Abstract: language learning is a very important area of human society. It is possible to practice the language as a means of communication in the natural environment (in the family, in the community), or in an organized manner. And theoretical knowledge about language phenomena is learned. It is well-known that foreign language teaching-learning is in some ways fundamentally different from the native language and the second language. This, in turn, requires the use of appropriate foreign language teaching technology. The process of teaching foreign languages in the new conditions for the purpose of humanization educational system by creating humanitarian knowledge and conditions for its distribution suggesting humanitarian symbiosis characterized by integrality, multi-functionality, multidimensionality, interdisciplinary and adaptability. One of the strategic directions in the education system is the foreign language in the education system. The main factor in improving the teaching and learning efficiency of the subjects is being identified. Every professional specialist knows the Education System understands the need for action, its essence, and most importantly, education is an extension of the news in the field. Science is in the world in which we live representing the intimate relationship between the internal causes and effects of things and events, is a system that serves the development of

nature and society. The time is growing rapidly. People also have to live with it.
After all, this is an eternal truth. From this point of view, it is the edge that we describe as the requirement of time learning international languages is one of the most important aspects of each of us. It is today development of national higher education system in accordance with world practice, human resources.
In the conditions of integration social processes, as well as for sustainable development of foreign language skills for a specialist is considered as one of core professional competencies. Professional exchange opportunity significant information not only in the native but also in a foreign language, is necessary professional for professional use and permanent professional growth. There are several groups of motives for mastering foreign language specialist/student: communicative, cognitive, value-oriented, self-affirmation, the prospect of professional growth. These motives are interconnected and complement each other.
Teaching such interdisciplinary courses will require special techniques. the training aimed at the development of met competencies and the creation of quasi-professional situations where students could use both specialized pieces of knowledge and develop foreign language communication skills [1].
Moreover, foreign languages play an important educational role. The humanization of modern education aims to bring in the first place anthropological and social aspects of human life [2]. Task of modern education - to form not only basic professional competencies but also teach a person to be responsible for their own behaviour based on universal values and social norms that
contribute to the development of such qualities, like responsibility, tolerance to someone else's point of view, the ability to level conflict situation, ability to listen and interact.
Modern society is characterized by formal collective social responsibility for their activities and a complete lack of individual readiness solve problems that are pressing for society. The desire of man to create comfortable living conditions and achieve high economic performance requires the use of high technology in the home and at work. However, today the concept of professionalism goes beyond one profession and implies balanced use narrowly professional knowledge and skills not only in professional activities and for professional development, but also for the good of society. In this case, the specialist bears responsibility for their professional actions to the professional community and society as a whole [3].
Therefore, a foreign language is an instrument of future professional activity. Teachers of higher education have the task to form not only linguistic and speech skills in the learning process, but to expand information in the professional field through the use of professional texts, mastery of professional terms, training in professional language material and professionally oriented translation. In connection with this State educational standard, high requirements are imposed on the discipline "Foreign Language" [4].
In many countries of the world, education is carried out in a multilingual environment. In most multilingual societies formed an ethos that provides a balanced the use of different languages and respect for them in everyday life. From the point of view of these societies and the linguistic communities themselves, multilingualism is more an image life than a problem to be solved. Education systems face the challenge adapting to these complex real conditions and providing a quality education that takes into account the needs of students, along with maintaining their balance with social, cultural and political requirements. Although in terms of multilingual societies, unified decisions may be easier to take administratively and organizationally, it should be recognized that these decisions are not taken into account the
dangers associated with a drop in school performance and a loss of language and cultural diversity. In this part of the document some basic issues related to the provision of education in a variety of language settings.
For teachers of a foreign language the issue of choice is also relevant authentic materials for the organization of contact and independent work of students. According to the requirements of the organization of the educational process, thematic plans of disciplines must contain modern sources and be updated in a timely manner. When it comes to text content, foreign language audio and video material, this problem is becoming especially significant. For example, texts on socio-political topics should reflect current issues.
Far reaching educating and language learning in European foundation must be actualized in all training levels; it ought to be a section of deep rooted learning process. The European element of training features the requirement for unknown dialects aptitudes, not just the general ones, be that as it may, chiefly identified with the requirements of business and work showcase.
