THE IMPORTANCE OF PEDAGOGICAL SKILLS IN INCREASING THE CAPACITY OF EDUCATOR
Abstract: Being attentive to youth education is one of the most important tasks today. This task is entrusted to educators with a huge responsibility. A skilled educator is the most necessary Person of our society. In the article, we tried to enlighten the ways of developing pedagogical skills of educators on scientific grounds.

If the history of any society is associated with great ancestors and interpreted, the future is based on what kind of education the younger generation gives. Therefore, the role of short-term preparatory groups in the preparation of children for school, which are not covered by pre-school educational organizations, is considered important.In short, the participation of educators is of great importance today in the development of children as generations that bring prosperity to our society, which are formed in every part of the educational system as a whole.
To perform the above tasks, each educator must have professional abilities,pedagogical skills.Pedagogical skill is the organization of all forms of the educational process in the most convenient and effective condition,directing them towards the goals of the fullness of personality,formation of the worldview and abilities of educators,instilling a tendency in them to the activities necessary for society.It is extremely important that the educator feels the multifaceted complex process of educating a person and takes a responsible approach to his work.While Professional knowledge pedagogical skills constitute the basis of tub.The peculiarity of Professional-pedagogical knowledge is that they should have a personal "tone"in each educator.On the basis of Professional knowledge, pedagogical prints and rules that form the basis of pedagogical behavior and behavior are formed.This creates printsips and rules based on each teacher's own experience.But it determines their legitimacy with the help of scientific knowledge.The achievement of pedagogical skills is carried out by certain personal qualities of the educator.A high level of pedagogical skill it represents the development of pedagogical activity,the acquisition of pedagogical techniques,as well as the pedagogical personality,his experience,civil and professional status.
As a category of pedagogical skills to its scientific foundations ega.So in recent years, scientific approaches have made it possible to draw the following conclusions regarding this situation.
Pedagogical skill is understood as a bright manifestation of individuality in professional activity.The category of pedagogical skill characterizes the individuality of a person from the point of view of professional activity.The peculiarity of pedagogical skills in current studies is concentrated in the following categories.These are pedagogical skills,innovation,style of activity,pedagogical technology,skill,pedagogical creativity,professional knowledge,innovative activity.Education educational work should be assessed at the highest level of the joruyonida and should not be found an educator who does not want to be recognized in all respects.To achieve this we call the realization of the dream a pedagogical skill.
If we sum up our word from the above points of view, this means that pedagogical skill arises,forms and emerges in a continuous process.First of all, the educator educates himself and successfully goes through this process and begins pedagogical activity.The necessity of being the leader of the team in which the pedagogical education process is organized while conducting the educational activity,first of all being a just, just and mature scholar of the chosen
field, characteristic of the pedagogical leader, is presented with evidence based on the work of our great-grandfather Abu Nasr Farabi "the city of virtuous people".The future of the Great State,the education given to young people is the right of upbringing and depends on the exact organization.From this point of view, it is necessary that each person involved in this process constantly develops skills on his own.
