ABSTRACT
The implementation of reforms and the implementation of comprehensive measures to diversify and modernize Uzbekistan's industries in recent years have contributed to ensuring effective structural shifts and the development of this sector of the economy the importance of geographical access for influence sustainable development. The article analyzes some indicators of development on the geographical side and digitalization in the industrial sectors of the national economy of Uzbekistan. Based on the results of the analysis, the forecast parameters of the industry development, the author suggests the directions of strategic reforms in the industry.

INTRODUCTION
At present, the analysis of the economic situation in the whole world is its informative showing penetration into society. Such a society is electronic labor based on the weapon, a qualitatively new control apparatus, as well as effective on a large scale from telecommunication services technologies it is characterized by aspects such as use. Coal mining in Uzbekistan geographical location in the fuel and energy complex on the basis of a joint systematic approach to obtaining and the economic growth is obtained from the implementation of the necessary programs the question remains of the need to focus on further increasing the positive effect [2]. Problem statement. The purpose of the study the scientific significance of the research results is explained by the fact that the developed methodological proposals, recommendations and conclusions can be used to improve the organizational and economic mechanisms for the implementation and development of activities in industrial enterprises. The result of the goal, the need to solve the following tasks: to study the impact of the Joint-Stock Company Uzbekkomir and the companies and enterprises opposed to it, to evaluate the quality on a generally recognized scale through digitization, and to apply scientific conclusions drawn from them in the development of new methods. The geographical location and economic efficiency directly for organizational and economic development in the management mechanism of industrial enterprises in the Republic of Uzbekistan are examined in the works of such authors as A. Ansaff, D. Aaker, E.J. Dolan, P. Drucker, B. Garlaff, M. Mescan, T. Peters, R. Waterman, A. Thompson were awarded the prestigious prize of the same scientists. METHODS
Companies should adopt a proactive approach that helps the environment, while enterprises should encourage initiatives aimed at increasing environmental responsibility. To the idea of the extent to which the problem has been studied in research, the choice of a topic without the presence expresses the irrationality of the activity. Because some researcher is already working on solving the problem, recommendations may have been adopted. If, even if the subject is studied, the researcher is looking for aspects of the problem that have not yet been solved, and it is these aspects that should be

focused on the study. The right choice of research methods and their effective use increase the value of the work. Research in the field of geographical and economic research methods are considered as an integral part of dialectical methods of teaching and upbringing and differ somewhat from methodological methods in the learning processes. However, the study and generalization of existing experience, observation, expedition, geographical and experimental methods of conversation, experiment and experiment based on their requests are also used in economic research. For example, research related to with the method of studying information and services about an object in research, there is a need or the method of experiments and experiments is widely used today in economic and geographical research. Since it is impossible to introduce a novelty or model directly into practice in economics, that is, if it has not been tested in an experiment, it is worth noting such conspiracies in the field, it turns out that as a result these conspiracies are a consequence of economics. leads to the collapse of the network or the entire economy. Also, private geographical and economic research the methodology of production development is based on natural resources and is based on the productive use of the human factor. Geographical and economic research methods mainly consist of the following:

The great importance of our economy from the predominantly relevant geographic side in the study of the jargon of scientific work, the purpose and objectives of the study are created within the framework of forecasts obtained from the necessary information and taking into account the attitude of scientists from the Republic and foreign countries to their research, and the scientific novelty and practical significance of the work is based on this.

Nowadays, in the era of rapidly developing technical technologies, this remains a requirement of the era when a person can satisfy his needs, develop his mental potential, keep up with the times. Companies should support the development and dissemination of environmentally friendly technologies [5,6]. Moreover, corporate social responsibility was a direct guarantee of an increase in the number of foreign investments. Uzbekkumir JSC carries out its work in accordance with a number of laws that ensure that they fulfill their duties to their employees, customers, and shareholders. There are no guidelines in our legislation regarding the introduction of social responsibility of an industrial enterprise into the management mechanism. A number of measures have been carried out, both forecasts and long-term forecasts for coal production. At the industrial enterprise of Uzbekkumir JSC, there are only cases of real financial problems in solving social issues. The introduction of management mechanisms based on the principles of social responsibility has many advantages. For example, the management mechanism is to minimize the harm to the environment and the environment from the important requirements of social responsibility. This will help the company to reduce the costs that will be associated with the costs of energy and resources.
RESULTS
A number of measures and mechanisms for the economic and social development of the network were developed on the basis of forecast indicators for 2036, as well as forecast indicators of medium- and long-term development, taking into account unconventional (man-made) deposits of iron and other metals, as well as factors affecting the socio-economic development of the coal industry, which In the total share of emissions of polluting waste from The electricity sector accounts for 33% of the important sectors of the economy in the environment, and the oil and gas sector - 31%. Every year, the energy sector emits an average of 65,000 tons of sulfur dioxide emissions into the atmosphere. This is 58.8% of the waste emitted by entire industrial facilities, as well as 30.7% of the total emissions of sulfur dioxide. Given the increase in the share of coal in the fuel and energy balance of our country and the purpose of its active use, the level of pollution may increase even more. In the improvement, the coal industry as a separate network is connected with the oil and gas and coal industries, the electric power industry and conducts its development strategy in accordance with the efficiency of fuel consumption at power plants.[4]. develop proposals and recommendations for improving the methodology of the organizational and economic mechanism of sustainable development of enterprises of the fuel and energy complex of Uzbekistan in the context of the development of the digital economy [3]. The objectives are as follows: to study the theoretical and methodological foundations of sustainable development of enterprises of the fuel and energy complex on the basis of identifying the main problems and trends, taking into account economic, energy and environmental development; study of trends and patterns of sustainable development of enterprises of the fuel and energy complex in the context of the formation of the digital economy; conducting a comprehensive industry analysis taking into account the processes of restructuring, globalization of the energy space and innovative type of development and requirements of sustainable development, identifying features and trends in the formation of the methodology of sustainable development of sectors of the energy sector of the economy of the Republic of Uzbekistan; research of approaches and development of methodology for the formation of a strategy for the sustainable development of the energy industry that meets the principles of balanced development of industries in the digital economy; research of priority areas to increase the sustainability of the development of fuel and energy companies focused on stimulating innovation, creating a favorable investment climate in the energy sector of the republic; determination of methods, methods and functions for the implementation of the production and economic mechanism of sustainable development of fuel and energy enterprises in a competitive energy market; assessment of alternatives and opportunities for strategic development of energy supply from the point of view of dynamic prospects based on optimization of the fuel and energy balance using methods of economic and mathematical modeling. Improvement of the organizational and economic mechanism of sustainable development of enterprises of the fuel and energy complex of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the example of my proposals that follow in research is as follows in the industrial sector: the problem of increasing energy security has been improved, taking into account orbital stability, production and technical and economic characteristics of enterprises of the fuel and energy complex; the model of sustainable development of fuel and energy complex enterprises has been improved on the basis of an integral assessment of the threshold values of volume indicators of production units, production and distribution of fuel and energy resources within 0<0.35>0.71; the methodology of sustainable development of fuel and energy complex enterprises has been improved, taking into account compensatory, iterative and reserve mechanisms, including monitoring and optimization of production and distribution of fuel and energy resources;

improved methodology for determining thresholds for the sustainable development of fuel and energy complex enterprises at normal, pre-crisis and pre-crisis levels; forecast parameters for the sustainable strategic development of the fuel and energy complex until 2037, taking into account the digital transformation of the fuel and energy complex and an increase in the share of Alternative energy sources in the energy balance of the Republic of Uzbekistan [5]. Organizational and economic criteria for the extraction and efficient use of coal, as necessary, were used in the analysis of forecast indicators for a balanced modernization of the network and its development, the payback period for its costs according to forecast indicators was 4.9 years and amounted to 107.1 billion when it is established that the number of meters will give an economic effect. Increasing the economic and social efficiency of the integrated use of mine raw materials, the application of a model for assessing the economic and social efficiency of the integrated use of resources, the activities of Uzbekkumir JSC made it possible to introduce organizational and economic mechanisms for the development of industrial enterprises, new projects to improve their economic efficiency. The task of developing methodological foundations for the geographical location and economic growth of the analysis and assessment of the level of sustainable development of industrial enterprises is to determine the possibility of using parameters, determining parameters, assessing the dynamics of their production. The use of digital technologies will expand the potential of economic development in a geographical location, which will give sustainable development and it is advisable to assess the level of fuel and energy of industrial enterprises on the basis of an integral indicator calculated using a set of private indicators. The problem of today's main time and sustainable development for the industrial enterprises of Uzbekkumir JSC is very complex and important [4,5].
CONCLUSIONS
Thus, according to the results of the study, it was shown that it can be concluded that coal mining in the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as improving the quality of coal mining, but they need to be promoted to neighboring countries geographically located in Central Asia and neighboring countries at affordable prices.
