Abstract: the article deals with one of the important principles of teaching English language by grammar, because grammar consists of the rules used to put words together. Keywords: grammar, principle, training, communication, student, teacher, fluent, method, vocabulary, forms of training.

The fastest way to learn English grammar is to learn it while speaking. Every sentence we speak in spoken English teaches us grammar. The spoken English lessons are full of grammar. But the grammar is learned by speaking not by writing. Grammar learned better and faster by learning it as a spoken language. If a learner studies spoken English for a year, he will gain a great of fluency. With this fluency he will have a good understanding of English grammar. If a learner spend the same amount of time in English grammar study, he will have limited English fluency and have little practical understanding of English grammar. Do you want to improve your English? You have to apply an opportunity if you before know the language well. When we read 2 or 3 sentences without moving our lips our mind respond as simple information.

But when we read the sentences by moving our lips, our mind will respond from our mouth. So the best way to learn English is using either verbal or visual training methods. Retraining our sense without hearing our own voice at speaking volume is impossible. It is waste of time to do written assignments for the purpose of learning spoken English it takes a long time to learn both spoken English and English grammar by standing only spoken English first than it takes to study written English grammar lessons before one can speak English. It is impossible to speak English without correct use of its grammar. If you are enroll in a university and you know English grammar and can write but if you don't have any speaking style, follow the following rules sense. Though the goal is commendable in practice it has a serious drawback and it has got its own pedagogical disciplines [1, c. 49]. First if you want to speak fluent English, it is important to train your memory. When you speak English you must retrain your mind, tongue and hearing at the same time because they are combined each other. When we speak our own tongue our mind stores all of the vocabulary we need. The mind controls the tongue, mouth and breathing, hearing is also an important part of speech because ears hear everything what we say. That's why next is depend on the vocabulary and information which stored in the mind. When we learn to speak English we must retain all of these processes work together at the same time. It is not enough to drill vocabulary into our memory. We must use the sounds and movements of our tongue, mouth and breathing. When we learn to speak English as a new language all of its sounds and syntax must be learned. Each new sound and syntax patterns requires retraining our entire mind, the nerve feedback in our tongue mouth and breathing, even English syntax is depend on our teaching English attempt to engage to learners in free speech as possible. A beginning learner does not have enough language background to be able to construct sentences properly. The instruction program seldom has enough teachers to correct every student's errors.

Consequently, beginning learners regularly use incomplete sentences having incorrect syntax and verb construction. A learner needs to spend even more time relearning the correct syntax. During the first two weeks of English study we used only the spoken English learned quickly recorded exercises. Learners would repeat the recorded lesson material which was accurate in every detail learners would work by them while repeating the sentences hundreds of times. Syntax and verb would have been correct and as much as possible the pronunciation would have been correct. Consequently, all free speaking would be taken directly from the many sentences learner would have already learned. Learners are highly motivated to learn to speak English fluently. In

the early weeks of English study requires spending more time repeating recorded spoken English learned quickly exercises than in trying to engage in free speech.

If a learner is using the spoken English learned quickly lessons, repeats the exercises until he can say tem quickly and accurately with perfect pronunciation. As learner progresses in his English study, begins reading English newspaper, articles aloud. The quickest way to teach learners to read English is to teach them to speak it first. English has many specialized vocabularies. Any learner who has taken courses in anatomy, law, physics, technology, engineering, has spend a great deal of time learning specialized terminology. But the essential English syntax which holds these words together in a sentence is a still the language of the street.

There is one kind of English which a learner needs to learn. A learner doesn't need two or more different course levels. This is not to say that English is simple language to learn. It is far from it. If a learner a beginning learner he must start by speaking normal English sentences. Influent spoken speech a learner should use every day English. To improve spoken English study a learner will need both a written text and an audio recording of that text. The newspaper article becomes an excellent text for language study and it is usually an excellent source for a study text. To general vocabulary newspapers will give a learner many political, scientific, technical and economic words. Newspapers are also a source of colloquial expressions. When a learner uses the vocabulary of the newspaper he must read out aloud, identify new vocabulary. If a learner doesn't know a word, she must stop and find it in the dictionary.
