In the concept of the information revolution, the category of «cloud technologies» is the basic category of personalization of software systems. On the one hand, it continues to be intensively studied, and on the other, it is already massively cultivated. A cloud platform is a set of tools designed to launch and use applications remotely without the cost of acquir-ing server hardware. Services such as PaaS, IaaS, SaaS are based on cloud computing technology.

In the concept of the information revolution, the category of «cloud technologies» is the basic category of personalization of software systems. On the one hand, it continues to be intensively studied, and on the other, it is already massively cultivated.

A cloud platform is a set of tools designed to launch and use applications remotely without the cost of acquiring server hardware. Services such as PaaS, laaS, SaaS are based on cloud computing technology.

Currently, with the accelerated development of political, economic and business relations ties within the country, the way of communication between partners of foreign countries is gaining popularity. In the context of globalization, business English is becoming an important aspect means of creating and developing business relationships. In this case, the specialists of a the leading international companies meet halfway, because the establishment of business relations is also in their interests. Today it is accepted that competent dialogue determines not only the intellectual image, but also the image of the company. In this case, the company's image of the company is based on professionally qualified specialists who are able to develop joint cooperation abroad. Increasing the role of the English language focuses on a new type of business activity involving consumer training services [3].

The relevance of learning English can also be explained by the rapid development of technology. Every year specialists from all over the world create new inventions. They are given names that are most often English-speaking. Surprisingly, the usual words for us, such as laptop, computer, scanner, mobile and others,

came into speech from English. Thanks to the rapid development of the Internet, representatives of different Nations began to communicate closely on the Internet. In order to understand each other, they use English language.

In this regard, it must be said that the informational society is inseparable from the informational economy and informational technologies. Thus, from 2013 to 2019, imports of computers in value terms increased almost 13 times. But it is significant that the export of computers at the same time increased less than twice. In 2013, exports of computers were less than imports by 3.5 times, and in 2019 by 25 times. A new backlog of Russia from the advanced countries begins to accumulate [1].

Currently, it is common to distinguish three main models of service cloud platforms, which are sometimes called cloud layers. We can say that these three layers - infrastructure services, platform services and application services - reflect the structure of not only cloud technologies, but also informational technologies in General [2]. The main services provided by cloud platforms for end users are shown in figure 1.

The infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) can be defined as a set of physical resources, such as servers, network equipment, and storage, that are offered to customers as services. The infrastructure services solves a problem address the challenge of properly equipping a data center (data center) by providing computing power

as needed. Typically, these services support infrastructure and many more consumers than application services. A particular example of cloud infrastructure services is hardware as a service (HaaS). As a service, the user receives equipment on the basis of which he deploys his own infrastructure using the most appropriate software (SOFTWARE) [2].

Platform as a Service (PaaS) is a service model in which applications (created or purchased) are provided to the consumer as a set of services. It includes, but is not limited to, middleware as a service, messaging as a service, integration as a service, information as a service, and communication as a service. For example, Workplace as a Service (WaaS) allows a company to use cloud computing to organize employees ' workplaces by configuring and installing all the necessary software for the work of personnel [2].

Application services (Software as a Service -SaaS) involve access to applications as a service, that is, provider applications run in the cloud and are provided to users on demand as a service. In other words, the user can access the SOFTWARE deployed on remote servers via the Internet, and all issues of updating and licenses for this SOFTWARE are regulated by the provider of this service. Payment in this case is made for the actual use of the software. Sometimes these ser-

vices providers make free, because they have the opportunity to earn income, for example, from advertising [5].

Custom SOFTWARE development is becoming more popular due to the development of mobile technologies, Analytics systems, the Internet of things and artificial intelligence. These same factors increase the demand for information security services, IDC notes. The implementation of a complex software product as a whole can take several months and sometimes years. An important task in this case is to prevent the fatigue of employees from the «endless» process in their opinion «without tangible» results, to motivate them to actively and positively participate in the implementation of the management information system. Therefore, from a psychological point of view, it is sometimes reasonable to start the implementation of an ERP system with those modules that can be launched as quickly as possible [3]. Figure 2 presents the research and forecast of the software and information services market in 2018 and 2022 of the Russian Federation (RF).

Pierre Audoin Consultants (PAC), one of the leading analytical and consulting companies in Europe, predicts a slight decline in demand for infrastructure software services and application software products by 2022. At the same time, the services are expected projected to grow by 2022 - cloud computing and services, IT it infrastructure services, application services and outsourcing [1].

Currently, the role of foreign languages is increasing, because the knowledge of English not only facilitates communication, but also makes it possible to use the potential of the Internet resources in their activities, allowing you to make your software product more interesting and effective.

Projects with the use of informational technologies provide an opportunity not only to transfer the amount of certain knowledge to consumers, but also to teach them to acquire this knowledge on their own, as well as to use the acquired knowledge to solve new cognitive and practical problems in other subject areas.
