterprise staff is an important key resource to drive management innovation.

B. Characteristics of enterprise development. Only in accordance with the normal law of change and follow the life growth phenomenon, in order to take advantage of the increasingly fierce economic globalization competition, and has its own A Place to Stand, a Place to Grow. Different from the development of Chinese enterprises, Western enterprises have already got rid of the trouble caused by the limitation of enterprise development, so they are mature and perfect.

C. Policy. The management innovation of Chinese enterprises should also have an international

perspective. The management innovation of enterprises should plan the management of enterprises reasonably. In essence, the international management of enterprises is a kind of international «competition and cooperation» relationship, this kind of internationalization of enterprise management can put enterprises in great challenges and new opportunities, all these problems show that the key to the success of an enterprise lies in its open concept, international vision and Advanced Enterprise Management Mechanism [2].

D. Management issues. The management of an enterprise is a very important organization, and the correct and wrong decision-making of the leader is very important to the enterprise, which is related to the direction of Enterprise Development, the goal of development and the fundamental interests of the enterprise.

Through the detailed analysis and research of Chinese Enterprise Management, it is found that the development characteristics of different stages of enterprise management innovation and the strategies and measures to deal with various situations are closely related to the quality of the enterprise itself. Therefore, in order to adapt to the dynamic changes in the operating environment of the enterprise itself and the inherent life characteristics and development signs in the development process of the enterprise itself, the formulation and implementation of enterprise management innovation strategy must be optimized and adjusted according to the characteristics of the enterprise itself and the feedback information, so that it becomes a good visual angle to study the dynamic optimization of Enterprise Management Innovation Strategy, only by doing these can the enterprise develop and grow, which is the key to the success of the enterprise.
