Abstract.
The Kazakh language retains its dominant position. Much attention shall be paid to its further development. Today, however, English is the language of new technologies, new industries and new economy. Currently, 90% of the world information is in English. Every two years its volume doubles. Kazakhstan cannot reach national progress without mastery of the English language. " So that system aimed to learn three main languages: Kazakh, Russian, English at the same level. Every coin has two sides so this program has huge benefits and disadvantages as well. People are divided into two groups: one of them support this idea while others are worried about the threat of national identity loss. In people's understanding the Kazakh language will be used rare in comparis on with status Quo and by the same time Kazakh culture and mentality will be destroyed.

Казахский язык сохраняет свое доминирующее положение. В дальнейшем большое внимание будет уделено его дальнейшему развитию. Однако сегодня английский язык является языком новых технологий, новых отраслей и новой экономики. В настоящее время 90% мировой информации приходится на английский язык. Каждые два года его объем удваивается. Казахстан не может достичь национального прогресса без владения английским языком. Система трехязычия будет направлена на изучение трех основных языков: казахского, русского и английского на одном уровне. У каждой монеты есть две стороны, поэтому эта программа имеет огромные преимущества и недостатки. Люди делятся на две группы: одна из них поддерживает эту идею, а другие обеспокоены угрозой утраты национальной идентичности. В понимании людей казахский язык будет использоваться редко по сравнению со статус-кво, и в то же время казахская культура и менталитет будут разрушены.

As smart machines continue to get smarter people must follow comodity... Lifelong learning is no longer a luxury, it is a necessity. This words have been told by the head of North-Eastern university Joseph E. Aoun. He described the main issue of twenty first century-worldwide technologies improvement presenting a threat. And the threat can be withdraw only with knowledge [1, 26p].
"Knowledge is a power" said once Francis Bacon and he was right. The meaning of these words are really important, because knowledge made up the contemporary world since and it truly contained a lot of characteristics, as capability to make a huge effort, hard work and desire to learn something new in order to keep developing. The usual places of getting knowledge are universities and schools, so nowadays there are a lot of problems in the educational system. In study the world needs no evolution but revolution. Because methods those were taught earlier are not suitable for now. Cri-terias, priorities have been changed and there is amount of researches of politicians, scientists, students and other employees in a sphere of educational progress that hadn't been identified yet . In past people needed to write and to count for industry purposes now world needs magnificent, indispensable ideas to make life better and comfortable. Because humanity's main aim is the economical survival exchange for scientific sur-
vival. That's why an old program for study is not suitable because of the suppression and limitation of mindset that does not allow to think broadly, to create unbelievable things.
Problems in education are everywhere, not only in Kazakhstan. But one of the main problems in our Republic is trilingual system development. The idea was proposed in the 2006 th by the President of Kazakhstan Republic Nursultan Nazarbayev. In his traditional speech he mentioned once that there was a limit of human life, and there was no end for education. Then later on January 31th, 2017 in his presidential message: "The Third modernization of Kazakhstan: Global competitiveness" he presented the importance of trilingualism by public reporting. The 4th Priority is based on improvement of human capital in quality. Nursultan Naz-arbayev said: "Firstly, the role of the educational system will be changed. Our task is in making education central to a new model of economic growth. The training programs should focus on the development of critical thinking abilities and skills of independent search for information. At the same time, IT-knowledge formation, financial literacy and education of youth patriotism shall be focused on. Reducing the gap in quality of education between urban and rural schools is critical. The Government is assigned to submit relevant proposals. Gradual transition to trilingual education.

In our opinion, the main important thing in this case is a progress. Because if we do not grow and make progress as Kazakhstan Republic's citizens we will fail with or without the national identity. In modern conditions the strategical resource of Republic is a high intellect and extra technical knowledge is economical growth factor. We can't keep the past in our minds without accepting the outer change, we can remember it and be proud of it, but the major issue must be in building a new strong Republic. The world has been evaluating since our birth, no one can stop it and one thing we can do is not to stay in the same place and we should keep developing. The young generation will build up the future that's why it is important to grow them up strong and smart. Like Confucius said "If your plan is for one year, plant rice. If your plan is for ten years, plant trees. If your plan is for 100 years, educate children." First of all, Kazakhstan needs competitive citizens as the current time requests, it means they must be as informed as professional, that is knowing English language on a high level is necessity. In the century of technologies it is valuable to understand that along technological equipments development and people must know more languages, English itself.
The benefits of learning English language are: to keep brain sharper, to develop mental muscles, to grow employment potential, to have the information base directly, it is one of the best languages for travelling, enjoyment, classic literature reading and films watching in original and other great opportunities. It is obvious that the use is not only for scientific education purposes, but for personal purposes too. From the ancient times our ancestors understood the importance of studying, they knew more than three languages and kept developing it. Also we have an incredible proverb "Know all seven languages but respect your own one". We can see that there is no harm for culture death or disappearance because it was experienced by time. Trilingual system will open new doors to a better future [2, 58 p].
Kazakhstan is a developing country but in comparison with developed ones, for example the USA or China, we are still not good and qualified at IT industry and technologies. By knowing the language of technologies we will understand it better and will be able to create it on our own easily. From my point of view, this program will be useful for rising generation to integrate to the world community with confidence. And it will lead to a great potential progress in a lot of spheres. One of the main questions is "How will it work?". So firstly we need to understand the mechanism based on ideas. At the present time, in 2017 academic year, 32528 students received grants from the Ministry of Education and Science in technical subjects. Though it proves the need in professionals of technical spheres. The system is working now but in a minimal level and students used to study three languages, but the trilingualism will bring significance and influencing importance. At the present we have a lot of people in Kazakhstan which
speak only one language, we have Kazakhs or other nations who don't want to speak Kazakh because it is not important for their future, and we also have people who don't want to study Russian language because of the past history.
By the trilingualism we will avoid these kind of problems, because all three languages will be equal in the same area. Firstly all technical subjects will be taught in English language, humanitarian subjects in Kazakh and Russian. Also we recommend to create new useful subject where students will read and learn about outstanding personalities, which achieved the success. For example, Elon Mask, Stephen Hawking, Muhammad Ali, Steve Jobs, Margaret Thatcher and so on. From our point of view it will inspire people to be successful and to work hard. Motivation and inspiration have a great role on person's self improvement. Though self - improvement, self realization will bring a confidence. Confidence and systematic hard work will bring success. [3, 23 p]
To improve each sphere in our country we need to be competitive professionals loving our work that is why keeping in head the importance of details is very helpful. Students will be mentally ready for their probable failures, hard working ect. I believe that this subject will influence to learn English effectively. Main quality is to have a desire to learn and feel of freedom. Learning must be based on free will, no standards and no framing. Government can only direct and involve to the best side of educational program instead of pushing learners and making them like robots whose interests are on marks, not science.
In future if this system is integrated in our society, Kazakhstan will improve the quality of work and education.
Thomas Eliot once said: "Where the wisdom is we lost for the sake of knowledge. Where the knowledge is we lost for the sake of information". In conclusion, we truly believe that we will not change the wisdom of learning to an informational database. Because the main aim is to concentrate on having influence on the worldwide area, economical or political situation, as a Kazakhstan Republic. The true meaning of Kazakhstan Republic is on our long period history. Bravery and justice of our ancestors decisions. So the wisdom is covered on constructing during the memory for eternity. Trilingual system will give us a different vision of life for creating our own success in global.
