Uzbekistan, Bukhara city THE IMPORTANCE OF PHONETICS IN LANGUAGE LEARNING Annotation: In this article described of the importance of phonetics in the learning languages.

Key words: phonetics, language, learning, training, education.

From the first years of independence, the development of the intellectual potential of young people has been emphasized by the state. This is evidenced by the fact that the first president of the Republic of Uzbekistan has the following opinions: "Our talented, gifted children should give our children a wing to reach knowledge and skills." In this regard, the introduction of a continuous education system in the Republic of Uzbekistan, short-term success in this area has been highly appreciated by the international community.

The main task of the educational system today is to upbringing the upcoming generation as a patriot, a comprehensively advanced generation capable of mastering modern knowledge, skills and skills, and able to take a worthy place in society. The main goal of pedagogues is to educate the students, prepare them

for qualified personnel for independent Uzbekistan. The work in this direction is based on the Law "On Education", the National Program for Training Personnel, as well as by a number of Decrees and Orders of the President and the Government.

We know that language is a social phenomenon, and it is a means of communication between people. Learns linguistics about the origin, development, structure, and interaction of the language. The world's unique history, destiny, and place in the life of the community are characterized by the fact that they come from one another, such as the origin, the identity of other languages, the social essence, the written or the lacking, and the number of speakers different. Our Uzbek language belongs to the family of Turkic languages. It is easy to compare the phonetic, lexical, and grammatical features of a language family into the language learning process. There are many similarities to these languages. The German language is part of the German-language family of the Indo-European family. It differs greatly from the Uzbek language according to its peculiarities. Therefore, it is necessary to study the phonetic, lexical, grammatical features of the German language in a more careful way and to be well-acquainted in every respect. The pupils' knowledge and skills gained from their mother tongue have a profound effect on teaching German. If some of the phonetic, lexical, grammatical features of the German language are similar to the phonetic, lexical, grammatical features of the Uzbek language, then readers will quickly and easily learn the similarities of German language. The difficulty of learning the features that are incompatible with them will lead to serious mistakes. Phonetics teaches the system of sounds. In the process of studying a foreign language in the school, the "phonetics" section provides students with an opportunity to formulate and improve practical skills (literacy, speaking, etc.). During the period of learning foreign language, there are frequent cases of confusing or spelling in Uzbek. Pronunciation of unusual and consonant phoneme in the Uzbek literary language is not the same as the pronunciation of unusual and conscious phoneme in German. Comparing the unusual and conscious phoneme in two languages to the readers and correct pronunciation of each letter of the language studied will allow the language to be effectively occupied. If the reader knows the vocabulary well, he / she will develop a stronger vocabulary in the pronunciation and pronunciation of German words. A student who does not diligently learn the phonetics of the language can not master morphology or orthography. In German language phonetics, speech and vocabulary are influenced by the meaning of words that are interpreted by different exercises. In the context of phonetics related to orthography, it is important to draw the attention of the students to the differences between pronunciation and pronunciation. There are cases when students do not pronounce certain sounds in their speech, and their pronunciation splits close sounds.

For example: o-o (schon-schon), d-t(und-unt).

This also affects their writing. In order to correct these shortcomings, it is

useful to conduct special exercises to record similar sounds. When explaining the term phonetics to the students in the classroom, phonetics is a science that teaches the sound system of the language (phonetics examines not only the physical sounds of vibration, but also the sounds of human speech.) Changing the pronunciation of a single word it is understood that it has the ability to change its meaning.

For example: Staat-Stadt, ya'ni, Staat-davlat, Stadt-shahar refers to the before giving a comment on German alphabet and sounds, pupils are introduced to the speech body. The lens, the lungs, the sound wires, the cranberry, the patchwork, and the placenta show the location of the speech organs. Then they explain the function of these organs to form speech sounds.

In order to properly arrange the teaching of the German language phonetics, first the subject teacher needs to have a methodical skill and a good understanding of the level of students' speaking activity. Learning the German language phonetics is a responsible process because during this period, students learn German voices, read and write all the letters. In the first phase of the German phonetic education, a, o, u, e, i, y and some consonants are studied. Tasks of this stage are:

1. Analysis of vocabulary and sounds;

2. Separating the sound from the beginning to the end, at the beginning and end of the joints;

3. Determination of sound in speech;

4. Voice-over speech;

5. Creating speech sounds with speaking organs;

6. Work on developing phonograms;

7. Distinguishing voices, taking into account the sounds of singing.

During phonetics teaching, it is important to take into account the reader's

speaking ability.

Reading skills include reading comprehension, reading aloud, adding words together, listening to simple tones of tone .

Writing skills include writing all the letters in the German alphabet, knowing how to write the words, and writing the words correctly.

Speaking ability is based on the ability to speak in different games, taking into account the high speeches during the speech, and paying close attention to the correct pronunciation of the sounds of speech.

Listening skills include listening all the letters in the alphabet, listening to the words, listening to simple phrases.

Famous linguist S.I. Bernstein called it a phonology, emphasizing the need to learn from the voices of speech sounds in the language.

Phonology learns how to distinguish between speech sounds and the meaning of the difference in the speech sounds and the fact that it is possible to form a chain of sounds together with other sounds.

Forming a syllabic basics in the language learning process is key. Forming a

composite reading is to read the two-letter open syllable, read a two-letter closed syllable, or read a three-letter closed loop. Writing a letter representing a studded sound, writing the syllable correctly, writing the word, separating the syllable. The pupils use this text to read the sounds, but also with the translation of the syllable and the word. They memorize what they have read. It is crucial for a phonetic student to have full consciousness at the start of the study period. The translation of the words read is readily accessible by students or by using the dictionary.

In summary, it should be said that phonetics plays a fundamental role in language learning. A student who completes the language phonetics can learn the language he is studying perfectly. Reading, writing, listening comprehension, and speaking skills balanced in the course of the lesson make it possible to master the language perfectly.
